Our holiday home is placed at Roma art city, in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the heart of the city nearby Vaticano. "Tom'S House" is hospitable and comfortable.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to for shopping.
Near our facility you can find several monuments and famous places. Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadiums "Stadio del Tennis", "Stadio Olimpico del Nuoto", "Stadio Olimpico di Roma".

Very clean and fully equipped apartment. It is located on the ground floor (so very cool, even without air conditioning in summer) of a very quiet residence and a 15-minute walk from the Vatican. Alessia is very friendly (and speaks French). A very good value for money. We will return without hesitation!

Very nice, functional, clean, and very cool apartment. We stayed in very hot days and we were fine even without turning on the air conditioning. The apartment is located in an area near the Vatican; the city center is easily reachable by train and metro. Alessia welcomed us with great kindness and provided us with useful information for our stay.

We had a great time, spacious, clean apartment, perfect for children. Particularly appreciated the coffee capsules, books and puzzles for kids, and the proximity to the park.

Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort dalla lavatrice alla lavastoviglie, dalla macchinetta per l'espresso al forno a microonde. Pulitissimo e funzionale. Sebbene in zona periferica è servito benissimo dai mezzi pubblici ed io ed i miei 3 ragazzi non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà a spostarci da e per il centro. La signora Alessia è stata un padrona di casa garbatissima e disponibile contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno mio e dei miei figli una meravigliosa esperienza. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Bellissimo appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario e anche di più (caffè, the, zucchero, saponi vari per cucina e bagno gentilmente offerti dalla proprietaria), con tv, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde). Da considerare che è su un colle, ma per questo silenziosissimo.
