Alessandro, the host, is very service minded and friendly. Helped us very well with how to get around the city. The rooms were clean and as expected. The location is close the metro and even in walking distance to the city centre.

Very nice building but the room was very mediocre, but it was clean. Overpriced though for what it offered, could use some work to make it more appealing. The kettle does not work, the hot water is not enough if two people are showering in a row. The terrace was the best thing we had. The location is far from the center, however the metro is close by, the area is quiet and the apartment was somehow silent too. We had a kind of emergency the last day, and we tried calling Alessandro for more than an hour but he never replied. I will not recommend it unless you have a meeting close by, we were there for work and our meeting point was 2 minutes walk from the apartment. I will look for better options next time.

L’acqua calda, in teoria, è per 8 persone ma se ha trovato l’acqua fredda mi scuso. Per quanto riguarda la reperibilità essendo una struttura privata e non un hotel con reception h24 può capitare che non sia raggiungibile immediatamente, per questo ho dato la disponibilità di contattare sia me che la signora Mita. I numeri sono facilmente visibili sulla prenotazione. Grazie per essere stati nostri ospiti.

The property is well situated one minute from Buonarroti Metro station, the shared balcony offers great views across the city and the room was comfortable and spacious. The only drawback was the extra charge for late check-in, which seemed unnecessary. Overall it was good value and very convenient.

It would be great if you managed to improve the quality of the windows or even replace them with 'thermopane' joinery. There is quite a lot of noise from the street. Otherwise only good.

We came to Milan for an optical convention. The apartment is exactly what we wanted. It's a vintage building with great details like high ceilings and cool old doors. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot too. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well stocked. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood with local restaurants and is a block from a very nice supermarket. We used the metro, which was a 5-10 minute walk. We felt very safe. There is a great restaurant on the corner for breakfast and dinner (Vintage 1905). On Saturday, we went to a huge farmers' market 5 minutes away. I would recommend Host Mica; she was very helpful.

Very spacious and modern accommodation. Hostess was great as well. Even though we booked without breakfast she had coffee, tea and some sheets and biscuits ready for us. Bit further from the city center but very close to a metro station. I would stay here again.

Alessandro was very helpful when I first arrived, and the staff was always attentive during my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Buonarroti metro stop is very close by, so it is convenient to get to the Duomo and other landmarks. There are also restaurants within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend Mita Milano Rooms with Terrace to others.

Lovely apartment with lots of room and a very enviable view from the balcony over to the cathedral. The breakfast items in the room were superb; coffee, tea, biscuits, cakes, cereal, milk, juice. Being slightly out of town centre, the room was quiet at night but very close to a Metro. Trains to the city centre are frequent and cheap. Allessandro was helpful and friendly. Check in and communication was easy. Can't fault the apartment at all - just watch your head getting out of bed.

Excellent B and B, with a breathtaking view thanks to the sumptuous terrace. The accommodation is very clean and very well located, right next to the metro, serving the center directly. The hostesses, Mirta and her daughter, are very responsive and lovely. A big thank you to them for their warm welcome. We did not have breakfast, but there is everything you need in the room to start the day well and discover beautiful Milan!

The accommodation is in an excellent location, a few meters from the metro, with restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, just 10 minutes from the Duomo by metro and less than half an hour from the central train station, the view from the terrace is wonderful, I hardly saw the hosts because I was out all day, but they treated me very well, even though I didn't ask for breakfast they left some food in the room as a courtesy, the facilities are optimal and in this intense heat of summer the air conditioning is very much appreciated! Without a doubt, if I return to the city, it will be my first choice of accommodation!

Very high price of 112 euros as it was a bed and breakfast and not a hotel. With such prices, one can stay in a hotel. And then there was no breakfast but only snacks and a machine for coffee and hot water. Sheets and bed covers of poor quality.

Nella camera con terrazzo all' ultimo piano con vista sulla città ha usufruito del nostro cabaret di benvenuto che accoglie sempre i nostri ospiti all'arrivo: i prodotti che offriamo sono tutti confezionati monodose. Oltre al bollitore, al forno e alla Macchina del caffe espresso nel frigo trovate sempre acqua minerale e succhi di frutta nel vetro. Le camere vengono pulite e lavate quotidianamente e la nostra Biancheria è tutta al 100% in puro cotone. Cercando sempre di offrire un servizio di qualità ai nostri ospiti mi congedo da Voi porgendo i miei più Cordiali saluti Alessandro.

