Our B&B is located at Venezia art and culture location, in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a location with a spectacular view, in the historic heart of the city. "Pane E Tulipani" is design with meticulous attention to detail, a lovely, refined building.
Surroundings
Our guests will be able to stroll and shop in the shopping streets, enjoy and buy local artisan products, explore tradition and culture along your own delicious fine food and wine trail, catch cultural events and exhibitions, wander amid the scents and sounds of the area's many gardens.
Nearby our guests will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions. Remember that just only 170 m away there is the "Basilica dei Santi Giovanni e Paolo". Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium "Stadio Pierluigi Penzo Venezia".

Spacious and pleasant room, very quiet, close to everything. A well-equipped small kitchen and a complete bathroom available. Impeccable cleanliness. Lovely owner, very welcoming, helpful, and good advice. There is also breakfast provided. It's a place that makes you want to come back.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and very well located. Everything in Venice is within walking distance. The hosts are very warm, caring, and generous. Even though we didn't book breakfast, in the morning we were offered coffee, biscuits, and a little something to eat.

Cozy, clean structure with a well-equipped kitchenette that proved extremely useful for preparing healthy and quick dinners. The location is nothing short of enchanting, a small oasis of peace not far from St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. The owner, Federico, is an exquisite person, kind and always available to provide information and support to his guests. I can only highly recommend staying at Pane e Tulipani.

Our stay in Venice was brightened by the fortunate choice of the B&B: central, quiet, very clean with a nice and very functional bathroom, the extremely kind and helpful owners were so courteous to offer us a great breakfast every morning even though it was not planned. We will definitely come back and recommend it to those who do not know the city because the location of the B&B is very functional.

The structure is located in a beautiful area, very central in Venice, so convenient to reach the main points of the city. The owners were really very helpful and above all very welcoming. I highly recommend the structure and would gladly return.

Exceptional location in a beautiful quiet square near Rialto and San Marco and convenient for taking the vaporetto to the islands. Comfortable room decorated with taste. Very clean bathroom. In the kitchenette there is everything needed to prepare a coffee or tea, Mrs. Catia offered us breakfast. The owners are very kind and helpful. Definitely a place to recommend.

The structure is a few minutes from various vaporetto lines, but in a quiet and not noisy area for the evening. The owners are a delightful couple, very helpful and welcoming. Room, bathroom, living room/entrance, and kitchenette are very clean. Slippers for those who forgot them at home are much appreciated. Even though breakfast was not included, the owners kindly left us coffee, rusks, and some sweet treats. We will definitely come back.

Excellent structure just a few steps from the center. Very friendly and kind managers. New structure, clean and tastefully furnished with attention to detail.

Great solution for visiting Venice. The managers are very kind (they spoiled us with some sweets). The kitchenette is small but well equipped for short periods. To access the bathroom (for exclusive use) you pass through an area where there is a table and chairs which is actually the entrance area for the owners who live on the upper floor; this was not a problem.

The room was exceptional, it was very comfortable. Everything was clean (bathroom, kitchen, living room) and complete with the necessary things. They were very kind and we will definitely come back!
