The host was very helpful and friendly. They provided the tour guide. She is also good in English. Room was clean and neat.

We stayed for 5 nights at this charming place. It is a great location being near the restaurants and the beautiful sea and beach. Silvia is an attentive, kind, and friendly host and owner. Nice breakfast and conversation. We highly recommend this place.

The owner was very kind and helpful. She gave us another room as the one we booked was already taken. Even though all the other rooms were occupied, she was very accommodating. The floor and bedding were clean. Unfortunately, the toilet seat was missing in the bathroom and the bidet was not quite clean. Nevertheless, one cannot complain, as the owner provided us with the room. The room is located on the main street and is therefore very close to the restaurants. However, this is also a disadvantage as it is quite noisy.

We stayed at Serendipity in the last week of August. We returned yesterday. We stayed in the "Rose" room. We had a great time: a very comfortable, cozy and family-like atmosphere. You feel at home. The property is very nice; the room was clean, large and equipped with every comfort. The owner Silvia is a true hostess. Always smiling, available at any time and ready to fulfill our every request. Breakfast is very good. The location is strategic, located on a main street with bars, a supermarket and various nearby venues and 5 minutes from the sea. Definitely 100% recommended. We will return.

Let’s start with the fact that we will definitely be returning. We were welcomed, supported, and guided. The room was super clean in every corner and provided everything abundantly. We travel very often and it is hard to find all these services and a room this clean (even in 4-star hotels).

Serendipity is a very easy to reach B&B located in view of the main road where there is also a bar and a restaurant within walking distance in case you do not want to take the car (possibility of parking in the white lines). In 5 minutes by car you can reach Praia a Mare (restaurants, bars, etc.) strolling in the center. 50 minutes from the Christ the Redeemer and Matera historic center. The B&B is very welcoming, thanks to the owner who will not hold back for a chat at any hour. Clean and tidy room. Breakfast is well done (especially if the lady delights you with some homemade cake as happened during my stay). Recommended!

I stayed at this B&B from September 3rd to September 5th with my family. The property is in good condition and is managed by Mrs. Silvia, a delightful person who is very helpful for any eventuality. Our room (Papavero) had dated furnishings but everything was in excellent condition and very clean. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The beach is about 200 meters away, so it is possible to reach it comfortably on foot. The B&B is located in a strategic point due to the presence of various commercial activities, including restaurants and bars, and for its proximity to other locations such as Praia al Mare, San Nicola Arcella, and Maratea. I would return.

We had a great time! Silvia is a spectacular person always ready to welcome any request and give advice! Thanks to her we rented the bikes at a lower price and had a lot of fun! The breakfast is exceptional! I highly recommend everyone to go there, b&b is close to all shops and places of interest.

The structure was well positioned, clean, and well maintained. The real strength is Silvia, the manager of the place: helpful, friendly, kind, an excellent tour guide to visit the area, truly the backbone of the structure. I stayed for a weekend at this wonderful property, fresh, welcoming and in a strategic position to visit the area. 5 minutes walk to reach Praia a Mare, 10 minutes by car from Maratea, San Nicola Arcella and the splendid hills overlooking the sea. I stayed for a weekend at this magnificent B&B managed by Silvia. I arrived by train and she came to pick me up at the station, also taking me back when I left, which speaks volumes about the attention and care given to the guests. The structure is very welcoming: it is located on the main road but at the same time, the courtyard surrounding it, crowned by a splendid and refreshing pergola, makes it an intimate place secluded from the city's hustle and bustle. The seafront is close by, just a few minutes away. The rooms are clean and airy. Kindness, competence, availability, friendliness, Silvia perfectly embodies the spirit of hospitality and truly makes you feel at home; her sweets are delicious, her advice invaluable, and the chats about the history and beauties of the place very pleasant. I would go back today.

Beautiful and welcoming structure, very close to the sea, but above all it is the kindness and courtesy of Silvia that make you feel at home, always available for anything, it's no coincidence that I have been there 3 times. I recommend it to everyone.

The structure is very nice and welcoming. A beautiful pergola in front of the entrance and, around the house, a large sheltered and shaded parking lot. I found my car cool despite the sunny and quite hot day (late May)! My room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom? More than clean, neat (you can see elbow grease is used)! Sheets and towels? Colorful to bring joy just by looking at them, fresh from the laundry, with the taste of sun and wind (you can see that even the sun of Calabria plays its part). And then, what about the welcome? Silvia is a delightful well-informed host about the beauties of the area. Thanks to her, I discovered the museum of Tortora, actually called the museum of Blanda, the name the Romans had given it, which has interesting artifacts, but also many things to see just for the pleasure of the eyes. You have to go to the village, up the hill, and drive a few kilometers. It's worth it, the view is spectacular: cliffs, green mountains, sea view. There are many beautiful places near the B&B that Silvia suggested to me, even though just a walk on the beautiful beach of Tortora, a few minutes walk from Isola di Dino, can already work as an excellent refresher (it worked wonders for me!). I felt pampered and welcomed by Silvia. I want to go back!

Very quiet place, very clean and welcoming rooms, everything very tidy, excellent value for money. For work, I often sleep in Bed and Breakfasts between Sicily and Calabria, but this Bed and Breakfast I guarantee it to you also thanks to the kindness and competence of Mrs. Silvia. Surely I will return to this place soon but this time with my family for vacation to enjoy this wonderful corner of Calabria. Guess where I will stay? Clearly at Serendipity.

I have just returned from a mini-holiday with my husband and my eleven-month-old son and our judgment is extremely positive. The B&B is located in a strategic position because in a few minutes of walking you can reach both the sea and the center of Praja. By car, it takes just a handful of minutes to reach Maratea and Castrocucco. The treatment was excellent, Mrs. Silvia, the owner of the B&B, shows right from the start that she manages it with passion and has not neglected any of the guests. Every detail is taken care of and everything is always very clean. She provided me with a corner to prepare baby food and milk for my child and her constant presence, absolutely never invasive, allowed us to fully enjoy the holiday. It is definitely a holiday to repeat.
