B&B Villa Anita

Adele is an exceptionally gracious hostess, greeting us like lifelong friends. Her home is elegant and comfortable and beautiful. It's from the 1700s and has been impeccably restored, much like staying in a special museum, but it's actually a home! There are some steep stairs, but they are well worth the effort. We keep using the word 'magical' to describe our time here. We look forward to visiting Adele again and exploring Reggio Emilia.

Vittorio and Adele treated us like family. We were welcomed into their beautiful home. We were sad to leave them. The B&B Villa Anita is spectacular with so much history. We enjoyed walking the property and playing golf. I would give them more than 10 stars.

Villa Anita is situated idyllically in a small park. The villa itself is furnished with a lot of charm and design. A beautiful property with great attention to detail. Simply perfect. The rooms are also very nice and lovingly furnished. You feel immediately very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and featured great Italian specialties. The breakfast room itself is already worth a visit. Vittorio is a very nice host who took care of us lovingly. Complimenti! Complimenti! Thank you Vittorio for the kind hospitality. We stayed here on the occasion of the "b&b day" with three couples of friends and had a wonderful experience. Great structure and the manager Vittorio and his wonderful mother were perfect hosts in every way. The cleanliness, comfort of the spaces, courtesy, and elegance of the managers' manners pleasantly surprised and fascinated us. The place to park is very convenient. In short, we couldn't have ended up better, also because of the excellent location for visiting Reggio Emilia, Parma, etc. I would absolutely recommend it!

Being welcomed and hosted by Vittorio and his mother Adele is a pleasant opportunity, which I recommend. Their courtesy and generosity in listening to and supporting the guest's needs demonstrate a sincere passion for this activity and service, beyond the pride in preserving and continuing to keep alive the charm of the family's eighteenth-century villa. Villa rich in charm divinely managed by Vittorio. You will find yourself back in time immersed in the beauty of the park and in family memories. Delicious rooms and very comfortable bed.

A little gem in the tourism hospitality scene. Hospitality is the right word, that's how you feel, welcomed. Another thank you to Mrs. Adele. If I may say so, class is permanent, we will return.

I stayed for 2 nights in this splendid Bed and Breakfast, the lady welcomed us warmly showing us around the entire property. Very beautiful structure, an 18th-century villa, the atmosphere is truly from another era. The rooms are very spacious and well cleaned, equipped with all comforts, with furnishings that recall that period. Breakfast is served in a spectacular room and it's excellent. The hostess and her son are two unique individuals who made us feel at home! I will definitely return to this property.

I returned to this lovely B&B for the second time and there will be more! Beautiful structure immersed in nature, tranquility, and silence. Huge room, super clean, warm, and welcoming. The breakfast is the highlight and Mrs. Adele always prepares it with care and attention, making you feel at home, pampering you with advice and beautiful chats. I can't wait to go back already!

For the B&B Villa Anita we booked in this fantastic villa, friendly managers, Mrs. Adele is always attentive to our needs, the son Vittorio available and friendly, managers worthy of a score of 10 and praise. The structure is located in a fantastic setting 5 km from Reggio Emilia, wonderful park with various animals, pheasants, ducks, herons, hares etc., welcoming clean rooms, warm, in the bathroom nothing was missing, from towels to soaps to the necessary for women's toiletries, daily cleaning with replacement of mineral water and in any case a dream villa where time has stopped, but so comfortable, a pity that the score is only 5 stars, it deserves 10. Highly recommended for relaxation and proximity to cities like Modena, Parma, Bologna and other nearby villages, we plan to return. A huge thank you from my family, my in-laws and my little 4-legged friend.

Great structure and great welcome. Not easy to find the structure especially if you arrive in the evening.

Simply unique.

I went there with my partner last year. Beautiful structure that certainly gives its best in spring and summer, given the beautiful park it has. The managers are very attentive and absolutely not impersonal. I would slightly improve the breakfast which, perhaps due to who preceded us, was not very rich. Certainly, when I return to Reggio Emilia, I will rebook at Villa Anita.
