Fabrizio was very helpful and courteous. The property is very clean and welcoming with everything you need. Well located because it's in the center where there are various venues (restaurants, bars, ice cream shops...). Recommended!

The apartment is modern, clean, and equipped with everything necessary. Perfect also for a family with two children. The double bed is large and very comfortable. Great location. Fabrizio was super helpful and kind, attentive to all our needs.

My first experience in this new establishment and I can only speak well of it. Starting with the cleanliness and the care in the furnishings, continuing with the location in the historic center of Monterotondo, with delightful little places and charming alleys, and ending with the manager Fabrizio, patient, courteous, and always available. The price, for the type of service offered, I found absolutely competitive, and in fact I preferred it to other bed and breakfasts in the area. You will just need to have a little patience for parking, although the prices are much lower compared to, for example, Rome. There are also hourly disc parking or free options, you just need to look around a bit. I still recommend it with closed eyes.

I stayed with my entire family for three days in this lovely apartment. Fabrizio is a very caring host and, despite the possibility of self check-in, he came in person to welcome us. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with every comfort. Despite the central location, it is very quiet. For our next stay, we will know where to stay.

What to say, when a city makes you fall in love even for the experiences you have, this is the case with this holiday home. Small, welcoming, comfortable, clean, modern, and with a manager who is the best I and my family have ever encountered in many trips. The house has everything that is needed, there are four of us in the family. Highly recommended.

Excellent. I stayed for two nights with my partner for work commitments. Very welcoming and helpful staff. The apartment offers all the comforts for an excellent stay, very well equipped and located in the heart of the town where you can reach all services with a few steps on foot. Excellent cleanliness, I highly recommend it. I will gladly return.

Really nice apartment, well maintained, clean. Really comfortable bed with surprisingly fragrant sheets and towels. Close to all the services to reach the center of Rome. For its location, it offers many bars and restaurants. Fabrizio is also super helpful. I highly recommend it!

New apartment, in the historic center, with everything necessary for a couple. Fabrizio is always available to help you with anything, makes you feel at home. Only issue: the window in the bedroom does not close properly and does not have a shutter. Breakfast is not included, but Fabrizio still left us the necessary items in the apartment. Overall, definitely a positive evaluation!

What can I say? Perfect and clean apartment. In the center of all services. We took the train from Fiumicino airport and in 50 minutes we arrived in Monterotondo. The location helped us to reach any point of interest in this lovely little town. We will definitely come back.

Apartment really nice and equipped with every comfort. We spent a day in Rome and came across this small apartment 3 train stops from Rome, in the center of Monterotondo and with everything at hand, including nice restaurants and places for after dinner. Charming the scent of the lit fireplaces along the streets. Host really very kind, helpful and super clean apartment. We really recommend it, and we will come back under Christmas as they will have the Christmas markets.

We stayed in this lovely apartment. We arrived from Tiburtina and with 4 stops we arrived in Monterotondo. I was here for a Police competition and it was very convenient because with the train from Monterotondo I arrived at Fiera di Roma. Also, with my partner, we took advantage of a couple of days of relaxation and Fabrizio, with his book of tips, made us experience the village to the fullest with its strategic location in the center of all services. Really nice apartment. Highly recommended!
