La Giara del Centro presents two elegantly renovated apartments located in the heart of La Spezia’s historic center, positioned perfectly for exploring the city's attractions and its surroundings. The apartments are situated in a prestigious building within a pedestrian area, just a short walk from the train station and the picturesque waterfront, and they offer covered private parking for added convenience.

These apartments are finished with high-quality materials and tastefully furnished, ensuring a stay that emphasizes comfort and practicality. The two-room apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, and two small balconies. The studio apartment, equally spacious, includes a living area with a sofa bed for two and a chair bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a very large bathroom with a hydromassage shower.

Guests can enjoy satellite TV, air conditioning, and heating in both apartments, providing comfort throughout the year. On the ground floor of the building, there is a bar where breakfast can be ordered, including room service, to start the day in complete relaxation.

Hello, magnificent air-conditioned apartment located in the city center and the market that takes place every day and on Friday there is a large market like a braderie. If you come by car the apartment is in a pedestrian area so not accessible by car, but there is a minute drop-off a stone's throw from the apartment and it is very convenient for unloading luggage. We rented the proposed garage which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment (you have to cross the pedestrian area) it is cheaper than the price of parking on the street and avoids looking for a place. Except for our mistake for a Bed and Breakfast, breakfast was not included in the price.

Great apartment. The cooking equipment is good, the size of the apartment is perfect and, above all, the location is very central! Close to a small café with great aperitifs. Only negative point: you need earplugs because it's on a main and lively street. Recommended for visiting the 5 Lands.

I stayed for two nights in the studio 'La Giara del Centro' with my girlfriend. The apartment is spacious, the bathroom is large. Very clean and nice. There is air conditioning that provides hot/cold air. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment's location is on the main street of La Spezia, with bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets just a short walk away, the central station is a 5-minute walk. The homeowner is a very kind person who gave us many useful tips about La Spezia and the Cinque Terre in general. For the price requested, the location, and the apartment itself, it's a real bargain! Recommended to everyone.
