Great location, breathtaking sea view, extremely kind owner, always reachable and available for any request. Parking is available both under the house and nearby. Highly recommended! This is the second time we've returned but there will certainly be more!

Very relaxing and peaceful.

Unfortunately, we stayed in a room clearly designed for two people: upon arrival there were two sets of towels and two soaps. Besides the small size, there wasn't even a cooker and being unable to cook for two weeks was quite difficult. This year the cleaning was adequate: the Viola room is much more comfortable and clean.

Great sea view.The sunrise and sunset are spectacular.The property is located in a strategic spot to visit nearby towns.The house is very welcoming and the cleanliness is excellent.

Perfect room, spacious and clean. Modern furnishings. Spectacular view. The manager of the property is very kind and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

The room was very clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The host was always very kind and fulfilled my wish to have an ironing board and iron since we were in Briatico for a wedding. I also find the property in a good location halfway between Tropea and Pizzo Calabro. With a short walk, you can reach a small beach. Recommended.

I am foreign, so I write poorly in Italian. The owners are very kind and flexible. The kitchen and breakfast area are nice. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed is excellent. The location in relation to the beach is 5 minutes from La Roquetta.

I stayed for a week with my girlfriend in this structure. The location is excellent, allowing us to reach all the most beautiful beaches and places of interest in the area in no time. The view is stunning and the sunset even more so. There is also a beach accessible on foot from the B&B, definitely up to par with the entire coastline, as well as a very charming harbor. A warm greeting to Michela who made us feel at home, also providing us with many tips on festivals and events that we would hardly have discovered, in addition to suggesting the beaches most suitable for us after listening to our preferences. In short, absolutely more than recommended.

Comfortable bed and breakfast with Pizzo and Tropea quite close. Suitable for those who prefer a bit of tranquility away from the chaos of the city. Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, I highly recommend!

I spent the first week of September in the bed and breakfast, which is in a strategic location. The structure is clean and enjoys the main comforts. The staff is particularly welcoming, as well as attentive and caring to the needs of their guests. The breakfast offered was excellent with seasonal fruit galore. I would gladly return and recommend a stay at La Casa di Tina.

We are very satisfied with our stay. The room was very spacious, recently renovated, and equipped with everything, including a larger fridge than the usual minibar. The balcony had a beautiful sea view. Michela and Pina are very kind, very helpful, and full of information about the area. The property is right in front of the town's viewpoint and the sea is really just a few steps, or rather, stairs away. The nearby beaches are pebbly and rocky, but the water is truly crystal clear. The host also provided us with the number of a driver to reach the more distant beaches. Moreover, the convenient little station, about 10 minutes on foot, makes it easy to reach Pizzo, Tropea, and other locations on the Costa degli Dei. The buffet breakfast is very satisfying, with a cappuccino like at the bar. We highly recommend this b&b!

I spent six exceptional days. Excellent cleanliness and hospitality. They take care of every detail. Close to the sea with a panoramic view. Room equipped with every comfort, very clean and well organized spaces. Very comfortable bed. Modern bathroom with a very spacious shower. Varied and plentiful breakfast. Mrs. Michela and Mrs. Pina welcomed me with extreme cordiality and sympathy and with great kindness. Their attentive and discreet presence really makes you feel at home. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! Highly recommended.

B&B located near the well-known town of Tropea, it is situated in Briatico, a very quiet village with a beautiful view of the sea. The B&B is clean, new, and well-furnished. Rich breakfast and availability of a fridge full of drinks and snacks, even though we didn't take anything but you can use it if you want. The manager is very helpful, she is a young and friendly woman, she allowed us to have breakfast at 10:00, while the regulation in this B&B foresees 9:00. The cleaning lady is very kind, she served us breakfast and assisted us until shortly before leaving. Possibility to park the car nearby, from the apartment you can also see the sea. The only slightly negative note: early in the morning you can hear many voices and disturbances from the stairs of the building, from the upper floor, and from the adjacent reception room to the room where you sleep, due to chatting. Apart from this small inconvenience, which can certainly be resolved by informing the manager, I highly recommend this B&B and I plan to return soon.

Beautiful structure located right by the sea in a very peaceful area, with just a few minutes by car you can reach the chaos of Tropea. Great spot also to visit the most beautiful beaches of the Coast of the Gods. Satisfied.

We spent a wonderful week! Quite spacious room equipped with all comforts. Very convenient, just a few steps from the beach. We enjoyed a wonderful sea view and incredible sunsets. Fantastic owners for their kindness and availability! Everything perfect.

Very kind and helpful owner, the rooms inside are completely renovated. Good location, away from the chaos but close to beaches and town centers for those who love walking, shopping, and bars to taste the local delights.

We stayed for one night and I must say I felt right at home. Exceptional hospitality. We found the room/apartment clean. For breakfast, we were given a 'voucher' to use at the affiliated bar. The only downside if I really have to say is the parking. For parking, you can park right in front of the apartment building's door and our luck was to have a car slightly taller than normal, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to climb the step. I would go back.

Structure located on the waterfront with a breathtaking view, just a few steps from the city center and the beach, also reachable on foot. Well-organized, very clean and welcoming structure. For those who want to spend a relaxing stay cuddled by the splendid sea of Calabria, I recommend this B&B.
