It's in a great location, with easy access and a nice neighbourhood. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay there.

The location is very good, especially if the idea is to go to the Vatican, museums, mass, etc. Close to the subway and avenue with many buses. Very effective, friendly and fast communication. Highly recommended.

Great location. Light breakfast. A little noisy when neighbors come home late. Nice view of the cathedral when I couldn’t sleep.

You can add some fruits to the breakfast. One of the yogurts was open and the clock was not working. Additionally, hidden charges in the form of city taxes were requested at the last moment. It would also be helpful to add instructions on how to reach the property from the airport. Overall, not bad, recommended and a better place compared to other properties when comparing price and location.

My wife and I had a lovely stay here. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. The location is very good especially if you’re going to the Vatican. The only real downsides worth noting are the noisy street outside which is especially bad if the window is open, and the many stairs you have to traverse to get up to the B&B. Breakfast is pre-packaged but they do provide you with a good number of options and coffee, so we didn’t mind. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant!

Everything has exceeded my expectations, location, place, kindness, flexibility, service... name it, it was perfection! Carmen was extremely kind and service-minded! It was a fantastic accommodation near the Vatican. There were excellent and delicious restaurants located beneath the B&B, and it was conveniently located next to the Saint Peter's bus stop and metro station.

I stayed at the B&B Vatican Stories with my friend, and it was wonderful, great location, and a bright and cozy room. With everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Carmen and Riccardo are great hosts, very responsive and helpful. We got excellent recommendations for the restaurants nearby. Our favorite was Pizza Zizza just across the street :) Thank you very much! Warm recommendations.

We had a great stay, the B&B Vatican Stories is very well located just steps from the Vatican! The room and bathroom are clean and well equipped. The only small flaw is that the street is sometimes noisy, especially in the morning, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. Carmen and Riccardo were very pleasant and welcoming. We will definitely come back!

Superb location, communication with the host was impeccable. Unfortunately, you have to leave the room for the shower and the toilet. I would not book breakfast again, everything was packaged and nothing was fresh.

The place is very nice, right next to the Vatican, an area quite well connected by metro and bus. The apartment is located on the fourth floor without an elevator, which is not a problem but is a handicap. The room was spacious, with everything needed to spend a pleasant few days. The only thing that let us down a bit in our case was: the pillows, for us they were too hard. The television, it would not cost much to convert it into a smart TV. The best: the breakfast, despite being packaged, has everything you might need, the truth is that I really liked it.

The bedroom is spacious and very clean. Being on the fourth floor, it's a pity there is no elevator, the stairs are quite tiring to climb.

We stayed just one night at this B&B on Via delle Fornaci, just a few steps from St. Peter's Square and right in front of the underground parking tunnel, very convenient for reaching the Bambino Gesù Hospital. Initially, we were a bit skeptical about the "Stella" room, with a private bathroom but outside the room, in the hallway. However, as soon as we arrived, we quickly changed our minds: the property is spotless, well-maintained, and very welcoming. The additional bed is also very comfortable. A major strength was the extreme kindness of the hosts, who welcomed our requests with availability, courtesy, and flexibility. We were very satisfied and will definitely choose this property for our next stay!

Great location near St. Peter's. Very clean. Sufficient breakfast. 2 bus lines in the street below. The only downside is the lack of an elevator (fourth floor), which is mentioned in the description of the property.

B&B located just steps from St. Peter's Square in a safe and recommendable area even for those traveling alone. The facility is on the fourth floor of a well-maintained building, and the room is more than satisfactory, suitable for all needs. The managers are very kind and helpful. For my next trips to the capital, I will definitely keep this place in mind!

The B&B is located in an excellent position, convenient for reaching any point in the city center in a short time on foot or by public transport. The manager is very friendly and available. I recommend it.

Everything great, helpful and kind managers, the room and the bathroom are clean and tidy. The only thing I expected was a "fresh" breakfast, like at the bar or in the B&B. Instead, we had a "prepackaged" breakfast in the room, which was still very abundant and appreciated. Highly recommended, would gladly return.

Affable and helpful host. Large, bright room but a bit noisy, despite being on the 4th floor. Varied and quality breakfast although with packaged products. Carmen even thought of chocolate in a cup, excellent, made with a pod machine for our 9-year-old granddaughter. Excellent location, well served by buses... not even 100 meters on foot and St. Peter's Square opened up. No problem for the 4 floors without an elevator: in Rome you walk a lot and climb stairs!

Everything perfect at B&B Vatican Stories of Carmen, I would definitely come back here next time without thinking twice. Two minutes from St. Peter's Basilica, 15 minutes from the metro that takes you to Termini Station, 30 minutes from Trastevere. The possibility to access with the provided code allowed us to leave our luggage as soon as we arrived even though it wasn't check-in time yet, and also for the check-out Carmen allowed us to leave the luggage as long as we wanted without any problems. Breakfast in the room prepared with care every day.

The strong point of the property is the excellent location right next to St. Peter's Basilica. A strategic point to easily tour Rome. Mrs. Carmen is courteous and helpful. Extremely clean rooms with a varied breakfast. Ours was with the external bathroom for exclusive use. Great experience.

Very affordable place but at the same time decent and very clean. It is on the 4th floor without an elevator, but in a strategic location (next to St. Peter's Square) and excellently served. We stayed there for 5 days, from August 2nd to 7th, and we will definitely return. The breakfast is plentiful and the girl who manages it is really very kind and helpful. Our room did not have a private bathroom, but we had a bathroom just for us in the hallway, very comfortable indeed. In short, we couldn't have found better.

I stayed with my family at the B&B Vatican Stories because my son had a day-hospital appointment at the Bambin Gesù Hospital, and we had a great time. The place was very clean, with a very abundant and quality breakfast. Carmen was extremely kind in welcoming us, and the location is excellent for those who need to go to the Bambin Gesù Hospital and for those who want to visit Rome. We have just stayed at this B&B Vatican Stories. It is practically attached to St. Peter's Square. The room is clean and bright (above the standards we are used to when staying in Rome), excellent hospitality, maximum availability from the owner, and moderate price. We will definitely come back.
