Room with huge damp stains on the ceiling and walls, broken toilet flush, water keeps dripping. For 76 euros there is much better. To avoid at that price.

Clean and spacious property, albeit lacking dedicated parking (which can still be found with minimal effort). To visit Florence, it is necessary to have a car as the last train is shortly after 9pm. All compensated by an excellent value for money in my case. Total welcome and availability from the managers. I would definitely return.

Nice room and well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Some light bulbs (above the bed) were not working.\n\nWe had a dog and the balcony was very useful.\n\nNegative point: the rooms face the street, which is noisy even at night.

Well organized as a lodging system: you pick up the keys at the Bivio bar along with the maps of the area and Florence. In this bar, breakfast is also served in the morning. Very nice and helpful both at the bar and Giovanni (who was our contact for the stay and whom we thank again for helping us replace a flat tire). The ideal way to reach Florence is to drive to Scandicci and take the tram: they run continuously and it is the least expensive; the train is also fine (but we experienced that the last train back was canceled); the bus is not recommended as it takes an hour and a half. We did not use it, but I know they also rent cars. Thank you all.

Excellent structure. Clean and quiet. The only flaw, if one wants to consider it such, is the arrival at the tram stop, at Villa Costanza. After a first, at most second trip to Scandicci, you can get there without problems. I recommend it to those who want to visit Florence in peace without worrying too much about their car in parking.
