Guests love it because: near the metro, very new, the design of the property, shopping area, in the city center, cheap, at the seaside.

Martucci 91 is a cozy apartment of about 55 square meters, featuring bright colors and a lively atmosphere. It is located just 130 meters from the Amedeo Square metro station, which takes you to the historic center of Naples in only three stops. Here, you can discover the beautiful churches and monuments of the city, stroll along San Gregorio Armeno, and admire the famous mural dedicated to Maradona. In the opposite direction, just two stops away, you'll find the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium and the Mostra d’Oltremare, a key venue for events and fairs. Additionally, only 150 meters from the apartment is the funicular, which will take you to the Vomero district in a few minutes, where you can visit attractions such as Castel Sant’Elmo, the Certosa di San Martino, and the Villa Floridiana, among others.

There is no breakfast in this structure. Just outside the structure on the left, there is a bar where you can have a hearty breakfast and just 120 metres away, in Piazza Amedeo, there are 2 renowned historic coffee shops where you can taste the best Neapolitan sweet specialties.

Very nice and functional structure, located in a strategic position to visit the historic center and spend the evenings in the Neapolitan nightlife. Daniela, the owner, is the added value!

I stayed with my family during the Easter period; a very welcoming house equipped with every comfort. Excellent reception from Daniela who provided us with all the necessary information and great advice for our stay. Strategic location near the metro stop and just a few steps from the sea. Highly recommended.

We were welcomed by Mrs. Daniela, a delightful and very helpful person, in this brand new, spotless structure equipped with every convenience. The area is very quiet, nice, and well connected: just a stone's throw from the property is the seafront, the metro station at Piazza Amedeo, that of San Pasquale, and the funicular to Vomero. The structure is perfect for those, like me, who love to stroll through cities. With a walk of just over half an hour, you reach the historic center, and in the same amount of time, you can reach Vomero. The walk along the adjacent seafront is a must, and without even realizing it, among beautiful buildings and breathtaking landscapes, you find yourself in Posillipo. The area also offers many lovely places to spend the evenings.
