We stayed one night at Casa dell'Artista, everything was perfect, the room was very clean and smelled fresh. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The host Danielo was super nice and helpful. We will definitely go back for a longer stay.

Well-maintained little apartment, and above all very clean. The manager is very kind and helpful. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the center, with a nice walk along a beautiful avenue full of activities. Highly recommended.

Gentilissimo Ospite, ci fa molto piacere leggere che la nostra è una struttura consigliatissima. Ci spiace però apprendere che il rapporto qualità/prezzo promozionale (€. 17, 50 a persona a notte) non l’ha soddisfatta! Inoltre ci farebbe piacere sapere come ha fatto a valutare la colazione, visto che la sua prenotazione non prevedeva tale servizio. Che dire? Grazie comnque. Ad maiora……….

The owner is very caring. The structure is simple externally, but furnished with care and very functional. The bathroom and kitchen are extremely clean. The check-in is very easy with the owner's telephone help. The only thing that could perhaps be improved is the lack of a TV in the bedroom. The breakfast is super abundant, made with prepackaged foods and drinks of excellent quality. For this reason, I crossed out 'breakfast not provided', referring to a traditional type of breakfast. Overall, the judgment is more than positive.

Excellent structure, as expected. In a central location, you can visit the city on foot. The manager was very kind and helpful, also for information on excursions.

The room was not cleaned, and there was no change of linens. The manager messaged me at 1 am in an offensive way about how we left the room, after the bathroom was not cleaned.

Signora Saracino dovrebbe sapere che le bugie hanno le gambe corte. Sul sito è indicato chiaramente quando viene effettuato il cambio periodico della biancheria e la pulizia dell’appartamento autonomo. Sul portale è anche indicato che l’ospite ha comunque possibilità di richiedere un servizio aggiuntivo. Cosa che lei non ha assolutamente richiesto. Al suo posto avremmo solo presentato delle scuse in privato, senza tentare di danneggiarci con una recensione che qualsiasi lettore obiettivo non fatica a comprendere quanto sia falsa e tendenziosa. Ci voglia scusare per l’ora tarda del messaggio. Non abbiamo potuto farlo prima in quanto siamo stati impegnati tutta la giornata a cercare qualche impresa di pulizia disponibile a eliminare i segni del suo passaggio. Inoltre siamo stati molto impegnati a trovare una struttura disponibile ad accogliere il nostro ospite successivo. Giusto per non entrare nel dettaglio, per il futuro voglia prendere nota che sul vocabolario italiano sono indicati le diverse funzioni dei sanitari. Se approfondisce la ricerca scoprirà anche che i teli da bagno vanno usati per asciugare una parte del corpo APPENA LAVATA. Se poi lei ritiene che una struttura ricettiva sia il giusto luogo per certi comportamenti poco conformi all'igiene e al buon costume, allora non è neanche il caso di parlarne. Siamo certi che se prova a riferire sinceramente a parenti ed amici l'effettivo comportamento suo e del suo congiunto, le sarà molto difficile riscuotere la loro solidarietà. Si ricordi signora Saracino: dovunque vada e in qualsiasi luogo, “TROVARE PULITO È UN PIACERE, LASCIARE PULITO È UN DOVERE!” Cordialità.

Well-kept facility in every detail, functional and aesthetic, clean, tidy, and quiet. Convenient parking and quiet area. The kitchenette is also useful for those staying more than one day. I highly recommend it.

Everything perfect or almost, except for a small initial misunderstanding with the manager who misunderstood a question, and had a strangely polemical and unjustified reaction. The property is welcoming and spacious, very clean, close to the center, beautiful and original furniture. Missing fresh fruit at breakfast, only packaged products.

Mr. Francesco and his wife welcomed us with great courtesy. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and was really very clean. It is located a few minutes walk from the center of this beautiful city. Recommended structure.

Perfect B&B furnished with impeccable taste in every detail! Very kind owner who gave us valuable tips on what to visit and provided us with a useful map to help us move around the city. Everything you need (and more) for breakfast is available! The structure is 10 minutes away from the center, which can be reached with a pleasant walk.
