Located in the heart of Ercolano, just 400 meters from the Archaeological Park and 160 meters from the Ercolano Scavi Circumvesuviana station, Casa Graziosa is the perfect accommodation for travelers without a private car. The property is smoke-free.

The apartment offers two types of accommodations.

Casa Graziosa City View (70 sqm) - features 2 bedrooms with provided linens, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious panoramic balcony overlooking the city. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and kitchen.

Internal Park Apartment (53 sqm) - includes 2 bedrooms with provided linens, 1 bathroom, a dining area in the fully equipped kitchen, and a small balcony with views of the internal park. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms.

No breakfast provided by the host. Guests will be able to provide for themselves and use the beautiful kitchen available in the apartment to prepare meals. Crockery and equipment available including coffee machine and electric kettle.

This is a very beautiful and clean apartment with a balcony which gives you a magical view over Ercolano, Naples and the sea. The property is in the center with lots of possibilities to drink and eat and is a 10 minute walk from Herculaneum. Lucia arranged us a safe parking space in the parking under the building. Lucia is very reachable and helps you with everything. She gave us drinks and snacks to start and prepared delicious toasts with tomatoes. If we ever come back, this will be the place where we would like to go back to.

The stay at Casa Graziosa was very pleasant. The structure is very welcoming, tastefully furnished, equipped with every comfort and very functional. Mrs. Lucia who manages it is very helpful, kind, and full of advice and suggestions.

Exceptional property equipped with all comforts, fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. Splendid view of the Gulf of Naples. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated. The landlady is phenomenal, always available and present for every need. Property highly recommended.
