Here, the sea, mountains, and valleys come together in a natural embrace, providing unforgettable experiences: from the many trails leading to the Cinque Terre to the seaside bike path that goes to Framura, from beach days to boat or canoe excursions.

The B&B Amandolevanto serves as the ideal starting point to explore all that this region has to offer. Nestled in the tranquility of olive groves and the Ligurian countryside, it combines peace with convenience. Its strategic location allows easy access to the Levanto train station, with the beaches just 2 km away and Monterosso, the first of the Cinque Terre, only 4 minutes by train. The historic center of Levanto and the scenic cycling and walking path linking Levanto to Bonassola and Framura, which spans 5 kilometers of pure relaxation, are also within a short distance.

This family-run establishment warmly welcomes its guests with care and attention. Every morning, Sarah prepares a hearty and wholesome breakfast featuring freshly baked bread, pastries, and focaccia, homemade jams, artisanal cakes, fresh fruit, and a selection of sweet and savory options. Eggs, local ham, and cheeses are also available, with vegan options upon request. This delightful start to the day provides the energy needed to explore the area.

I had been very well and warmly welcomed at Amandolevanto and the host gave me plenty of information and advice to visit the area. The surroundings are beautiful and very calm. The breakfast was good but lacked a bit of salty ingredients (cheese, eggs, etc.) for me (although I had eggs the second day). Overall I had a very nice stay.

Excellent accommodation and service, breakfast was lovely, beers in the garden in the evening were great, the host was lovely and even gave us a lift to the train station when we were leaving because we had to get an earlier train.

I would recommend this Bed and Breakfast for its location close to the station and to the city of Levanto and because it's a very quiet place. There is a lot of outdoor space to relax. Our host was charming and very helpful.

It’s a beautiful property away from the hustle and bustle of town. Sarah our host is really wonderful. She picked us up from the train station and drove us back to the train station when we were leaving. The breakfasts were superb, the property beautiful. It’s close to a mile from the town of Levanto. But it’s walkable. Levanto is a beautiful town to stay and visit Cinque Terre. We truly loved our stay at this place. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast place.

We were made to feel very welcome (“at home”) by our host Sarah and her family. Our room was clean and comfortable with the unexpected bonus of a fridge and use of a tablet for internet etc. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, especially the homemade preserves and we enjoyed eating it outside on the terrace. It was good to stay on the edge of town to enjoy the views of the surrounding hills and the peace and quiet that the location brings.

We were sad to leave Levanto and this beautiful bed and breakfast. Everything was perfect; especially Sarah is such a friendly host! Breakfast is great, rooms modern and very clean, the garden is so nice. Only walking uphill is quite tiring.

We absolutely loved this B&B. Sara as host is very attentive to your needs. The breakfasts are very generous, coffee exceptional, rooms spotless and with EU plugs as well as Italian plugs. We had to ask that the sheets were washed unscented due to allergies which were no problem. This is a new property and noises carry quite easily due to the construction resonance with steel so you are only as quiet as the other 2 rooms. Everyone was very quiet during our stay. It is up a steeper hill so a vehicle is nice to have and they provide a parking permit for parking in town. The only room improvement we'd recommend is that screens be installed on the windows to prevent bugs at night with windows open. We'll be back for sure!

Very charming Bed and Breakfast, located a bit outside of Levanto but you can reach the old town/beach within 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. The B&B has very modern, spacious and individually designed rooms with a large modern bathroom. It is very clean, offers free parking and a very good breakfast with homemade bread and cake, fruits, yogurt, coffee/tea, juice. Sarah and Corrado are perfect hosts, they make you feel welcome from the first minute and provide a lot of useful information for your vacation in the Cinque Terre region. We were very happy to be their guests and can definitely recommend the B&B AmandoLevanto!

Excellent location - quiet, among the olive groves but yet only a short stroll to the town of Levanto. The B&B is managed by a very welcoming and friendly couple. Francophone and francophile welcome from our hostess in her lovely house, quiet in the midst of olive trees and lemon trees, but only 2 steps from the train station (10 minutes on foot) and barely double the distance from the city center and its restaurants.\nVery good breakfast with fresh and quality products. The terrace where it is served is pleasant, but it is a bit cool at the beginning of the season.\nIn conclusion, an excellent base to visit the Cinque Terre and the Riviera Ligure.

