Located in Maglie, it is strategically positioned for easy access to Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, and the beaches along both coasts, combining tranquility with the convenience of being within walking distance to the town center.

The rooms are elegant and quiet, featuring air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a private bathroom with Trani marble, a hot beverage machine, and a refrigerator stocked with water, ensuring comfort and independence. The Mediterranean garden offers a private green space to relax after days spent enjoying the sea and culture. Breakfast is included through vouchers for local artisan bakeries, allowing guests to experience a local flavor in the morning. We particularly like this intergenerational ritual and do not plan to deviate from it under any circumstances. We want our guests to join us in these instances because it's a unique opportunity in which they can immerse themselves in local culture, discovering the friendly and celebratory way of life here. This is why we offer coupons (€6, 00 per night) to guests for coffee and sweet Italian treats in 3 pastry shops. Depending on the season, our guests are also free to pick apricots, plums, pears, blackberries, figs, persimmon, pomegranates, oranges or clementines from the garden.

Everything was perfect! The welcome by Stefano with his helpful advice and the departure ensured by Arielle's presence. The little gifts in the room. The ideal location for visiting the south of Puglia. The very beautiful garden and the room nicely decorated in this lovely renovated masseria.

Great property with free on-street parking, very convenient for the town centre. Large bathroom with a perfectly functioning shower; there is no TV and breakfast can only be had at the three partner pastry shops, but there was a coffee machine with plenty of pods in the room. All on a single street-level floor, great for those with a lot of luggage.
