Great property and friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommended. We booked for a few days but liked it so much we extended for a week. The town is laid back and the people are cool. We have been to many places in Italy and this area is by far the best, real Italy not a tourist trap. Do not miss the pizza at Nr 76 the best pizza in all Italy, check out the Gelato at a place called The Ice Cream Shop, it is beside a park and is family run. And the place by the town square is fabulous with a fantastic owner and staff not to mention good food and cappuccinos. Had a great time and hope to return some day. We stayed at La Dimora di Marco - Exclusive Art Rooms Salento for a pleasant weekend in Salento. The structure is very well-kept and equipped with everything needed for the stay, there is a beautiful garden and an area with tables to relax in the open area. The room that Marco reserved for us was comfortable, clean, and very well taken care of in details and furnishings. Equipped with heating, hob, fridge, and en-suite bathroom, a sort of studio apartment. The location is really convenient because it is located a few kilometers from the sea and about 20 minutes from Lecce. We recommend tasting the 'pasticciotti' from Bar Pertini in Melendugno, they are truly spectacular! Marco was really very kind and helpful, we highly recommend staying at his property!

We stayed at La Dimora di Marco - Exclusive Art Rooms Salento for 14 days and we were very comfortable. The room was spacious and equipped with all the comforts: fridge, sink, kitchen with induction hob, and latest generation TV. Then moving on to the private bathroom, modern with a spacious shower. I thank the owners, Marco and Arianna, for their availability.

Nice, especially because it is modern with wifi, TV, heating, and other comfortable amenities. Equipped with a kitchenette that allowed us to have a relaxing stay. We felt welcomed as if we were at home, the manager is very kind and helpful.

Lovely place, beautiful structure with a garden to enjoy. Family atmosphere and exceptional hosts. Breakfast always with fresh products collected from the garden. Great location to explore the entire coast. Impeccable cleanliness. Total relaxation, we will definitely come back. A place that stays in the heart!

We stayed recently at La Dimora di Marco - Exclusive Art Rooms Salento and I must say we had a great time. The cleanliness and attention to detail, including artistic details, both in the room and in the shared spaces, were truly impeccable. The friendliness of the young owners is superb, always available for any need, advice, or necessity. The breakfast is truly exquisite, mixing typical local products like the delicious 'pasticciotto', local honey, and homemade sweets. Fresh fruit from their garden is always available every morning. The strongest feeling we had was that at La Dimora di Marco, you breathe an atmosphere of home and tranquility. With well-furnished rooms and common areas equipped with laundry facilities and a relaxation area. I highly recommend it to those who want to stay in a strategically located place in the heart of Salento, 10 minutes by car from the sea and just over 25 minutes from Otranto and Lecce, without giving up the tranquility and silence of the village, with no parking issues.

Ottimo B&b gestito dal titolare in modo ineccepibile, molto disponibile e preparato. Colazione spettacolare con ottima frutta km zero.

Accoglienza, ospitalità, gentilezza: Marco vi farà sentire come a casa vostra. La struttura di recente ristrutturazione è arredata con gusto e ricercatezza nei minimi dettagli, rispettando lo stile architettonico leccese. Abbiamo apprezzato anche l’ampiezza degli spazi sia all’interno della camera che quelli esterni comuni. Consiglio a chiunque voglia visitare queste meravigliose zone di soggiornare presso questa struttura anche per la sua posizione strategica. Grazie a Marco anche per i numerosi consigli... ci rivedremo presto!

La struttura è molto bella e pulita. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. La colazione ottima e abbondante in cui non mancano i pasticciotti e i dolce fatto in casa.

La Dimora di Marco è una nuova struttura a 5 km circa da San Foca. Gestita da Marco e Arianna, ha tre stanze con angolo cottura e ingresso autonomo, ogni stanza ha un nome, la nostra era "Sole e Luna". Ho dato 10 perché non si poteva dare un voto più alto ma vale veramente la pena di soggiornare e godere delle comodità della struttura, della buona colazione e della vicinanza del mare. Grazie Marco e Arianna.

Io e mio marito abbiamo scoperto questa struttura grazie al B&B day. Siamo felicissimi di questo soggiorno perché ci siamo trovati benissimo. Tutto perfetto, ottima la pulizia della camera e di tutta la struttura. La camera "Il bacio" bellissima è arredata con gusto e che dire del materasso..sogni beati. La colazione ottima ed abbondante servita fuori sotto un porticato. Buona la posizione per raggiungere a pochi chilometri spiagge e città del Salento. Il proprietario Marco e la sua ragazza ci hanno accolto benissimo con la loro disponibilità e simpatia ed è per questo che ritorneremo a luglio, quindi a presto ragazzi.