Strengths: Perfect welcome, proximity to the metro, cleanliness, spacious and adequate areas. To improve: Forced ventilation in the bathroom or the possibility of opening a window, therefore one of the two is necessary. Very strong humidity, I do not know if due to the recent flood and invasion of mosquitoes. Beds and pillows, especially, are very uncomfortable. Two nights can be more, right? There are no curtains in the room because for those sleeping on the sofa bed, being on the top floor very bright, they wake up at dawn.

Great B&B in Milan. Strategic and central location, in one of my favorite neighborhoods in the city. Equipped with all comforts (microwave, refrigerator, kettle, etc.). The owner is very kind and helpful. The highlight is the terrace of the room on the eighth floor from which you can see the cathedral and the Velasca tower. Highly recommended.

I had never been to Milan. I went for the fair with my cousin who had to meet friends who moved to Milan. We felt welcomed and supported by the managers in our movements and in managing our luggage on the day of departure. The room was large, with a breakfast area equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and microwave, along with a tray of utensils and baskets with a selection of tea and herbal teas, pastries, cookies, jams, and toast. The bathroom was also equipped with courtesy sets, a refrigerator at the entrance, and a terrace with a table, chairs, and lots of greenery with a view of the skyscrapers of City Life. The metro is just a stone's throw away, and it's a 15-minute walk to the Allianz Mico fair. What can I say, next time we will stay for one more day. We felt at home. A big thank you to the managers who helped make our stay unforgettable. Strategic location for the fair and visiting the city center (with the metro, you can reach the Duomo in 10 minutes). Affordable for the Milan target.

Excellent location and great view. Located on the eighth floor, you can enjoy a very wide panorama. From the Duomo of Milan to CityLife. Comfortable room and well-kept bathroom. Ideal for attending sports events and concerts. In ten minutes you are at San Siro and the Duomo.

Very nice and spacious room, equipped with all the necessary comforts, and with a beautiful panoramic terrace. Very close to the metro and strategically located to reach the main points of interest in Milan, also convenient to reach the San Siro stadium. Alessandro, the owner, was very kind and friendly, he pays great attention to his guests, and even though I didn't have breakfast included, he provided me with a very welcome courtesy set in the room. Highly recommended, it will be my first choice next time I return to Milan.

It is an accommodation located 6 stops away from the Duomo. It is comfortable, has an elevator, and offers a lot of privacy. We had a great time. Also very well frequented.

Mita was a wonderful person. She made us feel at home. We stayed in the top floor room/studio of the building. A room in continuous improvement. We and our two children had a great time. A few meters away is the Buonarroti metro that allowed us to move from one area to another. On Easter day, we found a small gift, an Easter dove. A gesture that we really appreciated. On the day of departure, she was very kind in letting us keep our luggage for the whole morning and allowing us to enjoy the last hours of our stay without having to carry our suitcases around. We hope to come back soon to stay there because we really enjoyed it.

Alessandro was a very kind and attentive host, managing to make the breakfast with packaged products a pleasant surprise, which is perhaps the only limitation of the property, but minimized with attention to the tastes and requests of the guests. Large room with a huge terrace (if it hadn't rained I would have certainly enjoyed it!), clean, quiet, comfortable in the room for accessories and for the split in case it was cold (never needed to turn it on). Large enough bathroom, shower included. Excellent location, with the red metro stop literally 2 steps away and City Life about ten minutes on foot, and the apartment located in an elegant condominium. Very satisfied.

The room is spacious and well equipped, the terrace is very pleasant. The location is excellent and well served by public transport. In general, I had a very good experience, the owner was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, you can hear a bit of city traffic with the window open (very common in Milan) and you can hear noises from the neighboring rooms.

The owner is very helpful and polite. The property, very close to the Wagner stop and the CityLife shopping center, is located on the eighth floor of a very well-kept building. Breakfast on the veranda is one of the things that will make you appreciate the stay the most, a little garden in Milan. Mr. Alessandro and his daughter were very helpful in giving us advice and directions. The room is very pretty and clean. Absolutely recommended!

Very warm and helpful welcome, excellent location in a quiet area with easy parking and several restaurants but above all very convenient for getting around (a few meters from the red metro line station). The property (spacious, clean, windows in every room including the bathroom) would benefit from a slight renovation that the owners are carrying out.
