Here, music is not just an inspiration but a genuine experience. Upon request, the host provides guests with a regularly tuned A. Weber piano and a Yamaha acoustic drum set, which can be used during the stay. For those looking to turn their vacation into a time of growth and enjoyment, intensive courses in saxophone, guitar, and piano can also be arranged for both children and adults.

Villa Erika is also an ideal destination for sports enthusiasts and those who enjoy outdoor activities. In just a few minutes, you can reach qualified centers along the coast between Formia, Gaeta, and Sperlonga, perfect for water sports lovers. The property is also just a few kilometers from the National Olympic Center CONI in Formia and is surrounded by an area that invites rejuvenation through running, trekking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, and trail running amidst nature and green paths.

Dedicated services are available upon request, with qualified staff for the reception and entertainment of seniors and individuals with disabilities, as well as babysitters and activities designed for children. A countryside baby parking can be organized with animations, creative workshops, packed lunches, and walks through the fields, including nature observation and birdwatching. Additionally, there are opportunities for celebration: events and parties for children can also be organized at Villa Erika.

The villa is connected to a family-run farm that produces extra virgin olive oil in limited quantities. Guests can taste it along with local specialties and, if desired, purchase small amounts. Wine tastings from local wineries can also be arranged to explore the authentic flavors of the area.

For those interested in religious tourism, the location is strategic: from the villa, it is easy to reach the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Civita in Itri or plan a day trip to Rome or Naples and return to the peaceful countryside in the evening.

Only small pets are allowed: in this case, a liability waiver must be signed for any incidents or damages incurred by the animal during the stay. The tourist tax is 1.00 euro per person per day; the municipality of Itri exempts children up to 16 years old and guests over 70.

Regarding water, guests are provided with a supply of bottled mineral water based on the length of their stay. The house water comes from an artesian well and is only for agricultural and sanitary uses, in accordance with current regulations.
