The property is located in a residential neighborhood of Rome, just a few metro stops from the city center and the Vatican Museums. Nestled in a quiet area, the residence overlooks a spacious internal courtyard on one side and a green hill on the other. Opposite the building is the new AURA shopping center, which is well connected to the "Valle Aurelia" metro station, further facilitating travel around the city.

The apartment is very inviting and consists of two rooms: one double and one single. Situated on the sixth floor of a peaceful residential building, the structure features an elevator and has been recently renovated, also offering balconies that allow for enjoyment of the surrounding views.

Due to its strategic location, the apartment provides easy access to all of Rome's main tourist attractions, with public transportation options such as metro, bus, and train conveniently connecting the area to the city center.
