Karibu, which means "welcome" in Swahili, is the atmosphere we aim to create for our guests. Located just a short walk from the historic center of Modena, the apartment is only 500 meters from the famous Piazza Grande, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

The property features a spacious master bedroom, with the option to add two extra beds on a comfortable sofa bed, in addition to two bathrooms, a living room, a small bedroom, a kitchen, and a hallway. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared garden and a private parking space, ensuring convenience and relaxation.

Pets are welcome, as we believe that every family member should feel at home. Karibu is the perfect choice for those seeking comfort, a central location, and a warm welcome in the heart of Modena.

A highly recommended bed and breakfast for those staying more than a few days. The house, which is even better than it appears in the photos, is fully equipped, very clean, and extremely comfortable, both for its proximity to the city center, which can be reached on foot, and for the tranquility and silence of the area, as well as for the convenience of the condominium courtyard, where it is possible to park the car and forget about it and where dogs can let off some steam, for those who bring them along, without needing to go far. In this regard, there is also a dog park nearby, just eight minutes away, called the Buon Pastore Park. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. The only thing I would reconsider a bit is the furniture. I will definitely keep Karibu in mind for a future stay in Modena.
