The hospitality of this bed and breakfast run by the family is as if you were their personal guest at their own home and you will always be treated as such. There is nothing they won't try to do for you. They are always available if you need anything. I can't recommend this establishment enough.\n\nJust renovated, it's full of character, feels fresh, and is exceptionally clean. We are a happy family when we come to Italy to visit from the UK. Breakfast is well-stocked and fresh. The full kitchen makes long stays our home away from home.\n\nThe price is very affordable. If you are visiting San Colombano, this is where you want to stay, you won't be disappointed. Thank you for being so caring Sarah, Giusy, and Paulo, you are the best! Very nice little accommodation with a warm welcome and great insider tips. Everything is in top condition and clean. The opportunity to organize breakfast by yourself is great especially for late risers. The location is optimal, only about 6 minutes to the center and the castle. Thank you for this great stay.

The structure is a very well-kept little house. You can feel a family atmosphere and that warmth of home. The owners are very kind and helpful. The idea of leaving a small herbal kit for each person is appreciated. Breakfast is both sweet and savory, available from 5:00 AM.

We stayed at this B&B for 2 nights for the price of one with the B&B Day offer. The property is very neat, clean, and well furnished. It has only two rooms and a shared kitchen with a small living room where there are tips on what to see in the area. I recommend reaching the property by car, as there is ample parking nearby. We did not have breakfast included, but the host (kind and helpful) still left us a bottle of water and tea/coffee to prepare. The price is slightly high given the location, but overall we had a really good experience. A suggestion for the owners is to install a bidet shower that integrates bidet functions into the toilet.

Spacious, clean, and warm room. Bathroom with everything you need: towels, soaps, hairdryer, and even body lotion, perfume, and other products from a well-known local brand. Self-service breakfast complete, from sweet to savory with a great selection. Quiet area, close to bars and restaurants where you can eat very well, like Trattoria al Giardino. Hosts more than kind, we were welcomed as if we were friends. They suggested restaurants and places to visit. Here you feel at home, if only because the property is small.

Pleasant surprise the quality/price ratio. Absence of bidet but for one night you can do without it, the spaces after all are what they are in a rustic adapted to B&B, fundamental possibility - to be accepted with an animal (dog). Furnished with taste and care.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this B&B while walking a part of the Via Francigena. The owners were kind and helpful right from the start for the check-in time. During the welcome, they explained everything we needed to know since we could only move around on foot. Very beautiful room, spacious with everything you need. Breakfast area, shared with the other room, is large and with cooking facilities. I emphasize again the great kindness and availability of the owners in welcoming us. We hope to return soon. Highly recommended!

Super positive experience! The structure is really beautiful and you immediately notice the care even in the smallest details. Extremely clean rooms and top-notch hospitality. I think the breakfast is one of the most complete I have ever seen in a B&B, boasting a vast choice of options between sweet and savory, truly for all tastes! Convenient location in a very peaceful village less than an hour from Milano Centrale. We had a really great time and if we were to come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again! Definitely one of the cutest B&Bs I have ever been to.

My daughter and I were their guests for 24 hours, I really felt at home. I had already cancelled a reservation due to the DPCM, but the communication with them was always direct, quick, and courteous. The apartment is very cozy, well cared for in detail to enhance every corner of the house. Maximum hygiene and cleanliness, the breakfast is excellent and varied. I will come back often to San Colombano al Lambro and this B&B has become a second home.

Excellent structure; finely renovated and strategically located, a few steps and you are in the center, a few minutes and you reach the castle. Spacious, cozy, super clean room tastefully furnished. Rich and complete breakfast. That being said, let's get to the really important things: the family that with love and passion gave life to this project: Giusy and Paolo, assisted by their sweet Sarah, run the B&B Amici del Colle. B&B Friends of the Hill is a pretty place. We were greeted by Sarah's mom with warmth and great availability. The B&B is located on the 1st floor of a small building, typical of the place, very well maintained. In addition to the room, we were provided with the kitchen, fully equipped and cheerfully decorated. On the table, we found not the usual 'voucher' to have breakfast at some bar in the area, but everything you could wish for, at home, just awake. At Friends of the Hill, we felt at home.

We stayed at the B&B Amici del Colle for medical commitments, so we preferred an area without traffic and general chaos but close to the city of Milan. It is the first time I express a judgment where I stayed, while here I feel the duty and pleasure to dwell on the welcome but above all on the familiarity received from the whole family that takes care of the B&B. Affordable price, clean room and a large, complete private bathroom. It also has a comfortable and complete kitchen where there was a daily homemade dessert and everything needed for a great breakfast. In saying goodbye, I told them we felt at home. I hope to return to those areas to see tourist attractions and will certainly return as a guest at Amici del Colle as a base. Thank you for everything, see you soon.

Structure equipped with every comfort, welcoming, very clean and just a few minutes from the highway exit. At breakfast, practically nothing is missing, excellent choice. We were welcomed by the managers Paolo and his daughter Sarah, two lovely people. What else to add? Definitely worth going back if I happen to be in that area again.

"Barefoot at the B&B" - For us, the B&B Amici del Colle was like finding a home away from home during a weekend trip. The cleanliness of the property is something you notice immediately, but the care for the environment, the details, the order, and the good taste make you understand the dedication with which Sarah and her family are committed to this activity. Nothing is missing in the house: from the microwave in the kitchen to the hairdryer in the bathroom. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, the fridge is never empty, and for a coffee at odd hours, there is a fantastic coffee machine with capsules available. The village is small and you can easily walk everywhere. Take the time to have a chat with Sarah and get some suggestions on what to do, you will find it really enjoyable. We will definitely come back to visit her! A perfect 10!

