The Caradello Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of the Mincio River Nature Park, just 1 km from the charming medieval village of Castellaro Lagusello, renowned as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, famous for its heart-shaped natural pond. Surrounded by greenery, Caradello is a tranquil oasis, perfect for those looking to unwind in nature, amidst pets and farm animals.

The facility offers two comfortable double rooms, each with a private bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a hairdryer, with the option to add extra beds to accommodate various needs. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor barbecue area, ideal for savoring grilled meals with friends, and a play area equipped with a swing and slide for the enjoyment of younger visitors.

Every morning, a hearty international breakfast is served to kickstart the day. Wi-Fi access is included in the stay, ensuring comfort and convenience for those who wish to stay connected.

The B&B Caradello is closed during January, February, and November, and since June 2018, a municipal tourist tax of €0.80 per person per day is applicable, exempt for children and teenagers up to 14 years old.

It is a very nice place, with nice rooms and a very nice bathroom. The breakfast was always very good, with cake, croissants, juice and tea or coffee. It is 10 kilometers to the south of Lake Garda, that is why it is also very quiet and less touristy, which I found very positive. Also the hosts are very friendly. Communication was not a big problem, but you can not rely on English here. I spent a very good time there and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed with pleasure in this very neat accommodation with a family atmosphere. The room is not large but has enough storage space and room to feel comfortable. The very high quality of the bedding, which ensured us very restful nights without any problems, is worth mentioning, especially as peace reigns. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. Everything is very clean. The breakfasts are well-prepared and plentiful. The whole family is available with kindness and discretion. Finally, the location to visit Verona and enjoy Lake Garda is ideal and the quality/price ratio is unbeatable. Our stay was very pleasant and we will return with pleasure.

Cozy, simple, clean and quiet in beautiful nature outside the picturesque village of Monzambano (beautiful castle, nice alleys, great restaurants) away from the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda. About 12 km from the lake, amidst corn fields, orchards and vineyards. We were here for ten days and felt very comfortable. Very nice hosts (only speak Italian), super clean and very affordable.

A top accommodation for a couple of days. Our children really enjoyed the presence of several animals on the farm. Great value for money. We would gladly return and definitely recommend it! Clean room with modern bathroom.

A wonderful place, everything very clean and the breakfast delicious. Very close to Lake Garda and recommended places to visit. The grandchildren are adorable, it has been a pleasure to visit this B&B. I recommend it. The grandchildren are lovely.

The place is a dream, a country house with two hundred years of history in a wonderful rural setting. All the compliments I can give to the place and the people who run it are few. The bedroom is beautiful, with an ensuite bathroom and everything is impeccable. The breakfast is simply spectacular.

The owners are very kind and welcoming people, the rooms are very clean, the bathroom is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is abundant and varied. The lady's granddaughter is very nice and delightful. The location is extremely convenient for Mantua, Verona, and Peschiera. We will definitely return.

Arriving in the evening in the middle of a torrential rain, it seemed to us to be outside the real world. The room is a little bare, but very clean, the bathroom is new and the environment is warm and welcoming. We slept deeply for one night. In the morning, the breakfast table was curated in the smallest details, with homemade products and zero-kilometer food. The peach tart was delicious and beautiful. The hosts are truly simple and genuine people like the home-made products we purchased. The location of the structure is strategic for those who want to visit all the nearby cities, Mantova, Pescheria, Desenzano up to Verona and Brescia. The small village of Castellaro is a typical medieval village that should not be missed. In short, we were well. Highly recommended to make a reservation.

We only spent one night at B&B Caradello, but we were fabulous. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the owner kindly welcomed us and guided us to our room, a spectacular room, rustic style, tidy, well-kept and very clean, including a nice spacious bathroom that was also spotless. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was very soft and cozy. The room temperature was optimal, but in case of colder or warmer temperatures, there are radiators and air conditioning in the room. In the morning, breakfast exceeded all expectations. In addition to the classic hotel breakfast (toasted bread, jams, Nutella, biscuits, and so on), local products such as cakes or pies, eggs, or exquisite cold cuts are served, making breakfast perfect. Just before checking out, we talked a bit with the owner, who was friendly and accommodating, accompanied by a gentle and affectionate dog. What else can I say? The quality-price ratio is the best I have ever found personally. I recommend everyone to stay like this for any occasion. We came from Gardaland, but as soon as we can return to visit the lake, B&B Caradello will be our first choice.

The structure is close to many tourist spots of Lake Garda (Lazise, Peschiera). The price is definitely economical (70 € for 2 adults and 2 children), but savings are also made in hospitality. The owner never smiles and gives the impression that she is there to do us a favor and not to host us. The room has very weak lighting and the door is not equipped with a lock (the owner explains to me that being an ancient house there are no locks). The room is clean, but after returning in the evening I find the towel placed on the floor for the shower resting on the clean towels (as well as all our toiletries moved into the cabinets, confirming that someone had entered to "tidy up" after two hours that we had checked in). Breakfast consists of bread, cookies, cake, and 1 egg for 4. She brought us tea, coffee, milk (one cup each), but once finished she did not ask us if we wanted more.

