We are waiting for you at Civico 62 relax near the lake, just a few steps away you can enjoy relaxing walks around our beautiful Segrino lake, or follow nature trails in the surrounding mountains. Our holiday home is welcoming, equipped, beautiful and bright and is the ideal destination as a strategic starting point for visiting the enchanting places overlooking Lake Como or visiting cities such as Como Lecco Milan, it is also very interesting for trips to Switzerland.

BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. In the apartament, you will find some packaged sweet snacks for the first morning, a water bottle, tea bags, instant coffee, moka coffee, along with a kettle and a toaster.

Wonderful stay at Lorena’s apartment! Everything was clean and new. Nice touches like snacks, coffee, soaps, towels, hooks, etc. Comfortable beds. Host was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Very nice and spacious apartment, the kitchen is very well-equipped. Microwave, kettle, bread warmer, nothing is missing. Super clean and comfortable, comfortable mattresses, sheets that smell fresh. The location is very convenient to reach the apartment and from there start to visit Lake Como; nearby there are very beautiful nature trails and very close there is a charming little lake where you can take a walk. The town center is 500 meters away, easy to reach even on foot, it is small but very nice with all the main services, very good pastry shops for breakfast. The owner has been welcoming and helpful from the start, we felt at home. We will definitely be back.
