The most amazing hosts I have ever experienced - so friendly and generous. Rooms were spotless and good size. Breakfast was excellent. It is not really in a tourist area but the property is less than an hour from Trieste and very close to Udine - both cities are well worth a visit. Good value. Must repeat - amazing hosts, so friendly.

I was with my wife to attend a wedding in the region. We are French and this is the first time we have visited Italy. We had a fabulous stay. The location is perfect, in the middle of the greenery, while being close to the city center. The accommodation is of a high quality and is very comfortable. And above all, we were very warmly welcomed. Our hosts were very kind and made us feel at home. It makes us want to come back to Italy, to this region, and to their home.

It was a very nice stay. The hosts were very warm and helpful. A quiet area with a beautiful view of vineyards. Close to cities and 30 minutes to the sea in Monfalcone. I can only recommend!

I chose this accommodation because of its proximity to the Rosazzo Monastery. For this reason, I also rated the location very highly. The couple is very charming, the house with garden is very well-kept. There are 4 dogs on site, but they behave calmly and always show joy in receiving visitors. The breakfast is plentiful and not limited. The rooms are spacious and furnished with antique furniture, and above all, it is very quiet. Parking in the courtyard right in front of the house.

Wonderful place in the countryside on a hill. For those who want to enjoy fresh air and nature, this is the right place! We slept very well, but what made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of Franca and Vitaliano. A lovely couple who share their home and friendship. The pool was truly refreshing on those hot June days, but their hospitality was even more refreshing.

We stayed in two, booking for one night, and we found ourselves so well that we decided to stay one more night. Beautiful structure with really courteous and kind owners, they made us feel at home. Everything was very clean and in a rustic and simple style but of excellent taste. Very beautiful view, including the swimming pool. We will definitely return. Dog friendly!

In words, we could never do justice to the experience lived. You have to go there to understand it. Once you cross the gate, you will enter an environment that just thinking about it gives me peace and tranquility. Franca and Vitaliano will be there to welcome you, two fantastic gentlemen, splendid and fun people. The house is a gem as well, and above all, thanks to the work and love with which they take care of it. From breakfast, to swims in the pool, to chats, time will fly too quickly, but you will feel good. The view, well, it's splendid, a frame on Friuli. I said it at the beginning, I can't do justice to these days with just this review, but if you can, go there also to escape the city for a few days! Thank you Franca, thank you Vitaliano! With my husband, we stayed at this Bed & Breakfast Casa De Marco the first weekend of March on the occasion of B&B Day 2022. The house was cozy and beautiful, the room large with a great bathroom en suite. Mrs. Franca and her husband were kind and helpful, serving us a good breakfast. Due to the season, we did not use the pool, but we will definitely return in the warmer weather!

Highly recommended. The property is very beautiful, in a quiet yet strategic location to visit the eastern part of Friuli. It enjoys a stunning view over the plain. The spaces are spacious and the cleanliness is impeccable, even in the pool. The breakfast is excellent and abundant. The icing on the cake was the welcome received from Mrs. Franca and Mr. Vitaliano. They are two wonderful and attentive people: it was a real pleasure to meet them. We stayed at this B&B Casa De Marco, a beautiful structure located in a strategic position, with a beautiful panorama, the hosts Franca and Vitaliano are very kind and helpful people and welcomed us and made us feel like family. I stayed at the property during the Gran Fondo Help for Haiti in Cividale del Friuli. Unfortunately, due to work issues, I could only stay for one night and had very little time to get to know the owners who were immediately very sociable and kind. The property is really charming, away from the city chaos and enjoys a tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere. The room I was assigned was very clean, well maintained and ideal for resting. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. I thank the owners again for their kindness and care towards me. If you feel like some tranquility and want to disconnect from the hectic everyday life, this place is perfect for you. You won't be disappointed.

A very nice place that has the added value of courtesy, kindness, and attentiveness of the hosts; two exquisite people who make you feel 'at home'. Thank you, also for the exquisite sweets that accompanied us on the return journey.