We recommend this Bed and Breakfast because the hosts are very welcoming, the accommodation is perfect, and the location allows you to visit all the villages of the Cinque Terre on foot and by train while leaving the car in the free parking of the establishment. Moreover, the hosts provide you with a free pass for all the parking lots in Levanto. The place is calm and relaxing.

Absolutely perfect. The room with garden view is impeccable, you wake up to the sound of birds, far from the city hustle (the station is a 3-minute drive or 15 minutes walk). Very comfortable bed, very rich breakfast that you have on the terrace. Sarah is lovely, attentive and advises us on walks, restaurants… in one word go there with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed.

We spent three nights in this charming guesthouse during our visit to the colorful villages of Cinque Terre. The welcome by Sarah, who speaks French very well, is very warm and friendly. The setting and location are perfect, quiet, not far from the train station (10 minutes walk) and the city center. We did not use our car during our stay, but if needed, Sarah provides a map for free parking in Levanto. The room is nicely decorated with a small fridge, kettle with tea and coffee pods. The bedding is excellent. Breakfast is plentiful: fruits, cereals, bread, focaccia, pastries and homemade jams, cheese... Highly recommended at 100%!

Very, very good. Pure happiness. The place is well located, quiet, parking space included in the price, resident parking card provided if parking in Levanto, ultra clean and brand new room. Nothing is missing in the room, even a tablet with free wifi, everything for hot drinks and even a microwave and moreover Sarah is attentive and really friendly. We will not hesitate to come back, if we come back to do the Cinque Terre. Thanks again to Sarah who speaks good French.

We have just returned from 10 days spent at the B&B AmandoLevanto. We are very happy. Thanks to Sarah and her family for the quality of the welcome, kindness, and availability. The B&B itself is very pleasant and practical, located 10 minutes walk from Levanto station, making it very easy to explore the Cinque Terre, the Portofino peninsula, and other must-see places. We chose the all-train option, highly recommended in the area! In the evening, after real crowds, we were happy to find ourselves in peace on the terrace, among the olive trees! We had an excellent stay at AmandoLevanto, an interesting starting point to visit the Cinque Terre. Certainly the accommodation is a few minutes from the center of Levanto, but the journey to get there is so pleasant that we completely abandoned the car. For those who are lazy or reluctant to walk, there is the possibility of free parking thanks to a badge provided for the stay. Sarah is a very kind and attentive host, the breakfasts are excellent. We spent six wonderful nights in Sarah's accommodation. The accommodation is superbly located if you are traveling by car and want to explore the Cinque Terre region. Particularly great is that you receive a parking card to park in the village of Levanto and at the train station. From the train station, you can easily reach the cities. This B&B deserves, in my opinion, the highest score. It is exactly what we were looking for and all the photos or descriptions you see can't really convey how it actually is: even better and more beautiful! Let's start with the location where this property is located: outside the town center, at the beginning of a hill surrounded by fruit trees, about 1 km from the train station, not too far from the beach (about 2 km). We left the car parked for the whole week and always walked around the village. We found the rooms comparable to 3 to 4 star hotels, where nothing is missing (air conditioning, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, TV, small refrigerator, safe, Wi-Fi internet access, kettle with tea bags). Very nicely decorated and each with a different color and matching poetic verses. The family that runs this B&B is young, dynamic, and helpful. You immediately feel comfortable and receive a lot of information and tips for shopping, eating, drinking, excursions, and fun. We will definitely come back and wish everyone who wants to try it a nice stay.

The room was very clean, the landlady very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good by Italian standards. The landlady asked for wishes or accommodated individual requests (e.g. scrambled eggs). Everything was always very fresh, especially the cake. And very lovingly arranged. In good weather, you can have breakfast outside. The room was modernly furnished and there were even two German channels on the TV. The house is quite far from the center (2 km walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the train station) - great for those looking for peace and quiet. Overall highly recommended.

If you are looking for a place where you can feel at home, you are in the right place. Sarah and Corrado put all their effort into satisfying their guests, no matter how long you want to spend in their home, you will remember it forever! The rooms are clean and tidy, you will always find fresh water, and the possibility to make tea, coffee, and herbal teas. The welcome and availability of the owners, the cleanliness and tranquility of the place where nothing is missing, you really feel at home. Perfect location to visit the Cinque Terre. Good solution for a weekend in Levanto! Convenient for going to the Cinque Terre, as it is close to the station. Welcoming and helpful owners, super breakfast! The room is simple but nice and equipped with every comfort. If I have to mention a flaw, the bed is not the most comfortable. But if we have to return to the area, we will book here again! Wonderful structure with parking (which is a rare thing here) in a spectacular location, in the hills, just 2 km from the beaches of Levanto. Sara, a very kind and helpful person. A son, Michele, 9 years old, with 2 blue eyes and a savoir faire that not everyone has. A lovely family of 4 who are always available. Abundant breakfast and different every day. The jams are a delicacy! I highly recommend it, even out of season for trekking.

