Our B&B is located at Castelletta district of Fabriano in a lovely mountain area, in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme San Vittore), in a location with a spectacular view. "La Casina Del Vicolo Di Sotto" is a building of the past where the magic of history blends with modern amenities.

Our guests will be able to, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, explore cultural events and exhibitions, wander amid the scents and sounds of the area's many gardens.

Castelletta is a small stone village, as if time had stopped. It offers serenity, tranquility, and silence to regenerate from the daily routine. Sonia hosted us in her renovated B&B with stone and wooden beams, carefully detailed. It has three rooms with a shared bathroom and a smaller room with a private bathroom. The breakfast is excellent, from homemade jams to mint cake. We stayed with family to visit the Frasassi caves and the Valadier temple, which are located 10 km away. We had a great time, thanks to Sonia's kindness, hospitality, and great advice. We will definitely return. Recommended.

Everything very nice. The location immersed in the greenery of this old renovated farmhouse that still maintains its identity and the warm welcome of the landlady made us feel at ease. Extremely positive experience.

Me and my dog Frieda felt very good here. Sonia is an exceptional hostess: friendly, very cordial, attentive and very sensitive to the needs of the guests. The breakfast was excellent. We spent two enchanting days. The house is clean and well furnished, immersed in nature with a truly spectacular view. Mrs. Sonia is very nice, flexible in organization, and prepares abundant breakfasts with local products. Convenient location to visit the nearby Frasassi Caves and explore the surrounding woods.

This Bed and Breakfast is truly a little gem immersed in timeless nature. This is how it was conceived and how it should be approached to be appreciated in all its magic. It feels like taking a dive into the past in a medieval village made of narrow streets and stone houses. The B&B is a little gem managed by the talented Sonia who runs it with love making you feel at home! Stunning.

Unprofessional. I booked a room with a private bathroom but they gave me a room with a shared bathroom, so after the first night, I gave up on the stay. The 'La Casina del Vicolo di Sotto' is nice to see but full of architectural barriers, from the narrow staircase to the small bathroom floored with pebbles at risk of slipping, the double bed is for gnomes, the mattress from the '70s, and finding parking is practically impossible. You can't do tourism just with good jams.

The structure is in excellent condition, a completely renovated rustic both on the outside and inside. The location is super panoramic, from our room 'crescent moon' the view is spectacular, well-kept and clean, with exposed beams and characteristic stone walls of the area. The owner Sonia is a sunny person and very helpful to guests' needs. Quiet, peaceful place for those who want to relax and do some excursions or visit the numerous art cities in the area.

We stayed here for one night and upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by both the little village and the very characteristic B&B La Casina del Vicolo di Sotto. The rooms are very nice and cozy, and the cleanliness is excellent. Additionally, we were served a truly good and abundant breakfast! That morning, Mrs. Sonia made a mint cake that needless to say, we finished! I highly recommend the B&B both for Sonia's kindness and for the charming and lovely place. Excellent value for money.

For booking, I recommend a phone call, in the structure there are 3 rooms and only one shared bathroom. Sonia's welcome was exceptional, breakfast includes pastries made by herself. Her kindness and hospitality make the stay very pleasant.

La Casina del Vicolo di Sotto is a splendid stone structure perched on the Gola della Rossa Regional Park. From the window you breathe the majestic forest, silence surrounds you and your eyes fill with beauty. The rooms are spotless and meticulously cared for in every detail. Excellent and abundant breakfast on the terrace overlooking the forest. Sonia is the wonderful host who will check you in in her beautiful kitchen where time seems to have stopped. Hospitality, cleanliness, smile, good food, absolute peace... magnificent. We hope to return soon.

La Casina del Vicolo di Sotto is a true corner of paradise. We found more than what we were looking for: peace, silence, loving hospitality, and a breathtaking view. I recommend it to everyone, especially to those who love nature, they will find the starting point for fantastic walks. Delightful Bed and Breakfast. The landlady, very kind, welcomed us in this corner of paradise with kindness and generosity, we couldn't ask for more! A stone cottage located in this village perched among the woods made us spend two days in complete relaxation and tranquility. Our room overlooking the woods was fantastic, enjoying a unique panorama in peace and coolness, ideal for regenerating and resting. The breakfast is excellent, to say the least. Sonia prepared royal breakfasts for us, jams made by her, homemade cake, amaretti cream, zero-kilometer plums, all delicious. Even our child appreciated it very much! We will return sooner or later!

La Casina del Vicolo di Sotto is a gem nestled in a landscape of rare beauty. You can breathe an atmosphere of peace and tranquility, as if you were cut off from the rest of the world. A truly pleasant stay, made unforgettable by Maider's hospitality. After reading the reviews, I couldn't wait to meet Sonia. Maider was just as good. Staying at La Casina del Vicolo di Sotto was truly enjoyable. The village is located on the hilltop, immersed in silence and the often felt wind. Enchanting view, very beautiful structure heated with stoves, cozy and well-kept room. The hostess was very welcoming and discreet, excellent company for the time spent with her.

Ideal for those who love being out of the world and city chaos, spectacular view and nearby paths to walk to be in touch with nature. Tip: go there in good weather, otherwise it could be very out of the world and a bit boring as a place! My boyfriend and I spent some wonderful days at this property and, despite the weather not being on our side, we were fascinated by the atmosphere in this delightful B&B and its surroundings. The property is clean and meticulously detailed, with a choice of materials that blend perfectly with the environment. The view from our window was fabulous. Sonia made us feel truly at home, and it was nice to talk and discover that we have many things in common. We will definitely come back soon to enjoy the place in other seasons.

Questo B&B è molto carino, un'edificio costruito in pietra molto particolare in un paesino piccolo piccolo e grazioso, dove si respira un'aria di pace e tranquillità. È spartano ma molto curato e pulito. La signora Sonia fa sentire gli ospiti come a casa e per colazione ti prepara qualcosa lei personalmente (offre anche le marmellate fatte in casa assolutamente da provare). Dista 12 km (di strade di montagna) dalle Grotte di Frasassi, quindi molto comodo.
