Special location, beautiful luxury accommodation, lovely room with balcony and air conditioning, very hospitable, thoughtful and friendly, extensive breakfast, great view, cleaning and clean towels every day, many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, absolute must for those who want to experience the old town of Grottamare in a special way. It was perfect!

We stayed at Dimora Guidi with my family and the experience was simply fantastic. The hospitality is wonderful: Fabiana was extremely kind, welcoming and always helpful. The property is very well organized, well maintained and spotless, an environment that conveys peace and comfort. The location is also splendid, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the area. A truly special place that we can't wait to return to. Highly recommended!

I stayed just one night to break up a long journey, sins, if I had known I would have taken at least one more day. My husband and I were immediately impressed by the structure, cleanliness, and courtesy. The breathtaking view did the rest. As soon as I returned, I recommended Dimora Guidi Tordini to a couple of couples. Congratulations indeed, stunning.

My husband and I, to break up a long journey between Salento and northern Italy, stopped for one night in the beautiful Grottammare, and we were fortunate to stay at this splendid bed and breakfast, located in the heart of the ancient high city but in a quiet and peaceful location, a few steps from the most characteristic points of the historic center. The structure has a very special charm: it is the result of the skillful restoration of a period palace while preserving its valuable features, and combining class with comfort in a delicate mix of antique and modern pieces. Every detail shows the care and love that the owners have put into the renovations, giving the structure a unique character. Our room, impeccably clean, was elegant, bright, and comfortable; very comfortable beds, spacious and super-functional bathroom. The breakfast room, where we were served a princely breakfast, is embellished with large windows overlooking the sea, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. No difficulty for the car, as there is free parking with many available spaces a short distance from the structure. We were traveling with our bikes, and we greatly appreciated being kindly allowed to store them safely inside the structure. What added an extra touch to everything was the warm welcome and exquisite courtesy of the owner, Mr. Giuseppe, and Mrs. Regina from the staff, who showed us rare availability and kindness. Spending some time chatting with Giuseppe was a real pleasure. For the comfort and beauty of this design structure, but above all for the sympathy and professionalism with which we were welcomed, the short stay in Grottammare for us represented a very pleasant and interesting stopover during our journey. We regretted staying only for one night, but we will definitely return; I would recommend this fabulous bed and breakfast to my best friends without hesitation, even for a longer stay.

Brand new structure, perfect, spacious and well-organized room and bathroom. Quiet location. Very kind and efficient staff. Stunning view from the breakfast room (we didn't book a room with a view) and from the village.

A beautiful structure with a modern design from where you can admire the spectacular panorama of the village of Grottammare. Congratulations to the managers Maria and Giuseppe!

Brand new and tastefully decorated structure with a fantastic location in the ancient village of Grottammare. What can I say, we will definitely come back, one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. Congratulations.

Good evening, we gave all 10 because if we could, we would have given even more. Let's start with the owners, wonderful, welcoming, helpful and kind people who with their enthusiasm make you love this place. It is located in the upper part of Grottammare with rooms furnished with care in the smallest details, very, very beautiful, charming and designed with a spectacular view from which you can see the sea and which lacks nothing despite the structure being recently opened. Breakfast room with breathtaking windows. We will definitely return to this wonderful residence. Thank you Giuseppe and Maria.