Farmhouse immersed in greenery located a few kilometers from the center of Levanto and the beach. An oasis of peace with very clean rooms and well-equipped green spaces with hammocks, chairs, and small tables around the house, so if you don't want to go to the beach, you can relax in the garden...Sara and her family are discreet and welcoming hosts. We stayed a week in this B&B which, despite being outside the city center, is very convenient as it is 5 minutes away from the train station and the main parking lots for the beach. The parking pass provided by the structure is essential. The breakfast is varied and abundant with fresh and genuine products, both sweet and savory. The managers are very kind, friendly, and willing to fulfill every request. The structure is surrounded by greenery that is available to guests.

Wonderful, welcoming, clean structure immersed in a lush garden, among Lemon trees and pleasant little birds. It's the perfect place for those who appreciate tranquility, silence, and nature. The genuineness and availability of the hosts made both me and my boyfriend feel at home; their homemade jams on crispy bread for breakfast, was the delicious cherry on top. The AmandoLevanto property is located outside the chaos of Levanto, just above the town, in the first hills, in a quiet position. The owners are very friendly and kind people. Very positive experience, upon our arrival, under pouring rain, the lady warmly welcomed us and provided excellent advice on nearby restaurants and how to organize the excursion to Cinque Terre, she also provided the pass for free parking in Levanto, even on Sunday. The structure is new, welcoming, clean, the room is equipped with a small fridge and kettle, in the entrance there is also the coffee machine with pods. The breakfast is varied and abundant, the homemade jams and cake are also excellent. We had a great time, we hope to return with good weather to also enjoy the terrace and the garden.

The structure is close to the center, the station, and the sea. The parking pass provided by the managers is very valuable because it allows parking without any cost, and the savings are significant. We parked at the station and visited the Cinque Terre by train, an ideal solution. Excellent breakfast with genuine products prepared with love by Sara, the wonderful owner; kind, helpful, and passionate about her business. Property surrounded by olive trees and lemon groves. Sara and Corrado are exceptional: from them you can feel the love in managing the property. The goal of making us feel at home has been achieved: returning to the room in the late afternoon, a pleasant scent of cleanliness filled the room. In the morning, with the products made by Sara (cakes and jams), we filled ourselves with "fuel" to face the breathtaking walks on the promontory of the 5 lands! Really good.

Some time ago I had come across this B&B by chance while browsing the internet and I saved it. Strategic point to visit the 5 Terre. What can I say... Sarah clearly puts her heart into her work and does it with love. She even left us the permission for free parking on the day of departure so we visited AmandoLevanto without paying. The only real flaw is the distant location from the center, the station, and the sea. It is necessary to move by car, which then is difficult to park. Lack of TV, only a small tablet and no subscription to Netflix or other entertainment services, even though they are not essential on vacation.

It is our first experience at a Bed and Breakfast and I must say it has been absolutely positive. Calm, relaxing atmosphere in a clean and warm environment. Excellent and well-crafted breakfasts, a compliment to Sara and the property for her discreet yet attentive presence. Her advice on shops and restaurants is precise and enthusiastic. We spent three days here for the All Saints' Day holiday. The rooms are very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Corrado and Sarah are present, attentive, and very hospitable. The breakfast served outdoors is good and varied. The B&B is located about 900 meters from the center and about 600 meters from the train station, but with the pass included in the price, you can easily park in the blue lines. There is a solarium area and a sitting room among the olive trees in the garden that are truly relaxing. In a word: highly recommended.

Small brand new structure, simple but very well maintained. The slightly off-center location allows you to enjoy peace and tranquility immersed in the beautiful surrounding nature without sacrificing the convenience of city services. In particular, the proximity to the train station has proved to be truly strategic for moving around the area. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. But the real plus are Sarah and Corrado: with their warm welcome, invaluable help and advice, contagious enthusiasm for this wonderful corner of land snatched from the sea... they are truly fantastic hosts. Perhaps in case of bad weather the absence of a covered common area for breakfast could be a downside? I don't know, we were lucky, but I really don't think this could have in any way penalized our judgment. In short, exceptional value for money, we have just left there and we can't wait to go back.

