Very warm welcome, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms very well equipped, very clean, very abundant and varied breakfasts (salty and sweet). Truly magnificent apartment, we would gladly stay there. If we go back to Milan, we will happily go to this guest room.

Perfect stay! The room is spacious, bright and newly renovated, with a large and clean bathroom. We really appreciated the independent access: convenient and practical. The owner was very kind, always available and attentive to every need, she really made us feel at home, even though we stayed for just one night. Abundant breakfast with fresh pastries. Excellent value for money: I would definitely return!

I recently took advantage of the facility. Excellent organization, excellent cleanliness, and good and abundant breakfast. In short, I felt at home. If I were to return to the Carate Brianza area, I will definitely contact Birabiro.

We stayed for 2 nights and we were very happy. The structure offers everything you might need. The room and the bathroom are spacious, tidy and very clean. The breakfast is very good, with sweet and savory products, fresh fruit and freshly baked goods of the day. Absolutely recommended.

Great location to reach by own means, new and clean structure. The owner is very helpful with schedules, breakfast and room management, and check in/out. Excellent breakfast with everything you need. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

Small structure in a quiet area, everything is new both in the room and in the bathroom, common room with the possibility to heat something in the microwave, tea, coffee and infusions, milk, juices available for everyone plus water, cold cuts, cheese and fruit divided per room. Unfortunately, we did not meet Serena but her husband was very kind as well as the parents who, being in the area to buy the new car, then allowed us to park it in their garage. Extremely recommended!

I had a great time for my night here, I was in Brianza for a field internship with my dog and I really relaxed here. Not only is the structure super quiet (and this also depends on the education of the guests present), but the bed was wonderfully soft, the bathroom equipped with every comfort (even hygienic bags that almost no one puts), a giant shower box and the breakfast... mega fantastic! Serena is super helpful and nice, I recommend anyone to come visit her. Aunt Linda.

Although we stayed for only one night, the stay was comfortable. The room is spacious, functional, and perfectly clean, the same goes for the private bathroom. Excellent breakfast (special mention for the fresh ricotta arrived still warm), abundant and varied. The house is located near the main arteries but in a decidedly quiet neighborhood. Lastly, Serena, the homeowner, is a kind, helpful, and attentive person to make her guests feel good. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed 2 nights in this fabulous property on the Birabiro B&B day (2 adults and 2 children 3 and 10 years old). Close to Acquaworld and Monza (Villa Reale and Autodromo). We can absolutely recommend it for the excellent hospitality and availability of Serena, the spacious and spotless rooms, and the varied and abundant breakfast with fresh products every morning (we fondly remember the surprise of the freshly made ricotta... a goodness never tasted before). Truly a top-notch property from every point of view. Thank you so much for making our trip even more enjoyable. A goodbye until the next opportunity.

After visiting the Last Supper in the morning and taking a short walk in downtown Milan, we headed to Carate in the afternoon for a visit. We contacted Serena who welcomed us to her lovely B&B, where as soon as you enter you feel a unique comfort. For us, this property deserves top marks! Very kind and impeccable owners in everything. Discreet people but always available to exchange a few words and attentive to the needs of the guests. Neat, very clean apartment, adequate in space, excellently stocked and equipped with a well-curated and original style of furniture: it is immediately noticeable that it is designed to make the guest's stay pleasant, starting from the well-written and clear rules of use. Abundant, varied, and quality breakfast. Honestly, we have no complaints to make. Jordan, the house dog, does his duty as a guard but with a pet and a cuddle you will make friends with him!

Excellent reception and availability of schedule, equally generous sweet and savoury breakfast (croissants, cake, and morning ricotta). Excellent room with air conditioning and large bathroom with all necessary accessories; the common area for preparing hot breakfast is spacious and has a kettle and coffee machine with capsules. The location inside the town is in an anonymous residential area, but acceptable. Usually, outdoor parking can be found on the street.

Nice common area for breakfast, and what a breakfast! Whatever you prefer, sweet or savory, Serena will satisfy you. 24 hours a day you can enjoy fruit juices, tea, and coffee. You really feel pampered. The area is quiet and convenient for exploring the surroundings and visiting Monza. With the car you can move comfortably and it's also easy to find some nearby restaurants. I think Birabiro B&B is the best place to stay in Carate Brianza, very well-kept and clean. The owner is very kind, caring towards the customers and always available, a woman to marry. The only tiny flaw, at least for the room I took, was the jasmine on the balcony, beautiful to look at and shading, but too fragrant for me.

We stayed one night in the well-furnished, clean, and detailed environment. The owner, Serena, is a very polite and helpful person; she immediately made us feel comfortable, both us and our 3-year-old (usually shy) child. It is a Birabiro B&B located in a quiet and well-connected location. The structure is truly comfortable, bright, spacious, and finished in every detail with great taste. Serena and Dario are friendly, hospitable, kind, and helpful. The breakfast is superb, always varied and very abundant: homemade cakes and cookies, fragrant croissants, delicious fresh jams, all prepared with care and attention, using natural products. We stayed with two children and we all felt great as at home. In summary, a highly recommended Birabiro B&B!

I stayed a couple of days at the B&B Birabiro. After many years of anonymous and impersonal hotels, a place like this is just what we needed! Serena is the essence of hospitality and availability; the breakfasts are sumptuous, fresh fruit salad and real orange juice, pastries and fresh bread, etc. Impeccable cleanliness. Highly recommended. Massimo.

I stayed ten days in Carate di Brianza on one occasion, unfortunately, not very pleasant, but fortunately, I stayed in this wonderful B&B. It is a really welcoming place, managed by Serena, a very kind lady, always available who, attentive to every detail and always ready to lend a hand, made me feel a bit at home! Beautiful and welcoming the environments, excellent and abundant breakfast, impeccable cleanliness, excellent service! In short, I give a score of 10 and praise!

I stayed at Birabiro B&B for only one night, together with three of my friends. We fell in love with this place, with its colors, its non-anonymous linearity. Serena welcomed us with her vital enthusiasm, making us feel so at home that we went for breakfast in our pajamas. Shall we talk about breakfast? It makes you feel like a queen. It is delicious, refined, and abundant. If you care about yourselves, visit Serena, and afterward, you will care a little more. If we happen to pass through the area again, we will definitely return.