My boyfriend and I often stay at this B&B Amici del Colle. What can I say, the environment is peaceful and the atmosphere warm and cozy. The rooms are very nice and clean, just like the entire property. Abundant and rich breakfast. The owners are very kind, super helpful and very sweet, they take care of everything in detail and, as from the first time, now they make us feel at home! Highly recommended to everyone!

Very clean and welcoming environment, the lady and her daughter who manage the structure are very kind and helpful. Very good location in the village, cozy and quiet room, I slept well, however, the air conditioning should serve the room better. The kitchen is very nice and equipped with everything you need, breakfast offers milk, tea, coffee, barley, fruit juice, yogurt, eggs, rusks, cookies, croissants, cereals, butter, jams, Nutella, all packaged non-artisanal products. Recommended.

Very beautiful, pleasant and welcoming structure. Managed by simple, friendly and kind-hearted people, and they immediately make you feel literally 'at home'; especially if it's a long-term stay. Absolutely worth trying.

Clean, comfortable, and really nice structure. Very rich breakfast, impeccable internet connection, and the kitchen has everything necessary for meal preparation. The owners? Very kind and very helpful, always ready to intervene for any eventuality and request. I have stayed several times at this B&B Amici del Colle and I always return with great pleasure because I really feel at home. I take this opportunity to thank the managers.

I was there in October for just one night with my partner and my 8-month baby bump in this very pleasant place to reach the Autodromo Le Colline. My judgment can only be positive, Paolo, the very kind manager, waited for us outside until 9 pm, the arrival time, and showed us our room, giving us all the information. Perfect cleanliness, very welcome the little herbalist's packages. Very clean kitchen equipped with everything for breakfast and a possible dinner. We highly recommend it, and if we pass by that area again, we will definitely return.

Holidays after a lot of work. My boyfriend and I decided to spend some time in Italy in a nice and very welcoming small town, San Colombano. We stayed at Amici del Colle for room and breakfast. It's a very nice room furnished in an Italian style. It's very clean and breakfast is typically Italian with a beautiful Lavazza coffee that gives us a path of satisfaction, kindness of the owners and relaxation for the whole body. The town is small, very nice and the nature is wonderful. Our days at Amici del Colle were really beautiful. The owners are very kind and always here to help us with anything. They were 4 truly incredible nights. The price is not even high. We enjoyed a lot. A town to really enjoy and relax, and Amici del Colle in San Colombano is exactly what every person needs to rest and regain energy to move forward with their work. We thank Mr. Paolo and his wife very much for the wonderful time we spent with them. We come from Croatia, from Betina on the island of Murter and my boyfriend is from Dubrovnik, and for us these were the holidays that will remain in our memory for a long time. We will definitely return to them.

I stayed with my husband at the property for a few weeks between April and June and we had a great time thanks to the hospitality of Mrs. Giusy and Mr. Paolo. They are always ready to meet guests' requests, with valuable suggestions on how to spend leisure time in San Colombano and the surrounding areas. We found the property very clean, well-organized, with a very fitting personal touch. We felt at home and highly recommend it to those who want to use this B&B to explore not only the area around San Colombano. The property has a strategic location for using public transport to Milan and therefore Expo. Giusy and Paolo have also become friends to us! Thanks again for everything.

If you are looking for a place to stay in San Colombano, this is definitely the right place, cozy, with every kind of comfort, it feels like being at home. In addition to the room, you can access a common area equipped with a kitchen, TV, seating area, and wi-fi. Very kind and caring owners towards the customers, fair prices and easily reachable from the bus stop for those coming from Milan (via Steffenini).

We stayed only one night, according to our needs and the B&B Amici del Colle turned out to be truly magnificent. Mrs. Giusy was very kind (we arrived late), elegant, very hospitable and not intrusive at all. The structure was excellent, it feels like home, it is located in a splendid position, warm and welcoming. The B&B is well equipped with a room with TV, a small living room, kitchen, and a nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast, fridge and cabinets full of food items. Recommended to all!

For several years I choose B&Bs for my travels, and I admit that to find myself well like here, it has happened rarely. The managers are exquisite people, very helpful and not invasive at all. For breakfast, being intolerant to certain foods, they provided me with suitable products. The B&B, very peaceful, has a room with TV, a sitting room with TV, a well-equipped kitchen that can be used freely. You really feel at home. Highly recommended.

Hello everyone, we stayed in this wonderful structure for about 5 days. What can I say, a wonderful and welcoming structure, you immediately feel at ease as if we were at our own home. Really comfortable for those who choose to spend some time in total relaxation and ideal for those who decide to take a walk among the beautiful hills, and just a stone's throw from the central square. Very helpful manager, equipped with every comfort: TV, WiFi, excellent cleanliness, a wide selection of breakfast from coffee to milk and yogurt to brioches. We will definitely come back!

Excellent environment, spacious, in a quiet, reserved and welcoming location and excellent availability of the manager. Deserves a return visit as soon as possible. Feels like being at your own home with all the freedom you want. Excellent breakfast and food supply.

B&B really magnificent. I stayed there with my girlfriend for a few days. Great because you have the maximum freedom (it feels like being at your own home!), it is inside the town and not out in the countryside. It is very warm and welcoming. The B&B is well equipped with a bedroom, TV, wifi, a small living room, kitchen (which can be freely used). Upon arrival, we found the kitchen supplied with pots, cutlery, glasses, fridge, and cupboards full of food items. Truly spectacular, recommended to everyone!
