Villa Pille welcomes its guests in the serene hills surrounding Lake Garda, just five minutes away from the famous beaches of the lake and conveniently located for easy access to Peschiera del Garda, Sirmione, Valeggio sul Mincio, and the main amusement parks in the area. The property serves as the perfect starting point for exploring the Garda region while enjoying the tranquility of the countryside.

The B&B is situated in the annex of a recently renovated ancient farmhouse, where the charm of tradition meets modern comforts in well-maintained spaces. The rooms, each with a private entrance and garden views, come equipped with a private bathroom featuring a shower, air conditioning, and television, providing cozy and private areas designed for a relaxing stay.

Families with children are given special consideration, with the availability of a changing table, baby bath, and high chair. Additionally, there is a convenient lounge area accessible to guests, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee and tea maker, perfect for taking a break at any time of the day.

A hearty and wholesome breakfast is served in the lovely indoor dining area or, during pleasant weather, outside under the shade of a large mulberry tree, allowing guests to start their day immersed in nature.

The surrounding landscape, characterized by green olive groves, rows of cypress trees, and the golden hues of wheat fields, creates a captivating and romantic atmosphere. We had a pleasant stay in peace and greenery. The villages nearby are beautiful, Borghetto, Sirmione... We were very well received and the breakfast on the terrace was very nice. This is an address I recommend and keep in mind if I need to return to the area.

Particularly impressive is the location of the small, green park situated in the midst of the hilly landscape left by the glacier, especially the very pleasant personality of the host Ilaria.

The location is very beautiful, surrounded by greenery, with a large courtyard and on-site parking. The room is clean, warm, and well furnished. It lacks nothing in terms of comfort. Excellent B&B to disconnect from the daily routine. The host is helpful and attentive to every detail. Breakfast is plentiful and very varied. The only drawback, if we want to find one, is the limited variety of savory options at breakfast, but that is a matter of personal taste.

We had a great time! We were traveling for work/family commitments and this town was convenient for us as a return point in the evening, but we also saw that it is close to many beautiful places. The rooms are nice and well-kept with everything you need. The food in the area is excellent and Ilaria was very kind in everything! Thank you.

Very strategic location to see many beautiful things in a short time. Medieval villages with peculiar inhabitants who make you visit their courtyards, the lake cities and many bike paths where you don't encounter cars. For us who live in the city, it was a paradise. In the evening, we dined with an aperitif on Ilaria's terrace among singing birds, the cat "snoring" and a pleasant musical background. Sad to go back home.

With my family, we visited the lake and two neighboring villages. We found a lot of kindness, many smiles, and valuable advice! Ilaria spoiled us with breakfast: made and explained with love! Delicious cakes with seasonal products and typical of the various nearby countries.

We had a great time! The photos don't do it justice! The place is much more beautiful in person! The breakfast is exceptional, like in a pastry shop, but only typical homemade cakes. Near the Bed and Breakfast, there are many wonderful places to visit, one night is not enough, we will come back to see Sirmione because we didn't have time! Thanks to Ilaria.

New Year's Eve 2015. The structure is immersed in the snowy Mantuan countryside and surrounded by small splendid villages. Ilaria is an exquisite host, full of advice and attention towards her guests. There are corners where it seems to live in a fairy tale like the picturesque terrace at the center of which stands a huge mulberry tree, against the red wall of the house, and a nice black cat that walks around. The rooms, I would dare to say, are "immaculate" and the breakfast is "super"! We felt at home! We will definitely come back in spring!

The structure is geographically in an optimal position to visit historical beauties, admire landscapes, and try gastronomic products from several cities spanning two regions. Totally immersed in greenery but a few kilometers from major communication routes. Prices and offers are valid even though it is high season, with a present but unobtrusive management, professional yet a partner in your vacation at the same time.

The excellent reviews about Villa Pille are well deserved. This little place, very clean and taken care of in every detail, is managed with love and discretion by the gentle Ilaria, who makes you feel like a truly welcome guest. At breakfast, there is a remarkable variety of homemade pastries that are not only beautiful but also delicious. The location of the villa is excellent both for reaching the famous destinations of Lake Garda and the nearby cities, and for discovering ancient villages and locations around Mantua. We recommend Villa Pille to those who love tranquility.

We stayed three nights at B&B Villa Pille and we were very well. We appreciated the good taste in the furnishings, the attention to detail, and especially the cleanliness both in the bedroom and in the area set up for breakfast. We visited Mantova, Verona, the Vittoriale in Gardone Riviera and the surroundings of Lake Garda, and we found B&B Villa Pille a good intermediate point for our trips. Good quality-price ratio and abundant breakfasts with homemade cookies and cakes.

I stayed in this delightful B&B immersed in the countryside near Peschiera del Garda for two days where it never stopped raining. However, despite this inconvenience, we had a great time and will return home with special memories. The rooms are warm, clean, and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent and very varied with some super soft muffins. Ilaria is very kind and gave us many valuable tips. Excellent value for money. There are many things to see and visit.

The B&B is in an excellent position to reach all the points of interest in the area and is immersed in the peace and silence of a beautiful countryside. The rooms are spotless and tastefully furnished. The breakfast is excellent and served in a small room that, on its own, demonstrates the love that the hostess puts into the things she does. Ilaria, the owner, is a very kind and extremely helpful person.
