A wonderful place where we spent a few days on vacation. A privileged location and very kind and helpful managers. The feeling of feeling at home made the vacation unforgettable.

Great location, Mauro is a caring and friendly person, the rooms and services are simple but clean, the breakfast is abundant and varied. Highly recommended, then it also brought us luck.

Mauro and his wife make you feel at home! The place is perfect for relaxing and convenient for getting around. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you again Mauro.

Kind and friendly owners. Large breakfast based on local products. At few meters from the famous cycle lane Via Verde dei Trabocchi; a surprise from the owner Mauro, an expert cyclist in the area. Excellent sea front position but many locations still closed in April. To repeat.

Splendid location, facing the sea and very close to the trabocchi cycling path. Breakfast could be improved.

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Maria al Mare, a simple but optimal structure. We had the possibility of a shaded balcony, perfect for a good breakfast overlooking the sea of the Costa dei Trabocchi.\n\nThe managers are very kind and ready to fulfill every request. A very appreciated surprise was the possibility to use an umbrella and two sunbeds, included in the price, at a very close beach club.\n\nThe sea is beautiful and there are restaurants and bars just a stone's throw away. What can I say... it was a very nice holiday and worth recommending. Thank you for everything, Giuliana and Loredana.

Great Bed and Breakfast on the Trabocchi Coast. The staff is very kind. Excellent value for money considering that the fee includes the umbrella and 2 sunbeds in a beach club just a few steps away. Positive experience.

Kindness of the managers, excellent value for money. Stunning panorama, charming trabocchi area and blue flag sea.

Good location in the center of the town, by the sea and close to the 'Trabocchi Coast' cycle path. Kind and hospitable owners.

Simple but optimal accommodation, with a shaded balcony and sea view. The two brothers who manage the property, Mauro and Marialaura, are very kind and helpful. Good breakfast with sea view, possibility to put bicycles. Very nice surrounding area with bike path, coves, clean sea (blue flag). Very convenient umbrella with two sunbeds included in the price, right in front of the property. Possibility to eat at affordable prices in the area. Very nice vacation, thank you!

We stayed at Mauro and Laura's for 4 days and we had a great time: kindness, cleanliness, and availability. Family-run property with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea in the center of Fossacesia Marina, just a stone's throw from the beach.

Mauro and his sister are very kind and welcoming, we immediately felt at home. The location of the property is strategic: on the seafront, yet in a quiet position, a few meters from the access to the trabocchi cycle path (splendid!). Tasty breakfast (the lemon bundt cake is a real delicacy!) to be enjoyed on the terrace facing the sea. Essential room, but clean and comfortable.

I had the pleasure of staying again at the B&B "Villa Maria al Mare". The rooms are cozy, clean, and tastefully furnished, offering essential comforts for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is abundant, with local products that made waking up truly special. Mauro and his sister are, as always, kind and helpful, always ready to provide advice on what to visit in the area or to fulfill any requests. The value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing stay with a beautiful sea, on the cycle path of the trabocchi.

The B&B's little house is facing the sea, separated only by a not particularly intense road (May) and not very close to noisy places. The pebble beach is wide and, in the summer, equipped. In May, I found the environment delightfully silent and the large balcony in front of the room very enjoyable. The furnishings are simple but sufficient. The owner, who also organizes bike tours in the region, was extremely courteous, offering me a ride to the station three times, which is only accessible by the "Di Fonzo" company buses, unfortunately rare and not very reliable.

Fair price for a structure located on the seafront of Fossacesia Marina. Excellent breakfast at the bar, naturally included in the price. Kind manager willing to provide advice on both places to visit and restaurants for lunch/dinner. If we come back to the area, we'll meet again.

Essential apartments, in good condition, with large windows overlooking the sea. Comfortable beds and clean linen. Bathrooms in good condition, clean and complete with everything. WiFi and air conditioning. Large terrace overlooking the sea where you can eat and relax. Parking right in front of the house. Many shops nearby. Adjacent to the Trabocchi Coast cycle path. Possibility to rent all types of bikes. Kind and helpful owner.

10 meters from the sea, very close to the trabocchi cycle and pedestrian path, adjacent to the b&b bar, restaurants. Simple but functional rooms.

Seaside, spacious and clean room. The owner is always available and helpful for any need. Breakfast is managed by a bar adjacent to the house that is well equipped to handle dietary intolerances. I could park the motorbike inside the structure.

For us it was a passing stay but we were able to appreciate the kindness, the familiarity of the relationships. Excellent location, by the sea and romantic the small garden in front of the house. Breakfast at the nearby bar with friendly staff, but... cappuccino and croissant.

Great place, the room was excellent and the manager was very cordial and helpful. I recommend it.

I found everything perfect, I can't complain at all. Mauro, the owner, is a person of rare availability, I felt at home, pampered. The location is perfect, right in front of the sea, well ventilated, very pleasant to stay on the terrace enjoying the sunrise or sunset. Included in the price we had: - umbrella and two sunbeds in the establishment across the street; - paid parking for the entire stay period; - breakfast at a bar not far away with no limit. If you especially add up the first two items, you will realize that the price requested is absolutely advantageous. For me, who loves cycling, the location compared to the cycle path is fabulous, our 'costa dei trabocchi' is wonderful and definitely worth a visit. I will definitely come back.

Double room on the second floor very clean. Air conditioner in the room and excellent shower. Spectacular view from the shared balcony. Convenient location in front of the beach. Kind and always available manager. No flaws in the structure and definitely an experience to repeat.

Great B&B for a relaxing stay by the sea. Strategic position for visiting the Costa dei Trabocchi, which can be done by bike using the newly built cycle path. Comfortable and spacious room with a front terrace overlooking the sea.

My son and I really enjoyed our stay, family atmosphere and very good treatment. The manager deserves special mention, he treated us very well, offering us a lift directly to the restaurant because we were traveling by bike and it was raining.

The room where we stayed, room number 3 on the second floor, is not very large but clean (towels changed every two days) and has a large terrace overlooking the sea: the sea is just a stone's throw away, you cross the road, not busy with cars, and the promenade; you can lie on the large and small stones that characterize this beach. The room has a very beautiful and breezy view of the sea that allows you to see the sunrise and the more distant trabocchi. Tranquility reigns in this B&B (missing a clothesline for our beach towels), perhaps the large shared terrace, which is also accessed from the room, could compromise privacy a bit, but we don't stay in the room when we go on vacation to the sea!

I stayed at Villa Maria al Mare for one day. I must say that I had a good experience in every way: great location, right on the seaside, ensuite bathroom, good cleanliness. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning, which could be useful on hotter days. Highly recommended.

Excellent. By the sea, spacious room. Bathroom with hairdryer, not always found in these structures. Breakfast at the nice adjacent bar. Two beautiful bicycles were provided for a ride along the promenade.

Excellent structure for those who love the sea and walks. Great for visiting neighboring countries and tasting the good food of the province.
