Spacious apartment, not air-conditioned, very hot, without mosquito nets with little possibility of airing due to mosquitoes. Unhelpful manager. My negligence in not reading the absence of air conditioning, I thought that in 2023 and especially at this price (around 500 euros for 2 nights without even breakfast) its presence was taken for granted. Even more serious in my opinion is its total absence, kindly requested in the moment of need, when we asked for a second fan since we were 2 families in two distant rooms. His excuse for not being able to intervene because he was not in Gaeta for those days, was really disrespectful considering, I repeat, the money you ask for. If you do not preside on the spot, it is better for you to be more ready to foresee certain issues; on the other hand, as you yourself said, the abnormal heatwave has been hitting Italy for a few weeks now. It's a shame because the apartment is beautiful and clean, but probably the ease of sale does not allow you to pay attention to those small details that can make the difference.

Gentile Marcello mi spiace per la sua recensione poiché l’aria condizionata non era prevista dal principio (come scritto sul sito). L’appartamento di solito è fresco ma, come le ho detto per telefono, in questi giorni di caldo oltre le medie stagionali tutta italia si trova a subirne le conseguenze. Nella casa era presente un ventilatore. Le ho risposto sempre e cercato nel possibile di venire incontro alle sue esigenze. Mi spiace che non abbia letto con attenzione che l’aria condizionata non era presente nella casa, così avrebbe potuto scegliere un alloggio più idoneo alle sue esigenze.

Great accommodation, only the bathroom is a bit uncomfortable because very narrow, but for a few days you can easily survive. Very kind host and always available to unravel any doubt.
