Excellent B&B located in a beautiful farmhouse overlooking the Valley of Calanchi and Civita di Bagnoregio. Francesca welcomes you with kindness and discretion, making the entire house and garden available.

Wonderful place managed by a sensitive owner towards people and animals, respectful of nature which is still protagonist in that place. The inn is in a strategic point to visit: Viterbo, Orvieto, Civita, Bagnoreggio, Bolsena with its beautiful lake etc. It also has a special charm suitable for those who desire a relaxing and meditative holiday. The room we were assigned was fantastic, clean and very personalized, clean and comfortable bathroom. Not to mention the breakfast, but above all (and that's what I appreciated the most) very healthy and genuine. I thank Mrs. Francesca and also her collaborator and friend for the hospitality, and her wonderful dogs, well-behaved, educated and patient.

This bed and breakfast nestled in nature is a magical place. Looking around in the garden feels like being in a parallel world of nature and beauty, and it's in a great location to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast is spectacular: abundant, delicious, always freshly baked cakes and fresh organic and local products. The house itself is special, filled with things and stories that the owner is willing to share, making the experience even more wonderful.

Excellent structure, attention to detail, the best welcome received in an accommodation, sublime location (the view is truly superb), nothing is left to chance. The owner, Francesca, is sincerely friendly and welcoming, her love for the work she does but especially for the land she lives in shines through, trying to enhance it in every detail, succeeding fully. It feels like home. Highly recommended. I stayed here with my girlfriend in October.
