The scores given should be enough to express the value of the structure, but the more than spectacular position set in an oasis surrounded by wheat fields, dominated by beauty and silence, should be emphasized (the railway line, although not far away, does not disturb). In a few minutes on foot, you reach the beach, free and wild, with a sea and view that surprise. And then Gianluca, always available and present, with discretion, to ensure that nothing is missing for those who stay.

Everything is excellent, recommended. Total relaxation, excellent location. Gianluca, the owner, is nice, helpful, and well-informed. I highly recommend it.

Accommodation in the Punta d'Erci nature reserve, near the sea with unspoiled beaches. Direct access to the Trabocchi bike path. Gianluca, the manager, is friendly, kind, helpful, and discreet. He gave us great advice for our stay. Clean room and excellent breakfast with homemade sweet and savory products.

Structure for those seeking tranquility. The kindness and cordiality of Gianluca and Gianni make you feel at home.

I stayed three days in this establishment after a week of hard work in the mountains looking for a period of peace and rest. And that is exactly what I found, along with infinite kindness and courtesy. I could not have asked for or hoped for better. I sincerely thank you for these days.

We spent eleven wonderful days here. We found everything perfect, but what made the difference was definitely Gianluca with his wonderful hospitality. This establishment has become a "place of the heart" because we felt at home. Thank you very much also to Gianni who brightened the breakfasts and made the room comfortable. Structure located in a beautiful natural reserve. Through a path in the Mediterranean scrub, you can reach the beach of Mottagrossa in a few minutes and a little further you can reach a characteristic 'trabocco' and then climb to the top of Punta Aderci to admire the panorama. Owners and staff are all extremely kind. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Definitely to come back to for a few more days.

Great welcome and impeccable organization.

Cozy place just steps away from Mottagrossa beach and a short distance from the beautiful beaches of the Punta Aderci natural reserve, also reachable thanks to the greenway bike path with mountain bikes provided for free by B&B Villa Marianna. The villa is well-kept, very clean, and surrounded by nature. Gianluca and Mariangela were exceptional hosts for their kindness, availability, and care. I thank them for the thousand useful information, as true connoisseurs and lovers of the area, for the cheerful breakfast chats, and for the products they offered us.

We stayed at the B&B Villa Marianna for one night. Friendly and kind managers, attentive to our needs and cleanliness. Quiet structure, immersed in a beautiful countryside landscape from which you can also glimpse the sea. Punta Aderici is reachable on foot by walking along the pebble beach.

Great accommodation and very kind and helpful host.

We decided to spend a weekend near home in a place we had never been before. We chose a beautiful place and accommodation that exceeded our expectations. This B&B is located right in the nature reserve. The managers welcomed us very kindly in the morning, even though we arrived before the check-in time. They gave us the opportunity to use bicycles to reach the beach, and in the afternoon we returned to a very clean and well-kept room, spacious and roomy. They also left water in the fridge in the room. The bathroom complete with every comfort, including a hairdryer, shampoo, and towels of all kinds. From the terrace of the room, there is a beautiful sea view with two comfortable sunbeds to relax amidst the chirping of birds. The owners of the property were very friendly and prepared a rich breakfast in the garden, both sweet and savory, plus fruit. In short, every good thing. Congratulations on the way you work.

B&B Villa Marianna is lovely, located within the Punta Aderci nature reserve, it is the ideal place to enjoy the surrounding nature, a magical place to rest body and mind and return to harmony with nature. From its location, you can reach on foot, through a private path, the Mottagrossa beach and all around there are trails and bike paths to reach the other beaches. From the beautiful suite where we stayed, at night you can hear the sound of the sea. Breakfasts are plentiful, complete with everything, with delicious homemade cakes. The care taken in the place reflects the sensitivity and passion with which the owners manage the B&B, making everything perfect. Thank you for the hospitality. We hope to return soon.

Excellent property located in a natural reserve with owners always available for any need. Clean and pleasant rooms. Optimal location to reach the beach on foot in 7-8 minutes. Large city reachable in 5-6 minutes by car without traffic. Absolutely recommended. Well done and thank you for everything.

Lovely place, ideal for those who want to disconnect from the world in every sense, since the first shops and commercial activities are very distant. A place that takes you back to the origins, where not even the mobile phone works well and brings you back in touch with nature. The owners are very kind and hospitable, excellent genuine breakfast. The rooms are very beautiful, rustic and characteristic. Only two flaws: quite hard mattress and pillows, and the possibility to make the room completely dark is practically impossible. At the first light of dawn everything turns red, which is not ideal for someone like me who is used to sleeping in the dark. Overall, great experience.

