We are located in the heart of Mantova, in a strategic position that's easily accessible by car, since we are not in the ZTL (limited traffic zone): a valuable detail for travelers with luggage or those who wish to move freely. We have set aside a portion of our home for you, where we will greet you with warmth and readiness, ensuring you have a simple yet thoughtful experience with a focus on great value for money.

Our rooms, whether double, triple, or single, are spacious and comfortable, recently renovated, and tastefully decorated with an essential style, paying attention to details and ambiance. Here, you can relax peacefully after a day of sightseeing, confident in the knowledge that you will find clean and functional spaces designed for your well-being.

We are excited to recommend itineraries, museums, places to explore, and little curiosities about the city to help you experience Mantova to the fullest. This beautiful city is rich in centuries of history and art: from its squares to its palaces, museums to the architecture that narrates the era of the Gonzagas, who ruled Mantova from the 1300s to the 1600s. The surrounding areas also offer perfect destinations for day trips: the parks of Mincio, Bertone, Sigurtà Park, and Bosco della Fontana, along with the Sanctuary of the Grazie, famous for its association with master madonnari. The Abbey of Polirone in San Benedetto Po, Sabbioneta, and Castel d’Ario, the birthplace of the legendary driver Tazio Nuvolari, are also worth a visit.

A great location, a clean and airy room and an excellent value-to-cost ratio. We have been very happy with the information given by the innkeeper and especially with his passion for history. We left Mantova with a much better knowledge on the Gonzaga family than when we arrived. We look forward to come back.

New structure, clean, perfect toilet. The host was very, very welcoming and at the same time professional, he assisted us upon arrival at the facility, responding promptly to our requests. We cannot express opinions on the breakfast as we did not choose it, having to leave very early in the morning. For the next concert we attend in Mantova, we will return.

Extremely convenient structure to reach the places of interest, close to the station, with comfortable beds, clean; maximum availability of the owner and the girl in charge, I was allowed to leave the room even after the scheduled check-out time and the luggage until the evening. We stayed here to visit Mantova, a city we didn't know and that was a pleasant surprise for us. The location of the property is strategic as it is easy to park the car and from there in 5 minutes on foot you can reach both the historic center and the Palazzo Te park. The room is beautiful, airy, and well-heated, the spacious private bathroom, and the ultra-comfortable bed. Terrace for smokers just outside the room, a nice convenience. I couldn't give more than 10, but I would have especially for the kindness and availability of the manager and the collaborator. Good breakfast, also available gluten-free on request. I would recommend this property to everyone, even for longer stays.

Roberto and his colleague were very kind. The structure does not have an elevator. Strategic location for Palazzo Te and the train station (both about 10 minutes on foot). A bit further from the center and from Palazzo Ducale, but considering the size of Mantova, everything is still very close.

Excellent location for those traveling to Mantua by car like we did to attend a concert in the square. The structure has parking, even though with narrow access. It is ideal to 'park' the car and then walk to the center (about 15 minutes). Also, the B&B Ai Giardini del Te is very close to the Palazzo The, even though the circumstances did not allow us to visit. We will make up for it on a future occasion. Excellent value for money. Plus, we greatly appreciated the great friendliness and kindness of the boy who took care of our welcome. Exemplary management.

We stayed for 2 nights, the B&B is centrally located, a short walk from the Te gardens and the city center. Nice apartment, spacious, clean, well-furnished. The only downside is that it faces the street and the cobblestone, with passing cars, is noisy. However, the breakfast is varied and plentiful. The manager pampers all customers and is very helpful with customer requests. Parking space included and free. Great price. Highly recommended.

Clean and very quiet place, close to the center of Mantova, 10 minutes walk from Palazzo Te and 15 from the city center. The owner is very kind, allowed me to park inside the structure's courtyard and let me leave the car parked even on the day I left the room, allowing us to visit Mantova without looking for other paid parking spots.

Grazie Antonia per la vostra recensione e per il suggerimento di aumentare il riscaldamento nel bagno. In quella camera da letto è stato montato un box bagno e la sua temperatura è quella della stessa camera, ma entrandoci svestiti, d'inverno, ci si aspetta una temperatura maggiore. Fortunatamente le altre camere sono tradizionali, con bagni standard, ma sicuramente faremo tesoro della segnalazione e provvederemo a risolvere il problema.

Family atmosphere, very kind and helpful manager. I recommend overnight stays to families and non-families, located not far from the train station and the city center. Quiet building. In essence, it feels like being at your own home. I will definitely return on the next occasion to visit Mantova.

Perfect structure to stay in Mantova, especially during the period of the Literature Festival. The owner, Mr. Marco, makes you feel at home, letting you taste a Mantuan specialty (cakes) every morning. Great location (ten minutes from the city center). Quiet environment and total cleanliness. Mr. Marco (true Mantuan) 'bewitches' you with Mantuan stories (Gonzaga and others). I highly recommend it. Mantova, by the way, is a city on a human scale.

Sono parecchi anni che gestiamo assieme a mia moglie il B&B ed eravamo convinti che i commenti servissero per far conoscere la struttura, non per dare sfogo alle proprie frustrazioni. Mi spiace che il signor Pivetta non si sia trovato bene da noi, forse potevamo rimediare se ci avesse detto direttamente cosa secondo lui non andava, come pretendere il prezzo di una matrimoniale e presentarsi in tre persone.

The manager is a very kind person and very knowledgeable about the city's history, he gave us very useful information. The structure is clean and very close to the train station. We felt good thanks to the courtesy and cleanliness. The breakfast is abundant.

Good location, 15 minutes walk from the station. Simple and cozy room. The manager Mr. Marco told us the story of Mantua; practically a human book. It is 20 minutes walk from the center and is in a very quiet area. Recommended.

Very welcoming B&B and easily accessible within the perimeter close to the center and a stone's throw, really, from Palazzo Te. Recommended for those who want to walk or use a bike to explore the magnificent city of Mantua, with its monuments, historic buildings, lakes, and forests to explore. Truly beautiful!

Well, what can I say: Mr. Marco is very kind, friendly, and very helpful in providing information about the city and more. We had a good time, if I really have to make a note, I do it for breakfast, yes, abundant (rusk, butter, jam, fresh and packaged brioches, cappuccino, tea, coffee, barley), but only sweet; I would add something savory that always fits well. We didn't have the pleasure of trying one of his homemade cakes, it will be for next time because I plan to go back soon with my daughter.

Although the room we stayed in was not the one originally booked (due to an unexpected event by the owners) near the center of Mantova, but in a fraction a few minutes away by car, we had a great time! The room was spacious and equipped with all comforts, in a very large private house and in a quiet area. The owner was exquisite and provided us with all the right information to enjoy those two days in Mantova with our children, despite the rain. The breakfast was absolutely plentiful and delicious. A nice and quiet place, simple but clean rooms. The bathroom is really big. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of coffee, which is essential for me. Croissants, bread, toasted bread with butter and assorted jams, excellent. A great welcome service directly at the station, that has never happened before, really thank you. The room and services were spacious and thoroughly clean. The breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the private parking, which was dependent on the presence of the manager and therefore not freely accessible.
