It is not the first time we have been to Fermo and among all the places we have stayed, this is definitely the best. The house is simple, but very, very well-kept and welcoming (and with a breathtaking view!). The presence of a small kitchen allows you to organize meals independently. The property is located a short walk from the historic center and near a road where there are numerous free parking spaces, elements that allow you to minimize, if desired, the use of the car. The managers of the property are people of exquisite kindness and availability. Highly recommended!

A beautiful rustic house, simple but nothing is missing, everything you need is there: from the kitchen to the shower. Not for those who depend on the TV... Very quiet area, surrounded by the countryside and a short walk from the beautiful medieval center. Sea view where you can enjoy the beautiful colors of the sunrise. For those who want to stop in Fermo, I recommend B&B Con Arte!

The apartment is right next to the city walls in a quiet area with no parking problems, in a couple of steps you can reach the center. Excellent solution to stay in Fermo and visit the many nearby locations!

Struttura vecchia, ma abbastanza ben ristrutturata. Pulita e in ordine. Praticamente camera matrimoniale con cucina attrezzata (+ frigo/freezer) e con tutto l'occorrente per le pulizie + bagno con doccia. La colazione non è prevista, ma la si può preparare agevolmente, come pure tutti i tipi di pasti. Ideale per due persone. Parcheggio gratis e sulla stessa strada. Zona tranquillissima. Il centro lo si raggiunge in circa 15 minuti a piedi soprattutto perché, per chi non conosce Fermo, sono tutte salite e discese. Gestori gentili e disponibili.

Gestori disponibili e cordiali, il B&B si presenta bene sia come colpo d'occhio che come pulizia. Curato nei particolari è molto accogliente e funzionale. Per la colazione tutto predisposto per non far mancare nulla. Perfetto, sembra di stare a casa. Consigliatissimo. Grazie.
