Everything went well, everything was well organized and the breakfast was fabulous. The rooms were really nice. The Location is super! Wunderbar ruhig, im Grünen gelegen, zwischen Nussbäumen und Weinplantagen. Gutes und sehr preiswertes Lokal in ca. 400 m Nähe. Sehr netter Betreiber. Er spricht auch english - sehr hilfreich.

Habe für einen Kurzurlaub eine Nacht in diesem Bed and Breakfast verbracht. Sehr gastfreundlicher Vermieter, der im eigenen Haus 3-4 Zimmer vermietet. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber. Gemeinschaftsbad/dusche auf der Etage. Preis/Leistung opitmal. Typische ital. Frühstück mit Kaffee, Marmeladegipfel, Brot, Butter Marmelade, Honig.

Very welcoming structure, very kind owner.

The structure has good potential, but it should be more well-kept and clean. The managers are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is minimal compared to the visited Bed and Breakfasts. It is cheap, but for now, it's not worth it.

We stayed at 'La Perla del Mercante' for 5 days, but the experience was very disappointing. The rooms were infested with bedbugs. The room and the bathroom were dirty. The owner turned out to be very intrusive, not respecting our privacy. Very often he would knock on the door of our room every hour, disturbing our moments of tranquility both at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I stayed at the B&B of Mr. Claudio during the trip from Rome to Trentino. The location is splendid, close to the highway. Mr. Claudio welcomed me with kindness, offering me an excellent walnut liqueur prepared by him. The countryside atmosphere did the rest. Mr. Claudio cares about making his guests feel at home. Thank you.

Rustic structure immersed in greenery, family-friendly and warm environment. The owner is a very kind, friendly person and attentive to customer requests. I felt at home. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful place like being with family and the owners Claudio and Lucia are two wonderful and fantastic people, wonderful company immersed in the greenery. Everything perfect for a paradise and a perfect oasis. I would give more than a 10 if possible because La Perla del Mercante is the best B&B in Correggio.

Fantastic, friendly and kind manager, structure with ample parking, one only note, sharing the bathroom limits a bit. But overall everything is top-notch.

Very positive experience, highly recommended structure.

Staying here for me was a relaxing dive into the countryside, cradled by the green of the vineyards and the genuine hospitality of the manager, Claudio, who puts heart and professionalism into every gesture.

The bed and breakfast is in a quiet location, surrounded by vineyards. The host is hospitable as in the best Emilian tradition. Recommended.

Simply wonderful. The Bed and Breakfast is cozy, family-friendly, and immersed in nature, where tranquility reigns among the Reggio Emilia countryside. Sleeping very well and waking up to the scent of Lambrusco wine. Let me imagine the beauty. The hospitality is exceptional, Claudio is a wonderful person, friendly and very helpful, even for those like us who have a medium-sized dog. Abundant breakfast, homemade to the point that it feels like being at home, definitely recommended. In conclusion, we had a great time, a positive feeling. I thank Claudio once again, hoping to return in the future.

Mr. Claudio is a good and down-to-earth person who probably does his best to manage La Perla del Mercante. The possibly dated photos with those details of care and attention do not reflect the current situation. Upon arrival, I allowed myself to ask the manager if they were camping. The neglect, disorder, and lack of cleanliness were evident to the point that we decided to give up the breakfast the following morning (included in the price). Even the pillowcases were malodorous. The upper floor bathroom has a wall that faces the hallway completely made of frosted glass, which does not put the user of the shower or toilet at ease. Even the one on the lower floor has a door with a large frosted glass. Then to define the B&B as partially renovated seems forced. In a normal situation, I would not have hesitated to leave, but on June 30th with Vasco's concert at Modena Park, finding accommodation would have been an impossible task. With a few more coins, a month ago we stayed in the center of Mantova in an excellent B&B, just renovated. My wife was upset and our friend accustomed to camping was speechless, he would have preferred to sleep in his tent. I am sorry to write such things, it certainly does not please me. However, it seems correct to warn potential customers because I hope that no one else will find themselves in a similar situation of discomfort. We have stayed in dozens of apartments, B&Bs, shelters, etc. It is undoubtedly the worst experience lived that has also affected the serenity and the success of the vacation. For breakfast, we rated it 5 only because we were forced to provide a rating, but as mentioned, it was not done.

Discovered a bit by chance, I would go back already tomorrow! Staying just one night was a real pity; quiet and with a postcard-like view, it's perfect for those looking for a bit of serenity! And thanks to the host Claudio, you almost don't feel like a guest, but welcomed as in a friend's house... and if you have the chance, ask him if he can prepare his fantastic cheesecake!

Meeting Claudio is an experience that deserves at least an overnight stay! The atmosphere is absolutely informal. A place and a person that convey a serenity worth capturing, for those who have the antennae for it, of course. You are not in a B&B, a friend has hosted you!

Magnificent place. I say it here and I repeat it, I left my heart here when I had to leave Claudio and his B&B. So if you want some tranquility and peace, go there immediately.

Impeccable welcome. Wonderful place immersed in absolute calm very close to everything. I also had dinner with the owner 'Claudio' exchanging life experiences and above all enjoying excellent local delicacies.

Great Bed and Breakfast in the countryside of Correggio, where I spent a night (March 2016); the warm welcome from the owner was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. Breakfast is the highlight: in the morning, I found a delicious and very fresh cheesecake! The area is very quiet and I highly recommend it.

