Casa Luce, a renovated former farmhouse, is nestled in the picturesque landscape of Torre di Palme, Fermo, offering two modern apartments with a bright and elegant design inspired by Scandinavian style. The property is ideal for those seeking a luxurious and comfortable vacation while still enjoying the beauty of the surrounding nature.

The first-floor apartment can accommodate 6 to 10 guests and features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and air conditioning. For smaller groups, the ground-floor apartment is the perfect choice, boasting two cozy bedrooms and a large bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. Both apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, including a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, ice maker, and everything needed to prepare delicious meals and enjoy dinners together.

From Casa Luce, you can take in breathtaking views: on one side, there's the sight of the sea, while on the other, the majestic Sibillini mountains rise up. Additionally, the historic town of Fermo and the medieval village of Torre di Palme are easily visible from the hill, adding a touch of history to the surrounding landscape.

The surrounding terraces feature long tables for outdoor dining, comfortable lounge areas, and sunbeds by the pool, while the estate includes a food forest abundant with fruit trees, nuts, olive trees, blueberries, and fresh strawberries. The hens provide fresh eggs every day, and the bees produce delightful floral honey.

Just three kilometers away, the seaside resort of Marina Palmense invites you to enjoy the sea, while the lively Porto San Giorgio is only an 8-minute drive away. During the summer months, the apartments are available for weekly rentals, while in the preseason we offer double rooms with a bed and breakfast option.

The extensive breakfast with local products includes a fresh egg from our own chickens, freshly squeezed orange juice, yogurt with fruit and homemade granola from our own vegetable garden and food forest, freshly baked rolls and croissants with cold cuts, cheese, honey, and various types of coffee or tea to taste. The breakfast is served on the terrace in nice weather.

I rarely give property reviews, but this home and the hosts deserve credit for providing a beautiful property and for their hospitality. The countryside location and the charm of the home were exactly what I was looking for, and the house is very close to the beautiful borgo of Torre di Palme, a pleasant surprise. The hosts could not have been more welcoming - a very nice couple that really loves meeting people and making the guests feel at home. My only regret is that my stay was not longer.

Very beautiful accommodation in a scenic and peaceful location. It is a few minutes from the sea and offers a magnificent view. It has many comforts and allows you to experience a true immersion in nature. The property, the garden, the vegetable garden and the pool are well maintained and clean. The two hosts are delightful people: kind and calm. They make you feel at home. Breakfast was very good, prepared with produce from their garden. We recommend it because it more than exceeded our expectations.

Very attentive welcome. Thank you Ivet. The only thing that could be fixed, although not very important, is the TV. Everything else is very beautiful and welcoming.
