Our B&B is located a few steps from the sea in an area in the center of the Marche region, very close to the historic center of the city. "La Dimora" is hospitable and comfortable.

Accueil chaleureux et reçu comme des membres de la famille. Disponibilité des propriétaires si nécessaire rapidement. Voisinage sympathique et discret. Voie rapide très fréquentée à proximité, ce qui occasionne des nuisances sonore surtout la nuit. Chambre ne dispose pas de la wifi. Dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas aménagée avec table, chaises et parasol. Un barbecue serait un plus non négligeable pour effectuer des petites grillades à l'extérieur en soirée, en profitant de l'air un peu plus frais. Petit déjeuner correct avec beaucoup de produits à infuser, regret pour les viennoiseries industrielles, et le manque de beurre. Bon endroit pour se relaxer, la mer n'étant pas loin.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. The manager is helpful and punctual. Excellent value for money.

Better than the pictures. Everything perfectly clean. Quiet residential area. Convenient because it's on the ground floor, easy to unload luggage, excellent welcome from the manager. Mosquito nets and window grilles allow you to leave the windows open and sleep well. Everything very functional. The breakfast is with packaged products, we used few because we had our own. However, coffee machine and plenty of pods. Since it is an independent solution, it would be suitable for an even longer stay, we stayed for three nights and we were fine.

Appartamento veramente ben tenuto, gestore disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Se ne avrò bisogno ritornerò sicuramente qui.

Mio figlio mi ha detto di farti uno sconto la prossima volta, a presto Enrico, Samuele, Riccardo. P.S: se hai dei gusti particolari, delle allergie o intolleranze (come me), per la colazione chiedi pure in anticipo cercheremo di accontentarti il più possibile.
