Where the hills of Valconca meet the sea breeze, Podere Radici welcomes guests in an ancient family home, carefully renovated to maintain its rural charm. The property features two spacious rooms with private bathrooms, a cozy living area, and a large garden where breakfast is served, and guests can relax outdoors.

Just a few minutes from the beaches of Misano and Riccione, it serves as the perfect starting point to explore medieval villages, theme parks, and nature trails. Here, you can enjoy an authentic experience, free from television, but filled with books, nature, and shared moments.

Laura takes care of the hospitality and prepares delightful breakfasts each morning using local products. Davide is always ready to suggest routes and activities, while little Gaia enjoys playing with the younger guests. A commitment to the environment, clean energy, and a green philosophy complete the essence of a simple and genuine stay.

Each day, we will provide our guests with the option to enjoy breakfast either indoors or in the garden. In the buffet, you will find mainly homemade products sourced from local, zero-kilometer ingredients.

The hosts of this beautiful property could not have done more to make my stay and breakfasts so perfect. Laura even gave me a lift to my cousin's place one morning! Nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic hosts. Great location!

New structure, immersed in the greenery! Very well-kept and clean room, abundant breakfast with quality local products. We felt at home, family atmosphere, Laura and Davide were welcoming and gave us many useful tips for visiting the area. We will return!
