Sapore di Sale - Sicily Rooms take part to B&B Day 2023

Guests love it because: in the city center, near the station, cheap, very new, charming property.

As required by the tourist rental regulations, there is no breakfast service, but guests will find a welcome kit in the room with snacks and rusks, water, tea, coffee and fruit juices. In addition, the property is equipped with a kettle, coffee machine and microwave to allow guests to prepare a good breakfast.

Great property close to everything you want to be near. Train station is just a couple of blocks away and the walk to Ortigia Island is also quick. WIFI was fast, Water pressure great and bed comfortable.

Super B&B, l'appart est très grand, rénové avec goût. Arrivée autonome possible avec boîte à clé pour le bâtiment et serrure électronique pour la chambre. Présence de 2 clim (salon et chambre), très utile vu les températures en ce début juillet. Notre hôte a été de bon conseil. L'appart est propre, doté d'un petit balcon. Gros plus, possible de se garer dans la rue, juste devant la porte et gratuitement. Enfin, il y a un super restau de pâtes à 50 metres de l'appart qui s'appelle "Aldente" au 46 via Crispi.

Locale di nuova ristrutturazione, accogliente e in posizione strategica per il raggiungere a piedi Ortigia, la stazione, e in auto le vie di comunicazione alle spiagge e ai principali servizi. Adoperata di ogni confort, proprietari disponibili e discreti. Si consiglia vivamente anche per rapporto prezzo qualità.

Il palazzo è datato, ma l'appartamento è stato ristrutturato ed è molto grazioso. Doccia perfetta, letto comodo. Grande attenzione per i dettagli, come l'illuminazione, i condizionatori e la cura delle forniture, dai prodotti per l'igiene al necessario per poter mangiare pasti semplici o d'asporto. Il terminal bus e stazione treni vicinissimi, il centro a due passi, consigliato.

Complimenti al gestore ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa. La colazione non prevista, ma di fatto c'era tanto per farla. Esperienza da ripetere. L'unica nota per accedere alla struttura vi erano lavori in corso.

Facciamo sempre del nostro meglio per rendere il vostro soggiorno, presso la nostra struttura, il più confortevole possibile. I lavori condominiali sicuramente, non sono mai piacevoli, ma fortunatamente a brevissimo termineranno e riporteranno il palazzo alla bellezza dei primi del '900. Speriamo di rivedervi presto, anche per farvi godere la bellezza dello stabile.

Appartamento accogliente, tenuto benissimo e molto pulito. La camera da letto e il bagno sono spaziosi e nella zona giorno, anche con il divano letto aperto, non si stava troppo stretti. La colazione ufficialmente non è compresa, ma l'host, Valentina, ci ha fatto trovare tutto il necessario (macchina del caffè, cialde, fette biscottate, marmellatine... .). Posizione perfetta vicinissima alla stazione e a circa 15 min a piedi da Ortigia, in una zona tranquilla. Valentina è super disponibile e carina.

Valentina è gentile, disponibile ed efficiente, la casa è centrale, completa di ogni accessorio, climatizzata, pulitissima. A dispetto dell'aspetto esteriore della facciata, la casa è nuova ed accogliente. Assolutamente da consigliare.