Buongiorno, grazie per la recensione, ma vorrei chiarire alcuni punti... Le porte sono originali e restaurate e quindi prive di chiave, ma hanno un catenaccio dell'epoca appunto. Non mi sembra di essere stata sbrigativa o scortese, ma cercherò di migliorare. L'asciugamano sarà stata sicuramente una dimenticanza e anche per questo faremo più attenzione. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, non mi sembra sia così "misera" come descrive, ma se non avevate abbastanza latte, caffè o te, bastava chiederne dell'altro e vi sarebbe dato. Ciò non toglie che è un suo parere personale e per questo servono le recensioni, la ringrazio e nel nostro piccolo, cercheremo di migliorare queste nostre lacune. Se vorrà, l'aspetteremo una prossima volta. Cordialmente.

I stayed at this Bed & Breakfast even last year, it is in the open countryside. I like the location because it is a fifteen-minute drive from Lake Garda and half an hour from Mantua and Verona. The room is clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, the breakfast abundant, and the owners kind. It has an excellent value for money. I will come back again!

My wife, my son who is 11 years old, and I spent only one night at B&B Caradello, but we can say that everything was excellent. Reception, friendliness, and location. All accompanied by a good price and a breakfast with local eggs and salami, and a delicious homemade tart.

I always return with pleasure to this B&B because I know I will find a welcoming atmosphere, a beautiful structure, spotlessly clean rooms. Of course, you can find this in other places too, but here, at B&B Caradello, you find the feeling of home, you find the hospitality of Angelo and Erminia, you find a place... indescribable, you have to experience it. A round of applause to dear Erminia for her cakes. They are good, no, even better.

The structure is located in a typical agricultural setting of the area. From the outside, it has the common appearance of a 'farmhouse of the past', but inside, while remaining faithful to traditions, the manager has been able to make the stay very pleasant by renovating the rooms. Good attention to cleanliness in every area, despite the presence of animals like dogs and cats, but well managed. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, and the recommendations for excursions in the area are not lacking. Highly recommended!

Structure adjacent to a farm, a particular detail not to be underestimated when staying with children, who are also in a certain way protagonists within the bed and breakfast as we were welcomed by a little girl, whose personal details I omit for privacy reasons, but who with her smile and kindness brightened our arrival and our breakfast, simple and genuine. We arrived (notifying at the time of booking) at the B&B Caradello at 11 pm after spending the day at Gardaland. Very kind and friendly owners, we chatted a bit and they gave us useful advice on some information requested. Excellent discounts for Parco Sigurtà (we took advantage of them), excellent breakfast with homemade cakes. We slept very well, in the quietness of the place surrounded by nature. Definitely worth trying again at a more leisurely pace if we have the opportunity.

We stayed 7 days at the property. Mrs. Erminia is of a availability more unique than rare. The room has always been very clean, equipped with an air conditioner and a perfectly equipped bathroom. Breakfast was always plentiful and enhanced by her delicious sweets. The B&B Caradello is located 1km from the picturesque village of Castellaro Lagusello and in a strategic location to visit the Modena area, the Verona area or Lake Garda, not to mention that it offers a more than economical accommodation even to go to Gardaland (which is a half hour drive away). I highly recommend it for the quality-price ratio, and for the friendliness and availability, which are an added value not always taken for granted!

A gem of a property 4 steps from Gardaland, 2 adults and 2 children, the room was comfortable and very clean, bathroom with a large shower box. Abundant breakfast with homemade pies. Super friendly manager. Really recommended.

Located in a very quiet place, surrounded by hills and vineyards, it is a house with a small agricultural production (cows, chickens). Kind and helpful owners. Comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfast with homemade products/local productions. To be reached by bike or car, from there excellent for visiting characteristic villages like Borghetto and Valeggio sul Mincio and seeing the Sigurtà Park (also with the possibility to buy tickets at the B&B and skip the line). Excellent value for money!

Passed for work, we found ourselves in a very relaxing place among fields of wheat, cute animals, the B&B Caradello is kept very well, clean and well-kept, equipped with all comforts, abundant breakfast with some variations, like a delicious salami. The owners are available. As a result, we wouldn't have left. Also, it is 10 km from the lake. Thank you, we hope to return.

Good morning, we had a really great time, a kind and genuine welcome. The children enjoyed seeing the animals present and felt at home. The breakfast was really excellent with local and plentiful products. Having a young daughter, the owner always left us milk available, which hasn't always happened to me in other places. I recommend it.

The B&B Caradello is very clean and welcoming, located inside a farm in the countryside. The rooms are very nice, clean, and well-heated. Mrs. Erminia and her husband are helpful and hospitable. We stayed for the New Year's days to take the children to Gardaland; the B&B is 11 km away from the Park and close to a beautiful village.
