Nestled in nature and dominated by the cliffs of Montesordo and the Rocca di Perti, Cà del Buio is the first Eco-B&B in Liguria certified as Casa Clima Welcome. This recognition highlights the dedication to refurbishing and managing the facility according to sustainable principles: reducing energy consumption, minimizing environmental impact, and protecting the area.

Surrounded by an oak forest, terraced land, and olive groves, the establishment offers a unique view: from the windows of the rooms, guests can take in the lush greenery of the forest blending seamlessly with the blue sea and the clear sky. Dating back to the 1400s, Cà del Buio has been restored to its original beauty through a lengthy and meticulous renovation, with a strong focus on energy efficiency.

The three double rooms, each with a private bathroom, are furnished with unique pieces crafted by local artisans, using materials salvaged during the restoration, such as wood, iron, and stone. The common area features a refrigerator, microfiltered water, and a kettle for tea and herbal infusions. To respect the environment, there are no disposable courtesy kits; instead, you will find refillable dispensers with eco-friendly shower gel and shampoo.

Nature enthusiasts and outdoor sports lovers will find Cà del Buio to be an ideal starting point. The path that runs alongside the house leads to climbing cliffs and trails for hiking and mountain biking. Nearby, you can explore prehistoric caves, medieval castles, and historic villages like Finalborgo, which is just a 10-minute drive away. The beaches of Finale Marina are a 15-minute drive, but can also be reached via a pleasant walk or bike ride.

Breakfast, made with fresh, locally sourced products, is served on the terrace during the warm months, while in colder months, it takes place in the common room, which is furnished with handcrafted furniture made from reclaimed materials: an old marble sink, furniture made of chestnut and secular olive wood, and a carefully restored early 1900s cherry cabinet.

At Cà del Buio, nature, history, and sustainability come together to provide you with a unique and authentic experience. It is the perfect place for those seeking tranquility, beauty, and an eco-friendly stay. We look forward to welcoming you to experience a timeless corner of Liguria.

The area in which we find ourselves is rich in exceptional products. For our guests we prepare a breakfast based on 0 km products, purchased directly from local producers, certified organic products and specialties from regional Slow Food presidia. Every morning we go to Finalborgo to pick up the brioche, bread and typical Ligurian focaccia from the town baker while they are still warm and fragrant. The cakes and tarts are prepared by us, with simple, genuine and unrefined ingredients such as wholemeal flours, cane sugar and artisanal jams free of preservatives, thickeners and industrial colourings. The buffet is available to guests and, if notified in advance, we can complete the offer with gluten-free and vegan items.

Rustic property inland,about a 10-minute drive from Finalborgo.The accommodations have been completely renovated with respect for environmental ethics and are equipped with all comforts.The owners are very helpful and attentive to detail.We greatly appreciated their hospitality.

A wonderful discovery! I have always been a camper and this year I wanted to treat myself to the luxury of a few "comfortable" nights while still having the opportunity to stay in nature. It was beautiful to discover Cà del Buio, tailored for those who love the silence and tranquility that nature has to offer. The structure has been carefully renovated, is very clean, and provides guests with a space that includes a small fridge, a kettle with tea and herbal teas, and a microwave, which can be used independently. There is also a Bookcrossing point where one can take and/or leave a book. The breakfast is abundant, with fresh local products and homemade sweets from Rosa. Paolo's warm welcome truly makes one feel at home, and I hope Cà del Buio can remain a "gem" for those who, like me, wish to return to a special place away from the confusion and chaos of everyday life. We will definitely see each other again soon!

Condividiamo appieno l'auspicio che hai espresso nella conclusione del tuo pensiero e sia io che Rosa ti assicuriamo che è nostra ferma intenzione far si che Cà del Buio possa continuare a suscitare le sensazioni che hai avvertito tu. Che poi, sinceramente, sono quelle che avvertimmo noi quando incontrammo questo luogo per la prima volta e che abbiamo tenuto come "guida" anche durante i lavori di restauro e ristrutturazione. Agriturismo immersed in the greenery, completely renovated with parking available. The very kind owners welcomed us as if we had known each other for a long time, conveying true enthusiasm for their activity. The ancient structure has been completely renovated with extreme taste, maintaining the exterior and perfectly furnishing the rooms. Everything was spotless. Guests have access to books to read, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a kettle with tea and herbal teas. We were served an excellent breakfast outdoors with the freshest products. It is the ideal place to unwind and relax, away from the chaos and noise of the city, just the music of nature and the fresh air of the woods. It is about 15 minutes by car from Finale Ligure. Unfortunately, we only had one day available, but we plan to return.

This place is a dream. As soon as you arrive, you never want to leave. Both the structure and the location are truly beautiful: quiet, original, and rich in history. But everything is well maintained, spotless, and functional. Then of course, the concept related to Casa clima is truly a very interesting point in favor, and all the choices like B&B ECO are absolutely commendable from various points of view. The manager, Paolo, is a truly knowledgeable and kind person who really knows how to make you feel at home and part of this ambitious and admirable project. Certainly not a stay like the others, but much more special, in an oasis of peace. Absolutely worth mentioning is the homemade mandarin cake by Rosa, Paolo's partner. We really hope to come back soon!

A recently renovated dwelling immersed in the woods, with a charming glimpse of the sea. Surrounded only by the sounds of nature and managed by the very kind Paolo, who warmly welcomed, guided, and pampered us during our short but very pleasant stay. The location is most suitable for those who want to immerse themselves in the countryside, with walks on the trails, climbing, and discovering the caves.

Beautiful structure in Perti, in the mountainous area of Finale Ligure. Everything has been studied in detail and the managers have been very kind and generous with great advice about the area. The area is also beautiful, immersed in nature and in absolute peace.

Kindness, cleanliness, relaxation, and peace. Paolo and Rosa are truly very friendly, helpful, and nice. Breakfast with tips and advice combined with good sweet and savory foods from local producers. Cleanliness of all rooms and outdoors, recently renovated, the property presents itself very well (as per the website). Everything is created to help you relax and disconnect. Wonderful environment, just 10 minutes from Finalborgo and 15 from the sea, you immerse yourself in a quiet and relaxing place. Away from everything and everyone. Highly recommended!
