La Stiva, established in 2013 through a careful restoration of the building, is a charming and inviting establishment located in the heart of Manarola's historic center, one of the treasures of the Cinque Terre. Each year, Luisa and Thomas refresh and decorate the spaces to preserve the enchanting atmosphere that makes this place special, where tradition and hospitality blend to provide you with an unforgettable experience.

Situated at Via Belvedere, 168, along a typical Ligurian alley, La Stiva's location is noteworthy for a local quirk: the house numbers are assigned based on the number of steps needed to reach them. At exactly 168 steps, you'll find yourself enveloped in an authentic ambiance, with breathtaking views overlooking the sea. From this vantage point, your gaze will encompass the Cinque Terre, stretching from the Montenero promontory in Riomaggiore to Punta Mesco in Monterosso, in a vibrant display of colors that merges sea and sky.

La Stiva is just 100 meters from the sea and a five-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the other wonders of the area: Riomaggiore is about two minutes away by train, La Spezia is a ten-minute ride, and Monterosso is a fifteen-minute journey, passing through Corniglia and Vernazza, two more gems of extraordinary beauty.

A wonderful location and Luisa is so welcoming and a great communicator. Although no view from the apartment, there is an amazing view just a few meters down the road!

Luiza is a very kind and thoughtful host. The property is beautiful in a traditional way with local charm and a few steps away from astonishing cliffs bending on the shore. Very clean, close to shopping alley.

Everything was perfect, starting with the availability and kindness of Mrs. Luisa, even before we arrived. The property is very welcoming and clean, equipped with everything you might need. Convenient location to reach the train station and the sea, just a stone's throw from the "Via dell'Amore" trail. Recommended!

Kind and welcoming manager, property in the city center. To reach it, there are two roads, one less steep and the other with numerous steps. Charming place, spacious and very quiet room. I found a delightful package of artisanal biscuits and everything needed to make a coffee or a cappuccino.

Mrs. Luisa was very kind and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and very cozy. The only flaw was that it was cold for my taste. However, I recommend it.