Stunning place decorated in shabby chic style immersed in nature. The owners are splendid and very helpful. The room lacks nothing. In the evening, there is a regenerating silence. They provide a pass so you can park without problems even near the station. On the day of departure, even though we had no right to it, they allowed us to keep the car in the facility. Two wonderful days also thanks to this beautiful structure. I absolutely recommend it.

Great location from which to visit the Cinque Terre by taking the train from the station within walking distance. The center and the seafront of AmandoLevanto are also very nice and reachable on foot from the bed & breakfast with a good walk. We chose this bed and breakfast to visit the Cinque Terre and surroundings, a truly perfect choice. The structure is located in a quiet area surrounded by olive trees. The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast is excellent and there is also parking for the car. A pass is provided to use in the various Levanto parking lots. The distance to reach the station is convenient. The owners Sara and Corrado are friendly, nice and very helpful people. We will definitely come back and recommend it to those who want to visit these areas.

We stayed three nights at this beautiful Bed and Breakfast as a base for excursions to the Cinque Terre. The structure is very beautiful and welcoming, immersed in greenery and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hills. The room is really beautiful, clean and well cared for. It is spacious and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is a place that offers peace and tranquility. The breakfast, served directly in the little garden or directly in the room if, as in our case, you happen to be there on rainy days, is truly delicious and abundant. Homemade jams, fresh focaccia and brioches. All delicious. The location is strategic for a relaxing but also very convenient stay, as it is very close to the station. We were also provided with a useful pass with which to park for free and we very much appreciated it. Sarah and Corrado are two wonderful people, helpful, kind and they manage their beautiful structure perfectly with great dedication. The overall judgment regarding our stay is absolutely positive, I recommend it to everyone! If you want to stay in a nice place for a period in the Cinque Terre, you can't go wrong by choosing this structure.

Amandolevanto B&B is a truly fabulous structure. The location is extremely quiet and peaceful, but, thanks to the pass issued at check-in, it is also very convenient, as you can park for free at the train station (which would be a very expensive paid parking) and park at a reduced rate (0.60€/h instead of 2€/h) by the sea. The breakfast is very plentiful and varied, with some dishes made by the splendid owner (you can find fruit, freshly baked brioche, cakes, toast, tea, milk, juice, corn flakes, muffins, focaccia, bread, homemade jam, and chocolate). The owners were very kind and super helpful right from the start, as well as very flexible. We also wanted to try their Home Restaurant service: we were served a delicious and super abundant typical dinner! The quality/price ratio, finally, is truly incredible. We were sorry to have to leave... Next time we will also try the Gattafin :)

Excellent experience. We booked all three rooms for some of our relatives visiting Levanto for a family event and we had very, very positive feedback. First of all for the courtesy and availability of the family managing the B&B: precise, always present, of exquisite kindness. The property is very well-kept, very clean and is located in a position that allows quick access to the center of Levanto and its seaside area, while remaining away from the inevitable crowding of the streets (we are in July in a magnificent resort!). Our guests have pointed out the kindness of the managers and the validity of the structure just upon arrival: they immediately felt at ease with all the necessary comforts and, moreover, friendliness and sympathy. They told me about an excellent, varied and abundant breakfast. What else to add?? In that area it will be our fixed point of reference. A special thanks to Sarah: she made us look good in front of our relatives (who are accustomed to traveling, so attentive to every detail).

If there was praise, I would have given that too. Jokes aside, Sarah and Corrado were two splendid hosts, the property is surrounded by greenery with three rooms that lack nothing, strategically located to visit the Cinque Terre but also other places in Liguria (we went as far as Camogli and Portofino). In Levanto, bicycles are essential because parking spaces are insufficient. They can be rented, but it becomes an additional cost and they are not always available: a suggestion to all the local accommodations. Levanto is a lively and beautiful village.

Perfect stay, Sarah is a very kind host, helpful but never intrusive. The structure, well taken care of in details and excellently managed, is immersed in the green of the hill. To be considered for future stays.

Hillside location where peace and tranquility reign in the middle of nature, but easily reachable the center and the sea. Beautiful, functional and very clean room. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Not to underestimate the free pass for parking in the village.

We returned to Levanto after several years but the emotion of the places, the enchantment of the Cinque Terre is always the same. Thanks to Sarah and Corrado for their kindness and care towards us. Extraordinary experience full of flavors, scents, and the cuddles of an extraordinary family.

