Both GianLuca and Roberta were wonderful hosts. We stayed for five weeks! The beds were comfortable, the towels were plenty and the apartment was clean and very centrally located in the charming town of Chieti, which is a safe place - at all hours. There wasn't much in the kitchen cookware and utensils, but they were very quick to get anything we needed and did a wonderful job cleaning each week. They kindly picked us up at the train station and also took us back, at the end our stay. I would definitely recommend both Chieti and their B&B, which is located right above a local bakery.

The owner is very very very friendly and kind; the structure, small, is well cared for and clean (fragrant curtains and sheets), in the city center, a 5-minute walk from Teatro Marrucino. The only flaw, perhaps, are the various noises that can be heard even at night, being, in fact, in the city center... but, overall, highly recommended, also for the affordable prices.

I recommend this place to everyone, very close to the center. I must point out, it doesn't have parking, but there are blue lines where, from 09:00 in the morning, it only costs 1€ per hour, so it's very convenient. As for the house, I must say it's really characteristic. Small, but there's really everything and, if you want, you can even stay in four. Truly a great choice.\n\nPersonally, if I find a place when I go down south, it will certainly be a future destination of mine. Also because Chieti is a small but very nice city to visit, so what more could you want?\n\nThen you leave very satisfied. Thank you Gianluca, everything really great.

We stayed one night, the apartment is very nice and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The manager was very friendly, he waited for our arrival at 23:00 and escorted us to the property. Located in the center, easy to reach.

We went to Chieti for a last-minute weekend getaway, as we weren't sure until the last minute if we could get away due to work. The manager was very kind from the start, moving us to a free mini-apartment (since there were no rooms available) with a minimal price difference. The house is really nice and welcoming, located 40 meters from Chieti's main street, a very central location with free and paid parking nearby the property, in short, the location is really great. However, what I really want to emphasize is the availability and flexibility that was shown to us right away. From the first phone call, where I was explained how things worked, to waiting for our arrival after 11 pm (obviously late since we left late), I was escorted to the parking lots and even the manager made himself available by inquiring about a typical restaurant to recommend for Saturday night. In short, if you are in Chieti, consider Il Nido Antico as a reference.

Initially chosen for the best price, once we arrived we found an excellent room, very clean, so much so that you could still smell the products used, and a comfortable double bed with immaculate sheets. Kind owner and very helpful for check-in and check-out times and the collaborator who welcomed us, equally friendly. Couldn't ask for more than that. Thank you and see you next time!

Appartamentino bomboniera, fresco, al centro della città, c'è tutto l'occorrente per soggiornare diversi giorni: cucinino con due fuochi, stoviglie, frigo e microonde, doccia grande. gestori gentilissimi. Pulito tutto, un po' meno il cucinino, ma si risolve con un buon disinfettante. Consigliatissimo.

Ottima struttura in pieno centro storico a Chieti, pulizia top e proprietario disponibilissimo a qualsiasi nostra richiesta! Avevamo anche l’angolo cottura con il microonde ideale per la gestione dei pasti del bambino. Ho scelto questo B&B soprattutto per la vicinanza alla clinica Spatocco.

Il nostro breve soggiorno è stato perfetto. Camera accogliente e ben tenuta. Posizione centrale, vicina a tutto ciò che c'è da visitare. Gianluca e sua moglie sono dei proprietari eccezionali. La struttura per 4 persone molto bella, pulita e accogliente. Il gestore è stato molto disponibile anche nell'accettare la nostra cagnolina che si è trovata benissimo. Unico elemento da segnalare per un possibile miglioramento è la segnalazione esterna sulla via per indicare con più chiarezza il luogo esatto del bed and breakfast. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente! Consigliamo vivamente!

Siamo stati in questa struttura per il concerto di Mika del 30 luglio 2016. L'appartamento assegnatoci davvero bello, tranquillo e pulitissimo al centro di Chieti. Gli arredi curati e ben tenuti. Il sig. Gianluca (il proprietario) molto disponibile e si dedica a 360 gradi alle esigenze dei clienti. Io avevo problemi di parcheggio (la zona non ha grandi parcheggi) e lui si è messo in auto con me portandomi poco lontano dal centro abitato e dalla struttura dove ho potuto parcheggiare senza difficoltà gratis e all' ombra rassicurandomi sulla tranquillità del luogo. Inoltre mi ha raccomandato che per qualsiasi difficoltà, anche non inerente all' alloggio (visto che avevo tre ragazze che andavano al concerto), potevo fare affidamento su di Lui Eccezionale tutto Grazie Gianluca.

Ho fatto soggiornare mia madre due notti in camera matrimoniale ad uso singolo insieme al suo cagnolino. Il gestore è di una gentilezza unica e sempre disponibile. Qualità prezzo eccezionale! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La struttura è dotata di tutto il necessario (bagno con doccia, tv wifi, cucina, letti). Il gestore del B&B Gianluca è una persona fantastica, attenta alle necessità del cliente. Consiglio vivamente di venire a provare la struttura.

Eravamo in 4 e ci è stato afittato l'intero appartamento, composto di un ingresso living con angolo cottura e caminetto, bagno (con anche la lavatrice), una cameretta singola e un'ampia camera matrimoniale a cui si può aggiungere un letto singolo; in entrambe le camere da letto c'è la tv e il condizionatore. L'ingresso è indipendente, ma non adatto a portatori di handicap in quanto per arrivarci bisogna scendere una breve scalinata. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e cordiali e hanno rifornito l'appartamento di tutto. Il B&B è convenzionato con un bar per la colazione e con un ristorante in centro sia per il menu fisso che per l'ordinazione alla carta.
