Every morning we offer our guests an Italian breakfast and in each room there is always a coffee machine with capsules, refrigerator, cups, etc. Furthermore, in the common area the following are available to guests: microwave, kettle and essential crockery (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.). The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Really fantastic room! Great having our own space with the option of the shared kettle and microwave. The shower was great and the bathroom really well sized. Hosts were also very responsive and accommodated an early bag drop off, which saved us from getting our clothes soaked.

This B&B hotel is the best yet I've ever been... Ricardo and Carmen are so welcoming and will help you with any problems and their service for making sure you have a lovely stay... as well as the room itself is very, very good and modern space... I would definitely recommend this place to stay in Rome and would definitely go back here the next time I come back to Rome.

We spent 2 nights in this B&B. I must say it's very well organized. As soon as we entered with Riccardo, the owner, the clean smell we felt immediately made us think how lucky we were. Abundant breakfast, very quiet area, the hosts were super helpful. They even gave us directions to see Rome at its best and especially places to eat well.

We stayed at the property for 2 nights. Good cleanliness and location, close to the Vatican and bus stop, breakfast with packaged products left in the room, shared appliances. We found the shower not working and the hose broken, the warm water only lasted for a few seconds then turned cold; the manager claimed not to know, hard to believe!

I often travel to Rome for work, this time I had the pleasure of staying in this B&B and I found it very good in every way. My need was to have a comfortable base in the Vatican area and B&B Toto al Vaticano was excellent: I really liked the room, brand new and spacious.
