Seagull Apartments welcomes guests to a villa overlooking the sea in Bari Palese, a place where the tranquility of the waterfront meets convenient travel options. The public beach is just a short walk away, and both the airport and the city center are only a few minutes' drive, as is the port. Additionally, the School for Finance Officers is also nearby, making the property suitable for leisure stays or temporary needs.

The villa features two independent apartments. On the first floor is the "Vista Mare" four-room apartment, designed to accommodate up to six guests. The spaces are spacious and bright, with two bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a panoramic balcony that offers a view of the Adriatic Sea. Air conditioning is available in the living area and the main bedroom.

The semi-basement level houses the "Giardino" apartment, a practical and functional open space for four people, complete with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a private patio overlooking greenery. Here too, air conditioning ensures comfort in every season.

The stay is enhanced by numerous amenities: private internal parking, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, a well-equipped garden with a play area, included linens, mosquito nets, and drying racks. The presence of the host, Enza, adds a personal touch to the experience, providing assistance and tips for making the most of the local area.

From this location, it is easy to explore some of the most enchanting destinations in Puglia and beyond: Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Trani, Alberobello, Ostuni, Locorotondo, and even Matera can be reached in under an hour. Seagull Apartments is a cozy retreat by the sea and an ideal starting point for discovering the region's beauty.

We spent a fantastic time in this place! The house is beautifully situated next to a walking path by the sea. The garden with a hammock encourages relaxation among the flowers. Parking spaces on the property. The apartments are clean, new, well-equipped. The mattresses are comfortable. The hosts are extremely hospitable and caring. We got a lot of information about shops, transport and tourist attractions. And this wonderful peace. We will definitely come back!

I had the pleasure of staying in an apartment with a sea view and the experience was simply magnificent. The location was ideal, just a few steps from the beach, with a breathtaking panoramic view. Every morning we woke up and could immediately enjoy the sound of the waves and the sunlight filtering through the windows. The apartment was tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The kitchen was well-equipped, which allowed us to prepare some meals and enjoy them while simultaneously taking in the beautiful view. The cleanliness was impeccable and the owner was very helpful and friendly, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Furthermore, the surrounding area offered many opportunities for exploration, with many villages and characteristic places just a short distance away. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. I can't wait to return!
