Both Gianluca and Roberta were wonderful hosts. We stayed for five weeks! The beds were comfortable, the towels were plenty and the apartment was clean and very centrally located in the charming town of Chieti, which is a safe place - at all hours. There wasn't much in the kitchen cookware and utensils, but they were very quick to get anything we needed and did a wonderful job cleaning each week. They kindly picked us up at the train station and also took us back, at the end our stay. I would definitely recommend both Chieti and their B&B, which is located right above a local bakery.

The owner is very very very friendly and kind; the structure, small, is well cared for and clean (fragrant curtains and sheets), in the city center, a 5-minute walk from Teatro Marrucino. The only flaw, perhaps, are the various noises that can be heard even at night, being, in fact, in the city center... but, overall, highly recommended, also for the affordable prices.

I recommend this place to everyone, very close to the center. I must point out, it doesn't have parking, but there are blue lines where, from 09:00 in the morning, it only costs 1€ per hour, so it's very convenient. As for the house, I must say it's really characteristic. Small, but there's really everything and, if you want, you can even stay in four. Truly a great choice.\n\nPersonally, if I find a place when I go down south, it will certainly be a future destination of mine. Also because Chieti is a small but very nice city to visit, so what more could you want?\n\nThen you leave very satisfied. Thank you Gianluca, everything really great.

We went to Chieti for a last-minute weekend getaway, as we weren't sure until the last minute if we could get away due to work. The manager was very kind from the start, moving us to a free mini-apartment (since there were no rooms available) with a minimal price difference. The house is really nice and welcoming, located 40 meters from Chieti's main street, a very central location with free and paid parking nearby the property, in short, the location is really great. However, what I really want to emphasize is the availability and flexibility that was shown to us right away. From the first phone call, where I was explained how things worked, to waiting for our arrival after 11 pm (obviously late since we left late), I was escorted to the parking lots and even the manager made himself available by inquiring about a typical restaurant to recommend for Saturday night. In short, if you are in Chieti, consider Il Nido Antico as a reference.

Initially chosen for the best price, once we arrived we found an excellent room, very clean, so much so that you could still smell the products used, and a comfortable double bed with immaculate sheets. Lovely little apartment, cool, in the city center, everything you need to stay for several days: small kitchen with two burners, dishes, fridge and microwave, large shower. Very kind owners. Everything is clean, a little less the small kitchen, but it can be solved with a good disinfectant. Highly recommended.

Excellent facility in the heart of the historic center of Chieti, impeccable cleanliness and very helpful owner for any request! We also had a kitchenette with a microwave, ideal for managing the child's meals. I chose this B&B mainly for its proximity to the Spatocco clinic.

The structure for 4 people is very beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The manager was very helpful, even in accepting our little dog who had a great time. The only thing to note for possible improvement is the external sign on the street to indicate more clearly the exact location of the bed and breakfast. Excellent value for money! We highly recommend it!

We stayed at this property for Mika's concert on July 30, 2016. The apartment assigned to us is truly beautiful, quiet, and very clean, located in the center of Chieti. The furnishings are well-kept and well-maintained. Mr. Gianluca, the owner, is very helpful and dedicates himself 360 degrees to the needs of the customers. I had parking problems (the area does not have large parking lots) and he got in the car with me, taking me a short distance from the town center and the property, where I was able to park easily, for free and in the shade, reassuring me about the tranquility of the place. He also recommended to me that for any difficulty, even not related to the accommodation (since I had three girls going to the concert), I could rely on him. Exceptional everything. We were four and we rented the entire apartment, consisting of a living entrance with a kitchenette and fireplace, a bathroom (which also has a washing machine), a single bedroom, and a large double bedroom where an extra single bed can be added. In both bedrooms, there is a television and an air conditioner. The entrance is independent, but it is not suitable for people with disabilities as you have to go down a short staircase to get there. The owners are very helpful and friendly and have stocked the apartment with everything. The B&B Nido Antico has a partnership with a bar for breakfast and with a restaurant in the center both for the fixed menu and for ordering a la carte.
