The main bathroom includes a sink, shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, and drying rack. Linens are provided in full. On the upper floor, in addition to the two bedrooms, there is a second service bathroom.

Guests have access to large balconies with panoramic views of Aosta and a well-equipped terrace, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available for free, and the spaces are heated with a pellet stove for natural comfort, along with adjustable fan heaters in every room. The private entrance and reserved parking further enhance the pleasantness of the stay.

The property has a unique character and location. It is also fully equipped and has its private parking. You can reach most destinations in Aosta within an hour and in a few minutes you are at shops and restaurants. The hosts are super friendly and go out of their way to help you. I strongly recommend Grenier du Coeur to anyone wanting to enjoy the best holiday in Aosta.

Grenier du Coeur is a charming property that hosts Devis and Sara have set up and decorated with obvious passion. The views down over Aosta, and up into the mountains are wonderful. We liked the location as it is peaceful to be above the city, but you obviously need a car. It is only 5-7 minutes or so to drive down to the city. A dedicated parking space is provided just a few metres away and it is easy to enter and exit (a rarity!). The little house was spotlessly clean, we were greeted by Devis and Sara on arrival and given a good briefing. The downstairs dining and kitchen area is compact but has everything you need (except no freezer). The downstairs bathroom is large, and there is also a small toilet and bidet room upstairs. The two bedrooms upstairs are a good size and are attractively kitted out. The beds were very comfortable (another relative rarity) with nice bedding and excellent pillows (a total rarity!). Nice decks front and rear. Wifi worked well. Devis and Sara were very attentive and responsive hosts- nothing too much trouble and a genuine concern that their guests are comfortable. A comprehensive house manual and list of restaurants/supermarkets etc was provided online. Highly recommended. This property was listed on several sites. I had a very bad experience in choosing Bed-and-breakfast.it. Their payment systems led to my card being debited twice and this left me without funds and caused a lot of stress and time to resolve. I have never had such problems on other accommodation providers. This is not reflection on the superb hosts or the property itself.

We stayed two weeks at "Grenier du Coeur" and it really felt like home. The owners Devis & Sara gave us a warm welcome and provided us a wonderful stay. Our children said on the way home that they really wanted to come back again.

The cottage "Grenier Du Coeur" is really warm, super romantic and rustic, equipped with every modern comfort! Excellent clean and everything wonderfully uncomplicated. Most Agriturismo's we have seen are less equipped. For example great knives, pots and pans, etc. The owners Devis & Sara do their utmost to give you a wonderful stay.

Undoubtedly the cosiest apartment we have stayed in... Perfect for a family of 4. Super clean and decorated with great taste, we appreciated the comfort of the cozy beds with sheets that smell fresh. We felt at home, the hosts were lovely and available if needed. An address to remember that we highly recommend! Charming structure, everything is in order and clean. Beds and pillows are perfect, great location to reach all nearby places. The managers are very kind and ready to solve any problem. Parking space under the house and let's not forget the view. Everything is excellent, thank you very much!

The managers are very helpful people. The apartment is beautiful, typical of the mountains, cozy, with impeccable cleanliness. Nothing is missing. The location is on the outskirts, but Aosta is reachable in just 5 minutes by car. My family and I liked it a lot.
