Description Breakfast
A Casa di Agnese is a cozy and comfortable townhouse located just 600 meters from the Trenord station in Bollate Centro, making it an ideal spot for exploring Milan and the surrounding area. The family offers a double room and a single room, both featuring a private bathroom for guests that includes a double sink, a spacious shower, a hairdryer, linens, and toiletries.

The breakfast, lovingly prepared by the host who specializes in catering and small-scale dining, includes a range of homemade sweet and savory items: tarts, cookies, muffins, mini-pizzas, focaccias, and slices of savory cakes, all complemented by fresh fruit to satisfy every taste. During the summer, guests can enjoy breakfast in the small private garden.

Visitors can unwind in the attic, where a lounge area with a bookshelf, sofa, and a terrace equipped with deck chairs provide perfect relaxation spaces. There is ample free parking available in front of the property, and connections to Milan and the main airports are convenient and frequent: the Rho Exhibition Center can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car, while the center of Milan is just 15 minutes away by train with departures every 15 minutes.

The house is situated in a peaceful and well-serviced area, with a supermarket, pharmacy, pizzerias, and cafes just a short walk away. For outdoor enthusiasts, the adjacent public park and nearby bike path offer opportunities for pleasant walks or excursions in the Parco delle Groane. The town of Bollate also features two cinemas, a central library, swimming pools, and sports facilities.

A Casa di Agnese combines the convenience of a strategic location with a homely atmosphere, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay for visitors to the area. Wi-Fi is available for all guests, and to respect both the environment and other visitors, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

Breakfast served from 7: 00 am to 10: 00 am by prior arrangement with the client. Sweet buffet provided: variegated shortbread biscuits, homemade cakes, milk rolls with butter and jam, mini cereal muffins; yoghurt, fruit juices and a hot drink of your choice: chocolate, coffee, cappuccino, tea, milk. Savory on request: pizzas, savory pie, salami, eggs, etc. Preparation of personalized breakfast in case of food intolerances and allergies.

We were guests for a few days at Mrs. Agnese's, a wonderful, helpful and attentive person. We had to leave at 04:30 and she made us find coffee in the thermos, tarts and pastries made strictly by her for the journey and from here you understand everything. She pampered us every morning with her pastries and her donut that my son immediately appreciated. Clean room and bathroom, complete with everything in a house that I immediately liked (small single-floor houses) for the family atmosphere, a few steps from a beautiful park and 10 minutes from the station. I will keep it in mind every time I happen to come to Milan. Highly recommended.

Mrs. Agnese welcomed us with great kindness and availability, making us feel comfortable right away. The house is very beautiful and welcoming. The room is tidy and clean. Structure located 15 minutes from the train station, very quiet place, the interior is comfortable, excellently clean, equipped with a large bathroom where you can take advantage of the services offered. We stayed 5 of us for one night to visit the EXPO. The house is very nice and Mrs. Agnese was very kind and helpful, and above all she prepared a varied and tasty breakfast (ad personam) for us. The train station (Bollate Centro) is a 5-minute walk away, and from there you can practically reach anywhere. Finally, I must say that Mrs. Agnese offered us an excellent price compared to other B&Bs I had seen, which, taking advantage of the EXPO period, had proposed decidedly high prices.

I have just returned from my stay at A Casa di Agnese and I am here to write my review. It was our first experience in a Bed and Breakfast for me and my wife, and we were extremely satisfied. Agnese is very kind and always available to advise you on how to move around best, especially for those like us who were visiting Milan for the first time (so she advised us on public transport with tickets and schedules, etc.). The room and the bathroom were very clean, and the breakfast was perfect, just as seen in the photos. Everything was delicious and above all genuine, prepared by Agnese. The area is peaceful, just outside the city chaos of the big city and very close to the station that allows you to move around as you wish (with Agnese's help)! Our experience at Expo was beautiful, and thanks to Agnese who welcomed us so well into her home! Thank you, and it will definitely be our reference for a future return to Milan.

We stayed at the B&B A Casa di Agnese during our visit to the EXPO. The structure is comfortable and welcoming, equipped with all the necessary amenities for our stay. Our stay, although short, was very pleasant. The B&B is close to the fair, which is quite convenient to reach. However, I want to emphasize the extreme kindness and availability of the managers who made us feel at home. Thank you.

I recommend a stay at this property. The manager is very kind, the homemade cake breakfast is excellent, and the room is very comfortable. Next time I come back to the area, I will definitely contact this property!

I had a great time both times I stayed. A Casa di Agnese is an excellent place. Comfortable rooms, great cleanliness, wonderful breakfasts with homemade pies and cookies! I will not hesitate to return when the opportunity arises.
