Casa Bartola

Casa Bartola is a standalone house located in the peaceful area of Verne, within the municipality of Stella San Martino, just 4 km from Varazze and 17 km from Sassello. The property is spread over two levels: the first floor features a spacious living room furnished with three sofas, a smart TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and milk frother. The bathroom, which has a shower, also includes a 5 kg washing machine.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. The house offers complete privacy due to its secluded location, making it perfect for those seeking a retreat in nature. The surrounding area, part of the Beigua Park, is abundant with trails for hiking or biking, allowing visitors to explore the diverse inland villages of Savona, with activities ranging from outdoor adventures to culinary delights.

The house has been renovated by the owners, Chiara and Valentino, who, after years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, decided to channel their efforts into a project that embodies their vision of hospitality.

Casa Bartola consists of two apartments, each approximately 100 square meters, with a total capacity of six beds per apartment. The rural setting and secluded location are perfect for those wanting to experience complete immersion in nature. Chiara and Valentino's dream materialized with the purchase of the house, inspired by their neighbors, who are passionate about flowers and plants, and who helped bring this cozy dwelling project to life.