The structure is located in an enviable position compared to the Punta Aderci reserve. The owners are uniquely helpful. Impossible to ask for more.

Located in the most spectacular area of the Abruzzo coast, it offers tranquility and relaxation, with the possibility to immerse yourself in a natural environment comfortably, thanks to the exquisite and discreet hospitality of the hosts. Pleasant conversations with the owner, a deep connoisseur of the territory, and delicious homemade sweets, especially cakes and jams, served at breakfast by the kind spouse, all just a few kilometers away from the crowd and the varied offerings of the city of Vasto for restaurants, shopping, events, especially in the evening.

We had a great time. The location is good, but a car/motorbike is needed to reach points of interest, shops, etc. Prepared and helpful managers for any advice.

The owners are kind and hospitable. The property is located in the countryside and has access to the sea in the less touristy area, and in my opinion, this makes it even more beautiful. Recommended especially for those who see holidays as an opportunity to be in touch with nature.

Great B&B in a spectacular location just a few hundred meters from Mottagrossa beach. The (family) management is attentive, courteous, and helpful in providing all kinds of information: lovely people. Room no. 2 (where we stayed) was perhaps the smallest, but more than adequate for the stay. Considering that it is open from late April to late September, it is a recommended place not only for the sea but also for those who want to do trekking and/or birdwatching within the Punta Aderci Reserve.

Finally after two years I was able to return to this little paradise and expectations were not disappointed. This time on the farm, delightful and intimate, the room very spacious with two opposite windows that besides bringing light and a breeze give one the blue line of the sea beyond the fig trees, the other, opposite, the clear Maiella that seems touchable. Mrs. Francesca and her husband Roberto always welcome guests with courtesy and discretion but are ready to give advice and directions if asked. Beach still surprisingly clean, golden sea, splendid holiday. Respect still exists here, I would really not want it to be lost. Villa Marianna deserves at least an 11 for its location.

There are no words to describe the beauty of the place, the peace and magnificence of the nature surrounding B&B Villa Marianna. The kindness of Mrs. Francesca, then completes everything! Highly recommended!

Great B&B, good location inside the reserve, very kind owners. Recommended for those who love the sea and nature. Negative note, but it's certainly not the owners' fault, the cars parking right by the beach.

In a very particular location, perfect for those who love to be in contact with nature, away from the confusion, with a beautiful path that leads to the pebble beach with a "trabucco view", this B&B Villa Marianna is managed very well, discreetly and kindly. Clean, attention to detail, we had a great time.

The stay at B&B Villa Marianna was particularly pleasant and relaxing for the comfortable room, impeccable cleanliness, the discreet friendliness of the manager, the abundant breakfast, and the location within a protected green area, just a few hundred meters from one of the most suggestive coastlines of Abruzzo. Not to be missed!

Really a nice place. The lady was very kind to welcome us for just one night, in this high season period there is a lot of demand for longer stays. I plan to go back, maybe in September with other friends.

I stayed at this B&B Villa Marianna with my family and we were very satisfied. Absolutely one of the best B&Bs we've stayed at. The managers Rosi and Mauro are extremely kind and helpful. The welcome was very warm making us breathe a family atmosphere. Among all the B&Bs we have known, "Il piccolo fiore" was the absolute best in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Excellent breakfast, very abundant and varied with several excellent homemade sweets prepared with care and love by Mrs. Rosi. It is a place we will definitely return to and highly recommend to those who have never been there! Our rating from 1-10 is 10 and praise in everything! Ah! I forgot.. visit Vasto because it is the pearl of Abruzzo!

The stay was pleasant. The lady was very kind and helpful. The place is quiet and peaceful. The structure is modern and welcoming. The sea is just a step away and is accessed through a private path along a few hundred meters. The sea, with flat pebbles, is clean. The trabocchi coast is beautiful and very green. The towns are clean and have good restaurants and trattorias. Please visit, after the pleasant baths and tastings, also the English cemetery; it is worth reflecting on.

Do you know the feeling you get when you arrive in a new place? You wonder how the people who will welcome you will be, if you will be fine and much more. Well, at B&B Villa Marianna it took maybe 10 minutes for us to feel at home! Francesca, who welcomed us, chose the most spacious and best room for us and in the following mornings delighted us with her sweets and her wonderful bread! The convenience of the sea right below the house, beautiful and wild, the peace of the place and the beauties of the surroundings made this week a mini vacation absolutely worth repeating.
