Casa Annina is a charming independent house spread over two levels, located in the historic center of Prata d'Ansidonia, a village about 20 km from L'Aquila.

On the lower floor, you'll find the dining area with an open kitchen equipped with a washing machine, as well as a cozy sitting room with a single sofa bed. Upstairs, there is a room with a French double bed, a single room, and a bathroom with a shower.

The village of Prata d'Ansidonia is situated in the production area of the DOP "Zafferano dell'Aquila" and is approximately 20 minutes from L'Aquila, 35 minutes from Gran Sasso, and 45 minutes from the ski resorts of Campo Felice/Ovindoli.

The host Annina is a very kind and welcoming person. The house has been recently renovated and is well maintained and clean. It has everything needed to prepare meals. It was a convenient base for visiting many points of interest in the area. We are happy to have stayed in this place immersed in nature; the silence that surrounded us left a strong impression. I would like to point out the staircase used to access the upper floor, which could be somewhat difficult for people with mobility issues. It will be a base again when we want to continue visiting places we had to leave out. Thank you Annina.
