Pope's Suites take part to B&B Day 2026

Guests love it because: in the city center, charming property, shopping area, near the metro, the design of the property, near the station, abundant breakfast, cheap, near the airport, very new, spectacular view.

Pope’s Suites is a stylish accommodation in the heart of Rome, just a short walk from St. Peter’s Square and Vatican City. Here, classic décor blends with modern comforts in an elegant, intimate setting, offering guests a memorable stay in one of the capital’s most captivating neighborhoods.

Each suite features carefully selected furnishings inspired by Italian craftsmanship and Baroque design. Gold-leaf accents on the beds, beautifully detailed furniture, warm-toned drapes, delicate chandeliers, and antique oil paintings create a welcoming atmosphere with timeless appeal.

The bathrooms are equally thoughtfully designed, with high-quality finishes and elegant details. Some rooms feature contemporary walk-in showers with blue lighting, ideal for a relaxing break. The two most exclusive suites also overlook Piazza del Risorgimento, a distinctive landmark in the Prati district.

Guests can enjoy a sweet and savory breakfast each morning in the dedicated dining area before heading out to explore Rome.

The location is one of the property’s greatest advantages. In addition to being close to St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museums, Pope’s Suites is surrounded by a lively mix of amenities, including boutiques from leading Italian and international designers, shops, restaurants, and cafés.

The reception team is happy to offer information, recommendations, and suggested itineraries to help guests discover the art, history, and culture of the Eternal City—making every visit both enjoyable and memorable.

We had a very pleasant stay at Pope's Suites. The owner was very accommodating, polite, and friendly. She was always there when we needed her. It is a very nice place, very conveniently located next to the Vatican.

The location was great for the Vatican. We were only issued one room card, so we had to carry keys if one of us went out and the other stayed in. The mold in the downstairs area had a very strong smell, so I assume the entire building has mold due to its age. We did not smell the mold in the room or on the floor of the room.

We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Just for information, the shower is small and the shower head is positioned a little awkwardly directly overhead from the ceiling. But that seems to be common in Italy. All in all, everything was comfortable, clean, and had what we needed. The host was wonderful.

Golnar was wonderful. She went above and beyond for us. It was our first time in Italy, and we were very happy with everything, including the location. We will certainly recommend it to more friends. I also recommended it to a friend who stayed there for part of the time we were there. We were very pleased and happy.

The property is in an excellent location. It is clean, spacious, and very quiet at night. It is steps from the Vatican and public transportation. Lots of restaurants in the area. The host Mary was very kind and professional. Overall an excellent experience.

We spent a week at Pope's Suites. Golnar was very accommodating, the place and the decor are original (in the good sense) and my girlfriend loved it! Finally, being a few meters from the Vatican, its location is really ideal for visiting Rome.

The landlady was very kind and accommodating. We were able to check into the room as early as 12:00. Very good location, right by the Vatican, and fairly quiet with respect to the surroundings. Very tastefully furnished room, clean and serviced daily, good bed. Standard breakfast in the restaurant next door.

The accommodation is in an excellent location. Check-in worked great and Golnar is extremely friendly. There is no breakfast, everything is a bit noisy and the Wi-Fi is hardly usable. For us, it was exactly the right choice.

The answer from the host:

Highly recommended stay! The property's location is excellent, with a view of Piazza Risorgimento, a stone's throw from the Vatican. Well connected, a few minutes' walk from Metro A (Ottaviano) and from bus and tram stops. We appreciated the cleanliness, attention to detail and comfort. The owner is very kind and helpful.

Fantastic location for visiting the Vatican. Windows with double glazing facing the pedestrianized square, so very quiet; it does not feel like being in central Rome. Our daughter got sick; there is a pharmacy below the building open 7 days a week, 24/7, and a restaurant with takeaway service. The host is super kind and helpful, also for check-out beyond the scheduled time. It is possible to leave luggage after check-out. You can make tea or coffee and have a small breakfast in the room. Very clean, bathroom recently renovated. In short, fully satisfied. Five minutes from the Vatican and five minutes from Ottaviano metro.

Golnar, the owner, is very welcoming and helpful. The property is in a strategic location, close to the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, and Ottaviano metro stop (line A). For those who enjoy walking, it's ideal, as with good will, it's possible to reach other points of interest on foot. The bathroom is spacious (compared to what you find in many bed and breakfasts) and the shower is very comfortable.

Fabulous location just a few meters from Ottaviano station, very easy to reach allowing you to enjoy your time in complete freedom. Cleanliness, meticulous attention to details, and last but not least, the professionalism of the staff make it a perfect solution for both business and leisure. Very satisfied with the welcome, the human warmth, and the services. The rooms are very beautiful and really well organized.
