The B&B "COLLE PARADISO" is a rustic house located on a hill at 200m. above sea level in the very first hills, a quiet corner just 10 minutes (5 km) from the center of CESENA.
The hospitality and familiarity that is created in our home, accompanied by a good glass of wine, is what distinguishes us and is our pride. Here with us you can breathe an air that smells of flowers and countryside, the green spaces that surround the house and the view you see will leave you speechless.
The tastefully furnished rooms are like those "of the past", spacious, comfortable and bright with the typical warmth of country houses with terracotta tiled ceilings and exposed wooden beams; they are equipped with all the comforts of a modern home with an en-suite bathroom, a comfortable double bed (160X200), wardrobe and desk, bed linen, towels and shower towel, hairdryer, kettle, air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi and TV. (If necessary, there is space to add one or two extra beds).
There is no kitchen but the house includes a porch/veranda (heated in winter) which is equipped with tables, sofas, and everything you need for breakfast and relaxation. Also in this place it is possible to sit at the tables and, if you want, you can heat food in the microwave and store it in the refrigerator which is available to guests. In the large garden equipped with tables and chairs, you can spend moments of relaxation and park your cars/vans for free in the dedicated spaces. Breakfast (Italian breakfast at a time to be established), parking and Wi-Fi are included in the room price.
However, final cleaning and the municipal tourist tax must be added to the cost of the overnight stay.
Check-in (unless otherwise agreed) is from 5 to 8 PM, Check-out by 10 AM.
The location of our B&B in Cesena is a strategic point and base from which to visit ROMAGNA and enjoy the opportunities to visit some places nearby.

The Italian breakfast is at a time to be agreed with the host upon arrival, approximately from 7 to 9 AM and includes coffee, tea, milk and fruit juice. Raffaella often prepares "dry" cakes with lemon, orange or "Tenerina" with chocolate. There is also bread for toast with butter and homemade jams. If you have different needs (savory breakfast, celiac disease, etc.), please inform us in advance and we will do everything possible to meet your needs.