Sono stato benissimo, grazie alla cura, all'attenzione, alla disponibilità piena di Claudio e della moglie. Un luogo e delle persone che hanno contribuito non poco a rendere gradevolissimo il soggiorno nella struttura. Un posto, sicuramente, da tenere in considerazione per un prossimo viaggio da quelle parti. Grazie, Claudio. A si biri kitzi, come si dice in Sardegna.

Un bel soggiorno nella campagna emiliana, stare in questo cascinale riporta indietro nel tempo quando la gente contadina viveva un autentico rapporto con la natura, Claudio, il gestore, e sua moglie Lucia sono molto cordiali e accoglienti, la colazione buona e abbondante con una torta fatta in casa e ho anche ricevuto in regalo un vasetto di marmellata fatta con le prugne dell'albero del giardino! Grazie é stato una bella pausa nel viaggio in autostrada, oltre il casello di Carpi c'è un bel mondo da scoprire!

Immerso in aperta campagna tra vitigni di lambrusco e tanto verde ideale per un periodo di vero relax visto che il silenzio è padrone. i gestori si sono dimostrati persone squisitissime e ospitali (Claudio e Lucia) pieni di virtù, mi hanno fatto sentire come in una famiglia. belle e caratteristiche le stanze stupenda e sublime la colazione fatta con amore e passione dal gestore, da ritornarci.

Ho alloggiato al B&B la perla del Mercante di Claudio per due notti insieme alla mia ragazza. Lavorando sempre all'estero volevamo vivere qualche giorno tranquillo nella quiete delle campagne reggiane. Vedendo dalle foto e conoscendo la zona ci è sembrato un luogo perfetto per la nostra quiete di coppia. Infatti arrivando Claudio e la moglie Lucia ci hanno accolto con grande entusiasmo. In più l'alloggio è completamente avvolto nel verde.. magari all'arrivo potrebbe sembrare un luogo molto semplice.. ma nei due giorni passati al B&b Claudio Ci ha fatto notare particolare di questa casa e ci ha raccontato la storia di questi luoghi. Alla fine della strada abbiamo potuto anche acquistare un eccellente Parmiggiano Reggiano). La colazione al risveglio ottima e abbondante, in più chiaramente artigianale. Claudio è stato estremamente flessibile sugli orari e sempre disponibile ai nostri cambi di programmi, insomma non potevamo chiedere di meglio! A mio avviso un ottimo posto per chi vuole stare a contatto con la natura e dedicarsi un po' di tempo, senza il frastuono della città. Grazie mille dell'accoglienza! Credo che quest'estate torneremo! P.s: parlando con la moglie del proprietario ho scoperto che è una fisioterapista, così abbiamo approfittato anche per fare una seduta fisioterapica da lei, che si è dimostrata estremamente cortese e disponibile. Siamo ripartiti freschi e più rilassati.

Casale rurale caratteristico della pianura reggiana circondato dalle vigne del lambrusco, ampio giardino con alberi di alto fusto e una stradina senza traffico. Grande silenzio, gli unici rumori sono il latrare dei cani, il cinguettio degli uccelli e qualche trattore. Un'accoglienza familiare che rincuora e riscalda mentre il nocino fatto in casa stuzzica il palato. La mattina colazione molto abbondante e varia: frutta di stagione, yogurt, caffè e latte o tè, brioches appena sfornate e torte fatte da Claudio come la crema Budwig (una vera chicca per il palato). E alla sera abbiamo approfittato della proposta di cenare con tortelli verdi fatti sempre dal gestore. Lo consigliamo anche per chi vuol fare una piccola vacanza fatta di buone letture e camminate (e dormite sull'amaca all'ombra del grande acero). Grazie, Lucia.

Inizio con il cercare di descrivere l'odore nauseabondo di cane non lavato che si sente appena si entra nella struttura, le camere sono senza bagno, il bagno (in comune) si trova all'esterno nel corridoio, cosa non indicata nella descrizione della struttura, e con la porta e parete a vetro che non si chiude perché la serratura è rotta. Quindi dopo un viaggio di sette ore non siamo riusciti neanche a fare una doccia. Le porte delle camere non si chiudono a chiave, le porte vecchie lasciano degli spazi da cui si può vedere cosa succede all'interno delle stanze, cosicché quando ci si cambia bisogna che si stia attenti a quelli che passano all'esterno. Infine la colazione "meravigliosa" due termos con caffè e latte, una scatola con biscotti del mulino bianco, tre cornetti bruciati.

Io e la mia fidanzata, venuti a Correggio per conoscere la terra natia del nostro idolo Ligabue, abbiamo soggiornato alla "Perla del Mercante" per una notte. Ottima posizione per gli amanti della tranquillità e della natura, poiché immerso nelle campagne circostanti Correggio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo (Euro 25,00 a testa). Le camere sono pulite e accoglienti. Buona la colazione in cui abbiamo assaggiato un fantastico tortino fatto direttamente dal signor Claudio. Per finire, la disponibilità e cordialità di Claudio e della signora Lucia fanno il resto, facendo sentire a casa. Torneremo sicuramente con piacere in una prossima occasione.

Ci siamo trovate molto bene e a nostro agio. Le camere sono carine e in stile con il casolare. L'accoglienza e la cortesia del signor Claudio ci hanno fatto passare un buon soggiorno e il risveglio è stato dei migliori con la sua abbondante e varia colazione!