Located in a quiet, discreet, and peaceful area, ideal for resting also thanks to the managers' request to customers to avoid making noise during the night and early morning; during the period I was there (late August), it was always cool, thanks to the abundant vegetation behind the structure. The train station is about ten minutes away on foot, a bit further away are the historic center and the beach; be prepared to walk a lot, alternatively you can take advantage of the free parking pass that the managers provide. The furniture in the Aurora room, where we stayed, is modern and functional; the bathroom is spacious, always clean. Breakfast is served on the terrace, outside, with both sweet and savory products; the jams prepared by Sarah are delicious, especially the lemon one! The managers are welcoming, friendly, and willing to recommend places to visit and where to dine, you really feel comfortable with them. Definitely recommended!

We felt at home, pampered by Sarah and her family. Everything perfect: located in a quiet area of Levanto surrounded by olive trees and nature but still close to the train station and the center. Abundant and good breakfast, large and clean room. Absolutely recommended.

The B&B is located just outside AmandoLevanto, on a little hill near the city center, reachable by a 10-minute walk. The structure is very well-kept, the room equipped with Wi-Fi, minibar, and kettle. Excellent cleanliness, also a private parking and a pass for parking in the center are available. Special mention to Sarah and Corrado, who made us feel comfortable right away, also making their kitchen available for our little girl. Close to the train station, a supermarket, it is a perfect starting point to visit AmandoLevanto and the Cinque Terre.

Great Bed & Breakfast, one of the best we've stayed at, both for the beautiful and spotlessly clean room, and for the delicious breakfast with homemade cakes and jams. The managers are very kind and the location is strategic for visiting the Cinque Terre. I highly recommend it.

Wanting to tour the Cinque Terre, my partner and I chose Levanto as our 'base' and our choice fell on this B&B given the excellent reviews and very inviting photos. There is both private parking and a pass for the center available, but we preferred the short walk to the station, center, and beach of the town, all very close. Sarah and Corrado were extremely kind and more than willing to provide information and advice on itineraries, local venues, and connections in the area, also our room was cleaned, tidied, and restocked every day. Special mention goes to the breakfast, really very rich and varied, an additional feature that will make you love even more the time spent in this little oasis of tranquility. Giovanni and Lara.

Sarah and Corrado are exquisite: they pamper you and make you feel like guests, not just customers. Their kindness and availability are the added value to the stay in an already special place. The slightly secluded location from the center of Levanto allows you to fully enjoy the charm of the Ligurian countryside.

We stayed two nights and we can confirm full satisfaction on all evaluations. It's a place to come back to and to recommend to friends without hesitation. The owners/managers are truly fantastic, environmentally conscious, helpful, and attentive to every possible need. The pass included in the rate for parking in the center or at the station is very useful. Sarah's cakes and jams are exceptional.

The hosts are fantastic, very kind and extremely helpful. The B&B is located in a quiet and peaceful area, on a closed street outside the city center. At night, with the windows open, the sound of the water from the stream behind the property helps with sleep.

This sweet pink cottage is located in a wonderful position, surrounded by the green of the olive trees. The room, very cute, is tidy, clean, and comfortable. Nothing is really missing. The managers are very helpful, ready to take care of the guests for any need. Their tips to discover the Cinque Terre and the surrounding area are really useful. Not to mention the breakfast! Very abundant, both savory and sweet. Sara's pie and jams are exquisite. The stay at this B&B was really relaxing, you really feel at home! We highly recommend it.

Located in a quiet area, but close to the sea and the many hiking trails that the area offers, this B&B was a pleasant surprise. The managers are very hospitable, helpful, and (not so obvious) always ready to welcome you with a beautiful contagious smile. The property is very beautiful and well-kept down to the smallest details, breakfast served outdoors on a small terrace is top-notch! Abundant, with typical homemade products (the cakes are amazing) and even fruit directly from the garden when possible. I will recommend it to my friends and of course, I hope to be able to come back soon. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

Three fantastic days thanks to the hospitality, friendliness, and cordiality of the B&B managers who made our vacation special. Excellent base to visit the 5 lands. The structure is delightful, cared for in detail, the breakfast abundant with homemade products (cakes, jams, etc.). The unique panorama among lemon trees and olive trees. The photo depicting the managers with their smiles represents the reality that made the difference for our vacation.
