We do not carry out the buffet breakfast but we serve it to you at the table. Breakfast is included only for the "B&B formula" of the bedroom with balcony. Breakfast is not included for the "Residence formula" of the apartments, but you can book (on site) what you like and consume it in the privacy of your apartment (for an extra fee).

4 nights spent at Residence Oleandro, very satisfied. Mariangela, the owner, was very kind and helpful, offering us an ideal accommodation, a studio on the top floor, quiet, with a balcony overlooking the sea. She also gave us excellent advice on local places and excursions. The cleanliness both in the studio and in the common areas was impeccable. Beautiful pools. Convenient location, the sea is reachable on foot in 15 minutes, through a 'panoramic' walk or a 5-minute drive. Highly recommended.

Top organization and welcome. Mariangela and Pierluigi leave nothing to chance and do not overlook anything. They welcome guests with friendliness and professionalism. Everything is taken care of in detail. The structure and location are of excellent level for a family vacation dedicated to tranquility but also to fun. The cleanliness of the rooms is extremely accurate. Recommended! P.S. The mere fact of having two pools (one of which is "zen") is priceless in itself.

Grazie per aver scelto la nostra "casa vacanze" per il periodo delle le vostre ferie estive che, purtroppo essendo il Ferragosto compreso nelle vostre vacanze (che è comprensibilmente molto richiesto) il prezzo è risultato il più alto dell'anno. Vi invitiamo a viisitarci e riscoprirci anche in altre stagioni dove c'è più calma e quotazioni molto interessanti.
